Hearing the cat-girl introduce herself, Bjorn nodded to her quickly, “Nice to meet you, Yukki, I’m Bjorn.” When he heard Ryoku explain the situation with the wolf in the village, and Kira say she would handle the wolf alone, he turned to face her, growling “I’ll help you, even if the wolf is from your pack, it is likely hurt and scared, so Grym and I will help to calm the wolf, or at least to keep the villagers from hurting it further or being hurt themselves.” After thinking for a second, Bjorn said to everyone, “I’ll go too, but need train first.” He then walked over by a tree and sat down, folding his legs to meditate.
Bjorn focuses his chakra, letting it collect in his stomach. He started to make it cycle slowly through his body. After few seconds, he brought it to settle back in his stomach. (1/4)
Moving his chakra to settle in his heart, he split it in half and sent some to each hand. He could feel the chakra circulate through his arms, quickly returning to the heart, where it would continue to pool up. (2/4)
Slowly moving his chakra up into his throat, he could feel the heat as it tried to convert to fire. Instead, he’d focus it into his vocal chords, and let a low, slow growl resonate from his chest. He then push the chakra to flow through his body once more. (3/4)
Bringing his chakra to settle in the base of his spine, Bjorn felt more connected to the ground below him. Moving his hands slightly, he could feel the earth trying to move with him. He’d then send the chakra on in path again. (4/4) Disrupting his chakra flow once more, bjorn brought his chakra to the outer layers of his skin, watching it condense around him, but keeping it from producing his usual black steel. Once he knew he had the control, he pulled the charka back into himself. (1/4)
Forcing chakra again into his arms, he concentrated it into his claws, trying to gain better control over his steel. He focused and felt the steel build over only his claws, giving them an even more razor sharp edge. (2/4)
Moving his chakra into the palms of his hands, Bjorn concentrated on fire, and watched to small balls of fire form in his hands. Closing his fists, he put the fire out and sent the chakra flowing again. (3/4)
Gathering his chakra into his stomach again, Bjorn spread it out to all his limbs equally, he’d quickly stomp his foot and rise into the air on a hill of stone. Then he’d begin performing handsigns. (4/4))(1/3)
Finishing his handsigns, Bjorn would launch of the 15ft hill and spin in the air as he exhaled a cloud of gas that would explode into flame as it spread from him. Landing, he’d sink straight into the ground. (2/3)
Launching up from the earth, Bjorn wuld be covered in black steel armor, though it was strongest on his arms. Landing back on his feet, he’s perform some more handsigns and loose a stream of fire form his mouth straight into the air. (3/3)
As the flames rose, Bjorn formed more seals and sand flew up, spiraling around the fire. ‘This is pretty cool’ he thought to himself as he brought the sand to fall around a nearby dummy. Clenching his fist, the sand imploded around the dummy, crushing it. (1/3)
Still covered in his steel, Bjorn turned to a tree, extending a steel blade form the back of his hand, over his knuckles, Bjorn would punch the tree with everything he had, slicing into and through it, leaving a hole the size of his fist. (2/3)
Finally, just to finish with something fun, Bjorn ran up the tree as far as he could before launching ff it it backwards, flipping as he spun around, spreading fire as he fell into the earth below him. (3/3)

