Oh, and Psyzapp, I'm sorry for spacing out on you earlier. Well, about the sakes, the Dai Ginjyo is the lightest and sweetest. Ginjyo is the next grade down from that. Tokubetsu is very similar to Ginjyo in my opinion, and Junmai is considered "pure sake" because all it contains is rice, water, and Koji with no brewer's alcohol added to it. Honjyozo has brewer's alcohol added to it, and it is the "heaviest" of the sakes we have here tonight.
