Shimo asked, following the female into the room and watching her sit down, seemingly content to let him go first. Shimo caught sight of Ryoku leaning against the window, looking down at his hands. "Ryoku. Let me heal you." Shimo said, gathering the chakra into a ball between his hands. He held the ball of chakra to Ryoku's wounds and the flesh began to mend itself, healing the wounds and sealing completely.
Stepping back, Shimo smiled, happy that his teacher had taught him how to heal people better. He bowed to Ibara and sat beside the female, setting his hands in his lap as he waited to be addressed. Ryouichi yawned as he walked up the streets towards the hokage's office. At this moment he didn't have any of his summons with him. He had decided that they both deserved a good rest after having helped dealt with the Kyuubi and the UHV. As he approached the office he had one thought in mind and he hoped that Ibara would agree but, if he didn't there wouldn't be much else he could do.
After a few moments he approached the office and slowly made his way inside. He went up stairs to the hokage's office. As soon as he got there he saw that it was rather busy with what appeared to be Ibara standing on the outside of the office and a few other people on the inside. With a simple shrug he walked over and sat down in the waiting room. He could wait if needed, everyone would be pretty busy after all of what had happened.

Ryoku gave a bow to the leaving suna ninja. After they left he turned towards the rest who were now in the room. "Since that matter is dealt with, What can I do for you all." Receiving healing from his brother he figured that he probably was expected to give some answers. Hoping that he could put things together on his own he smiled to him. "That makes things much better to deal with. Trying to work with these wounds was nearly impossible."
After seeing the female feline enter the room she seemed to make herself at home. Not knowing everyone and the customs of courtesy he just went with it figuring it was the norm. Standing now with a bit more ease then before he faced Shimo. You have proven yourself quiet capable little brother. You even saved my life. With that I wanted to promote you to the rank of Jounin. XXXXXIbara sighed. It was finally over, he was no longer Hokage. The man turned and looked over his shoulder before walking out of the Hokage's office. He had one more duty as the Hokage of Konohagakure, and that was to pass the baton on to Ryoku, officially. Ibara made a left out of the office instead of turning right towards the stairs nodding to Ryouichi as he exited the office. He continued down the hall until he made it to the announcement room, which was a simple enough room. It was a small cramped room with little light and a single microphone which would broadcast his voice throughout the village. This was where he sat to give his final speech as Hokage. He cleared his throat and began to speak.

The tail is as strong as her normal limbs, and should in all purposes be considered another arm. • Hummingbird’s Flight: The user, after practicing with many forms of throwing weapons, gains the ability to throw any weapon, regardless of size, with almost perfect accuracy over a very large range. While this does not compensate for any movement on the part of the opponent, the user can now create effective distractions that he/she can use to maneuver the opponent, or can even incapacitate the target. • Drunken Dancing: The first move one will learn in this style, it is nonetheless the most important. Y Shikatsu arrived at the hokage's office, wanting to ask Ibara how Ryoku was doing when he heard the announcement that answered at least one question, and raised a few more. He walked up to the door and knocked, hoping Ryoku would be in his office.

Ryouichi yawned slightly and relaxed against the couch in the waiting room. Around this time he noticed Ibara leaving the office. However, he assumed that it was just a clone or something going on to do a errand. He would continue to assume this until he heard the announcement over the loud speaker. Ryouichi would shrug gently at the announcement. It was not that big of a surprise that Ibara was giving up the role of Hokage. He may have to go speak to Ibara later about reasoning and all that. However, he wanted to get a promotion especially after all of this. With this in mind Ryouichi would stand and slowly go to Shikatsu's side, waiting for a response from the people within. "Fun spar." Ryouichi would say to Shikatsu with a slight smile from under his mask.
Shikatsu turned to see Ryouichi approaching him. He smiled and nodded in response to him. "Yes, it was. A shame it had to end the way it did. Hey Ryouichi, did you know Ibara was going to do this?" He asked, curious if this was news to everyone or not.

"I didn't know that he was going to do this but, I'm sure he has his reasons for doing so. I'm sure if you want you could ask Ibara yourself as to why he stepped down from the position or perhaps the new hokage knows why. It looks like someone is going to have to go up to the mountain soon to carve a new face in though. Ryouichi would say in response to Shikatsu's questions, not looking directly at him or anything else. "As for the spar though, perhaps we will have to do a new one at a later time however, at the moment I want to ask the new Hokage about a promotion then I will be training for a while to learn some techniques that I have witnessed recently that I feel will be more than helpful with the coming months and years."
Shikatsu listened to Ryouichi and agreed with him. He knew Ibara did some things that might seem odd, but always had a reason for them. This time would be no different. "A rematch eh? Sure, why not. Oh, and what jutsu are you referring to by the way?" He asked out of curiosity as they both waited for someone to open the door.

XXXXXIbara turned off the microphone and stood slowly from the chair. It had been a while since he was just another Shinobi but he guessed that was ok. His body moving on its own bringing itself back to his office. Ibara shook his head. "No, its Ryoku's now." he mumbled to himself under his breath before slipping back into the office and seeing his seat was occupied. The Sannin shrugged it off. Standing was ok he supposed as he walked over to the desk where Ryoku was seated and stood next to it looking at the gathering of people in the office. He supposed he'd have to explain and that was ok but for now he'd just stand and watch the commotion.

Ryoku actually did not take offense to the feline type girl passing out in the chair. It actually made him feel more relaxed just watching her. "Well, she seems to have the right idea." Turning towards Shimo he gave him a bit of a annoyed look. "Oh come on, just call me Ryo. Its silly to change that after all we have been through. I was going to make you a squad leader as soon as I learn of who is available. Feel free to do what you want and I will send a messenger to inform you of your new students."
Noticing that Ibara seemed a bit fidgety. "If you would like your chair back I wouldn't be opposed to it. I doubt anyone of the village will have any objections ether. I really need to stretch these legs now that I'm healed." Saying with a grin. Jumping up some heading for the door he opened to find the Anbu Nara and the Medical Senju conversing. "Oh, Your welcome to join us."

Ryouichi would watch as the door opened. "I'm not sure what the names of the techniques are but, one of them was shown during the fight with the Kyuubi." Ryouichi would say in response to Shikatsu's question before stepping inside the office. "Lord Hokage I am here to ask to be known as a konin from here forward. I believe that I have provided enough help to this village and of sufficient power to have obtained this rank." Ryouichi would say to the Hokage as he walked in. "If you are not sure about this, I'm sure Ibara will be able to provide you with his opinion on this matter as he was one of the people that helped with the Kyuubi, that group including myself." As he talked about a Kyuubi, he shot a short glance at the woman laying on the couch, seemingly being a sleep. "That is, for the moment, all I am here to request sir however, I may want to take a student under my wing at some point in the future."
Taka's ears flicked a little bit at the various conversation in the room. They turned toward the people that were speaking, specifically when the kyubi was mentioned. Her arms just stayed crossed in her slumber for the moment, contentedly dreaming. She looked much more peaceful than when she was awake as she jumped through the forest in her dream.