Ryoku looked at Yukki seriously, "In time, Yukki. Besides we do not know for sure how things will play out. But I am glad I have left this task for all of you." They were treating the situation well, and their abilities and connections with animals made them perfect for this job. The only one he was concerned about was Yukki. A wolves natural reaction to a cat is to attack, Hoping that Kira could reason with it before that happened. Speaking up to Yukki again he made sure she would be in good hands. "Be careful out there, you and wolves might not get along the best of friends." Glancing over to Bjorn and Kira "I leave her safety to you as well."
Entering the academy grounds Tetsuya made no mention to directly contact anyone, but instead made his way towards the open field that stood behind the academy for Ninjutsu practice. His eyes danced around the various figures and stoic glances met those that looked back, before suddenly softening up into a forced smile and a hesitant laugh. Once he finally made his separation from everyone and found himself in a good place to practice he would begin to do just that. Going over jutsu he had spoken with his instructors about just that morning he began to make a simple list in his mind of things he knew he had to have the basics of for any situation.
First he began by turning his left hand out to the side of his body and making a string of seals with it and it alone. As he made the final seal a stream of water would begin to, slowly at first, then with greater pressure, begin to rise from the ground and with his right hand he would guide it upwards. A careful mind and a prodigious train of thought lead him to utilizing the water spewing forth to practicing his own following moves. Utilizing the right hand that had been guiding the water he ran through a new string of seals and with a push of chakra began a new technique. As the water crested high it would suddenly begin to swirl and dive down around the shinobi. Now turning his left hand forward he focused on the torrent of water surrounding himself and let go of the right-handed seal. His left hand darting through more seals before suddenly the water arched forward and became a large ball of water before himself, wrapped around an offending stone. Breaking contact with the water prison it would fall and collapse in a brilliant display of cresting water, sending small waves everywhere across the academy ground for a few moments. Various puddles dotted the landscape now and the genin looked at them for a few moments before walking over one and making a few hand seals. Slowly his body began to act as if one of them and he disappeared within it, only to reappear a few moments later from the same puddle of himself he had made. Stepping over to one of the largest puddles made the genin attempted the jutsu again, this time instead of appearing back immediately he would remain within the water. A few moments passed and still he did not resurface. He began to practice chakra based techniques of air conservation and breaking down water to oxygen while within the puddle [ 1/1 Suiton: Water Breathing Learned ]
Still maintaining his incorporeal form in the water he began to move around somewhat. The freedom of being flowing water was great, but it left a great many quandries as well. Eventually the genin would reform himself, nearly forty feet from where he had stepped into the puddle in the first place. [ 1/1 Suiton: Mizutamari Yusuou no Jutsu Learned ]
Drawing deep on one of his earlier techniques the boy drew up a new well of water from with a new set seals. His right hand then began drawing through new motions and a large spear like projection began to form at the head of the water jet before ultimately punching forward and back into the ground. With a smile the genin stepped back and pushed his hair from his face. The fine water mist had managed to ruin his good hair. [ 1/1 Suiton: Drilling Water Spears Learned ]
As the water still ran from the ground outward Tetsuya began one more sequence of handseals and placed his right hand against the jet of water. The form of five sharks would come into existence within the water and begin to follow the current towards the ground. Upon striking the ground they would dissipate and he would watch for a few moments as they did so. [ 1/1 Suiton: Five Sharks Eating Learned ]
Yukki heard what Ryoku had said and looked towards the other two that were now going to be part of her party. She felt secure and safe around them mostly cause they were kinda like her. Her tail twitched happily a few times as she stood there. "I wont let you guys down." As she then turned to Ryoku. "Just a little training to do before I go." As she then turned and went over to the shelf and grabbed a scroll and began to read it over.
Upon reading the scroll she began to memorize everything she could so she could get it out of the way in just a little bit of training. Focusing on a chair across the room she utilized her wind chakra and began to vision the chair floating in the room. As she visualized it she felt her wind chakra around her almost as if it were moving and within seconds the chair was levitating with a pocket of wind beneath it. Smiling she quickly released it and went on to the next task at hand.
Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu [ Wind Levitation - 1/1 ]
Moving on she decided to work on another wind style that she had read previously. Taking a hold of a few of her bladed cards she tossed them across the room. The moment the cards left her hand she used her wind chakra to in a sense control the speed and trajectory of the bladed cards and made them veer almost like a boomerang to her feet where she quickly scooped em up and placed them back safely where they belonged. She was proud of herself so far for what she had learned and decided to move on to the next task at hand.
Tobidougu Soujuu no Jutsu [ Projectile Control Technique - 1/1 ]
Yukki moved on with her training and decided to take it a bit further and decided to learn another wind technique. Using her hands she focused her wind chakra into the palms. Using the force of the wind in her palms she let out little bursts of wind sending her to the left very quickly. Then she did the same to the right. Proud of herself she had a very quick dodging method and if she didn't feel like she was going to break a leg she could of shot herself right into the air with this jutsu to at least fifty feet.
Suiyaku Kaze [ Propelling Winds - 1/1 ]
Moving onto her next jutsu she decided to move away from her wind chakra for a bit and learn a lightning technique instead. Picturing what this jutsu could do in her head she began to visualize a complete look alike of herself. As she focused on her lightning chakra she could feel a slight tingle next to her as she looked over she saw she had made a exact copy of herself. Smiling with her achievement she decided to move onto the next move she wanted to learn. There was plenty of jutsu she wanted to learn but only a little time to do it in.
After realizing that she could feel the little bit of lightning from her clone she felt she needed to protect herself later on. As she focused her lightning chakra on herself she noticed a bit of a change realizing that she was now able to withstand lightning techniques. Smiling to herself she let the clone disperse in a small electrical spark and released the jutsu she had just learned. It was gonna come in handy as the time went on with her training.
Teikou no Kuntou [ Electrical Resistance Training - 1/1 ]
Yukki decided to turn around and start working on her taijutsu. Setting up a device to attack her she decided to start of simple. Taking a few steps away from the device she triggered it to attack her and used her momentum to sidestep the incoming attack, leaving an intangible after-image to take the blow. Smiling to herself she felt relieved with herself knowing what was learning and how amazing this would be later down the road.

