Axel: yep. it's a half born baby chicken that was boiled in steaming hot water, so the yolk is still good, there's soup made out of the whites and the chicken is the crunchy thing you're eating right now! The gooey half born chicken. yum! xD

*balut - actually, balut is pretty good. i'm filipino, so mah family eats it from time to time.. no i never eaten the chicken. Just the 'soup' and yolk.

(call meh crazy. my family eats dinuguan (sp?). it's cooked pork.. and pig's blood xP )

((Like I said, it's part of your ethnic or environment culture. I've seen people and my stepmom have pork's blood soup and I've never eat it but it doesn't gross me out since it's part of my culture. Some people tend to freak out because like you said; they don't eat them before, but they also never seen or heard of it either. For example, I've found out that the South of US eat fried alligator and that surprised me since I've never heard of it nor seen it before.))
