So what does the kid mean good but have a tendency to explode at times cause he cant control it? Or is his sarcasm so deadly it can kill" he joked as a smirk crossed his lips.

Snow Raven nodded. "That is correct. It is not only that his powers are destructive. It seems these powers create a second personality of sorts for this boy. And he cannot control them. Apparently, his powers only manifest when he is angered or hurt, and this second personality takes over, destroying the area around him and all in it. Once his anger is appeased, the boy regains consciousness of his surroundings and remembers nothing past the point where his other side took control."

"If this is like crow we may be in a bit of trouble" Brink said shaking his head as he rubbed his forehead a few times. Thinking about how crow had lost it before he could only image the damage this kid could do if not watched. "What do you think we should do about it then? A kind of lockdown for fear of the damage he can do or do you think it's possible to teach him to control it for the sake of the city?" he questioned snow rubbing the back of his neck.

Snow Raven held up a hand. "I don't think this is exactly like Crow. And, no, I don't think a lockdown would be a good idea. That might just agitate the boy. Actually..." she paused, unsure of how to word what she was thinking. "I think this boy may be a good source of information for us." She waited to see what her teammates would think of this.

Lets simply skip the chatter and get to what your plotting" Brink said his arms crossed as he watched her. Who was he to say who had the potential to be a hero and who didn't. In his youth he had been a villain.

Snow Raven let out a breath. "I do have a plan, but I value your input. Brink, I think you might understand what I'm planning best since you were one of our nemeses in the past. Despite how disorganized most villains and criminals we face appear to be, there is often some underlying plan, correct? What I propose is that, since this young man's abilities appear to be more destructive than constructive at this point in time, we allow him to join with those on the other side."

You said that his powers are destructive if you send him over there I wouldn't hazard to warn you that it's likely that he can be tempted by there side" Brink warned her as he looked at each them. She was right tho he never had many close dealings with them most villains that caused trouble on a large scale had or could receive backing from a shadowy group.