Dodging another incoming attack from the device she put a little bit of chakra into her after-image leaving it connected in a sense as she moved. The after-image followed her movements down to the smallest detail. Landing back on her feet the image seemed to dissolve into her like she had a blur following her. She felt glad that at least she was getting these moves down and would know what to do when the time came. Her tail twitched excitedly as she went onto the next move.
[ Ghost Strike - 1/1 ]
Again she dodged the attack this time sending of another after-image of herself but this time it was moving and going the exact opposite direction she was moving. To the naked eye of a Shinobi of equal or lesser rank, it is nearly impossible to tell which one is the user. Looking to the device she waited for the next attack to strike so she could continue on with her training's. Yukki felt good about herself knowing that she could easily fool someone with these moves if the need should ever arise.

About to toss out a punch at the device near her she created another after-image that also was taking the same strike at the device as she sidestepped leaving the device to strike the after-image and not her as she struck it hitting it slightly hard enough to cause it to jolt from the blow. Yukki smiled to herself as she then moved on to the next move in the list or things to learn.
[ Fake Strike - 1/1 ]
Creating another after-image of herself she continued to strike at the machine. The after-image mimicking her exact movements flawlessly with no hesitation. Yukki kept moving around not staying still for this device to actually get struck by it. She was small and really didn't want to take the blow so avoiding that as much as she could would be the first step in that direction. Her mirror-image copying every strike as if it were just a clone of her but knowing that the after-imagedid actually hurt as well she felt a bit of a relief that she could dodge yet still strike with these moves.
[ Multistrike - 1/1 ]
Hurling herself into the device with a punch she created an after-image that seemed to jump in front of her mimicking the motions and striking the device if she were to continue to create more of these after-images it would go further and further ahead of her with the strike all being able to do the same kind of damage as the original. She was so excited that she almost got hit by the device that was still swinging away at her. Turning the device off for a few she decided to focus on another skill that didnt involve the device to work.

Using a bit of chakra she began to form a second set of arms that were unable to perform hand seals but were good at hand to hand combat. But as she started to visualize them they faded quickly. Sighing to herself she tried again and again trying to get it right. These arms would come in handy in case she had been in that predicament where an extra set of hands would be great.

Focusing more on her chakra she kept trying still having no progress. Shaking her head she reached a little deeper inside her and tried to focus deeper on her chakra trying to manifest these arms. Feeling no change still she felt a bit grumpy about not having been able to pull it right off the bat. It was going to take a bit more then just a little training to get this down. She then flexed her hands as she continued trying not wanting to give up.

Still not giving up she tried over and over at first they created one solid one but this called for two. Grumbling to herself she tried again and again. Feeling her chakra getting peeved inside herself she took a deep breath to calm herself she couldn't let this stress get the better of her. She knew she could do it and she just needed to focus. She was a smart person after all if she had quit way back then she wouldn't of known all that she had learned from books she had spent most of her life reading. So this was just a tiny hurdle in her training what was the real problem.

Finally after all the concentration she had done it. Two arms sprouted out from over he original arms. Using her head she pictured her extra arms made from chakra making fists and flexing. As she thought this the arms did exactly like she though they were almost like they were her own arms and she was just control them like as if they were just like her regular arms.

Turning to the machine that she had turned off she swiftly tossed it an uppercut making a after-image that also stuck the machine causing it to go higher then her punch would of caused it to go. Landing back down the after-image followed in suit pretty much fading into her like as if it were nothing. After a few moments Yukki flexed her hands trying to release the tension that she had after hitting that machine. Shaking her hands around so the blood could flow freely in and out of her hands again.

Yukki smiled to herself as she focused again on her chakra creating a after-image that looked like a exact clone moving on its own but was still an after-image. Creating a few more just to test them out to see what they all would be like and to make sure she had done it properly. She felt like she had made clones of herself but they still were able to disperse like nothing.

Yukki decided it was enough training for now and decided it was time for a bit of meditating. Closing her eyes she sat down on the floor and crossed her legs. Focusing on her chakra she could feel tingles on her fingertips and could feel a small breeze blowing from some random place. She continued to focus on her chakra watching it swirl almost as if a small thunder storm was brewing on the inside of her. It felt as if she wasn't careful the storm would soon turn into a tornado so she would have to control her breathing as she meditated.

Yukki continued to meditate she pictured inside herself the storm brewing up and the lightning became more intense but still nothing to worry about as of yet. While she focused inwards the outside of her body started to glow slightly a light hue but barely noticeable. If anyone were to look at her she would almost look like a very dull light coming off her body but very feint so you would have to focus hard enough at her to really take notice of it.

Yukki continued to sit there letting the little storm inside her of her chakra grow. The glow on the outside of her became a bit more prominent and could be easily seen but there was still much more to be had. The hair on her head slightly blew around as if wind from a fan or a gust of wind had brushed through her hair and then went on its way. The feeling of her chakra also became noticeable to others around her and could feel how strong her chakra was becoming.

Yukki watched the storm brewing inside her and focused deep on her chakra letting the lightning and wind chakra fight it out within herself. Outside the flames began to show itself dull at first but still visible black and red flames. While she Sat there the wind in the area had picked up almost as if she had called in a storm from just meditating. She still sat there calmly letting the battle of chakra dwell within her. It almost seemed like she was sleeping and that it was just her taking a nap if it were not for the chakra flames emitting off her.
Basic Training: Meditate 4/5
After a while of focusing she decided to take both the lightning ball and the wind ball of chakra and slam em into each other with a mass amount of force and see what took place. Smirking to herself she watched as the ball of lightning met the ball of wind and set off what looked like a firework but quickly subsided and was now a ball of lightning and wind that melded together ever so well that it looked like a mixing of colors. The chakra outside her once again turned into the fire again but this time it was more of a calming look to it and not so wild. As soon as it formed it vanished and Yukki had opened her eyes and a quick glint of lightning was able to be seen but quickly vanished without a trace.
Basic Training: Meditate 5/5
Breathing in and out without any thought at all she let herself fall deep inside her mind and body letting herself drift like as if a out of body experience. Feeling the wind and lightning chakra swirl around her and inside her calmly like a little breeze feeling like nothing to disturb just a little rustling. Like the calm before the storm. Yukki kept a calm look upon her face as she continued to breathe letting the wind blow through her hair like a subtle breeze.

Yukki breathed calmly still able to focus on her chakra letting it swirl like a stirred pot of liquids. Feeling her body become calmer and calmer every breath she took in she couldn't help but almost fall asleep from how calm the storm that she was brewing inside her was becoming. To her it was as if the chakra that was showing on the outside was also looking as calm as calm could be. She could feel the hairs on her ears and tail be brushed from the feel of the wind chakra brushing against the fur on her ears. She took in a deep breath as she felt a cold chill go up her spine sending goose bumps onto her skin.

Breathing in still as calm as ever she could feel her chakra swirling around her like flames again flickering around like real flames would. Dancing on her skin her chakra flames kept acting like they were trying to reach out to the others. The flames acted like a child reaching out for their parents hand but would continue to move about back and forth her body slightly lit up from the electrical currents rushing over her body. Yukki took another breath in as she felt her body go cold again with shivers from the wind chakra. Giggling to herself it slightly tickled.

Standing up off the floor Yukki decided to toss out a few jutsu just for fun. Also to make sure her chakra was easily able to just do it in a snap of a finger in a sense. Letting her chakra swell up inside her body she focused on her skills that she had learned from the school. Smirking slightly she pictured herself turning into a kitten. and within the instant she turned into a little black kitten with red and green eyes. She loved this little technique. It could easily come in handy when she wanted to hide.

Prancing around in her new form she noticed if she could turn into a small kitten then why not try something bigger. And with that thought she turned into a black panther with the same color eyes. Wagging her large tail she checked herself over to make sure that she looked perfect for being a cat. Looking like she did it pretty damn well she decided to try even bigger. This was gonna take some real thought so she began thinking.

She then remembered reading in a book once about this giant cat like creature with three heads. Kinda like the Cerberus but this was a cat. Letting her mind clear slightly she felt her body transform into a giant black and red firey cat with three heads each one having the eyes of red and green. This was mostly a look not like she really could do much with this one but it had given her ideas for later jutsu that she could come up with much later.

Releasing the first jutsu she decided to try a previous technique that she had just learned and tossed out a lightning clone of herself. Looking it over she nodded at how well she had made herself. She then slapped her clone a high five felt a slight tingle in her hand and she hit hands with it but nothing that she couldn't handle. She then made a funny face at the clone who returned the same face which made her giggle a little bit.

Deciding one extra Yukki wasn't enough she tossed out another clone of herself. Seeing that it looked exactly like the first one she smiled. Then thoughts began to dwell inside her head. She should totally make a third clone just to really screw with people. So while she thought of this she tossed out a third clone. Slapping high fives with each of them she then giggled as her and her clones all had the same thought. They began to run around the room switching between the clones and herself mixing it up.

Yukki and the three clones stood next to each other looking at the group and giggling to themselves and they all spoke in unison. "Which of us is the real Yukki?" Knowing full well that the lightning clones were exact copies of her that they smelled looked and even felt like her so it would be harder for those around her to distinguish the then from the others. The real Yukki stood there with the others watching each face to see if they would be able to tell her apart from the rest.

Listening to Ryoku, Bjorn heard him warn Yukki to be careful around the wolf. When the kage looked to him and Kira, Bjorn nodded, “No worry, Yukki safe with us.” He flexed his hands a bit, he hoped Kira could reason with the wolf, but wanted to be loose in case he had to subdue it. Looking to Kira and Yukki, Bjorn let out a quick grunt, “Let’s go.” And walked away from the academy, headed towards the river. (EXIT to river)

Kira nodded at Ryoku and then Yukki before she started to trot after Bjorn and Grym,"We take care of this." The dark-haired wolf-girl then turned completely and hit all fours as she ran out of the academy and followed the bear brothers. She would take care of her pack, both packs.

Yukki sighed noticing that neither of them did anything. This was gonna take some time to get along with these guys on the same level as they are. Her ears lowered as she slumped off following after the two of them. She wondered if she was going to be even useful in this since she really didn't have much expertise in this whole wolf thing. Sighing again she followed after them keeping up with their pace.

Emi walked into the academy with Nanami walking silently behind her. She immediately moved to a secluded area of the academy as she went straight to her jutsu training. She first started out with running her raiton across and all along her body. She built up an immunity to it. {Electric Resistance Training Learned} She then sighed and took a deep breath focusing on her raiton. She brought it to the surface of her body then pushed it out in increments. One, two, three, it was slightly taxing.{1/3} Having to move your chakra outside of your body was hard, but she was a Hyūga that's what they were all about was chakra. She looked around herself and saw five little drops of lightning around her.{2/3} She grumbled and pushed more. Five more appeared and she started to hear a light humming noise. She focused on the noise and soon it became louder. When she looked around there were five lightning hummingbirds waiting to be directed. She smiled and they went at dummies causing some burn marks.{3/3}[Hachidori no Mure no Jutsu [ Swarm of Hummingbirds Technique ] Rank: C Learned] Emi stood straight and popped her back looking at the scorch marks in the dummies. The next tech was much more powerful and she liked it. However, it was a tech that wasn't very lady-like.{1/5} She gathered her raiton into her chest and let it expand. She then took a deep breath then expelled it, but only a slight fizzle came out. She grumbled and rubbed at her temples.{2/5} Why was raiton such an issue? Nanami picked that moment to bat at the sparks as they dissipated. Emi rolled her chakra through her tenketsu and got a better feel for it.{3/5} She took a deep breath and let all her chakra settle into her chest again. Let it settle and gather. She could do this.{4/5} She let the raiton gather and settle and she expanded her chest once again making her hand seal. She took a deep breath then let it out in a very un lady-like fashion. Making his way into the academy dragging a training dummy behind him. Hotaru grabbed one of the katon scrolls from the wall and began to make a list on a blank scroll of the jutsu he wanted to learn. Now that he was a Chunin, still unwillingly, he needed an arsenal that was befitting of one. And the handful of jutsu he knew wouldnt suffice.
Taking his list he headed back outside of the academy, dummy still in toe, into the clearing. He really liked the idea behind the clearing. He could practice setting things on fire without setting a bunch of stuff on fire. Positioning the dummy into the center of the clearing he took his place on the other side of the clearing. Pulling four shuriken from his belt he used his thumb to set them spinning before exhaling his katon chakra onto the spinning blades and igniting them. With a flick of his wrist he sent them flying into the dummy where the collective flames ignited the dummy. [1/1] [1/4]
Now it was a race against time as he turned to the side and began to recall the seals for his next jutsu. He wouldnt be able to just fire this one it was to advanced for that sort of thing. Racing through the seals he took a deep breath and exhaled. As he did so he breathed several dragon head shaped flaming projectiles into life while they streamed across the clearing. When they impacted they ground they detonated into admittedly impressive explosions ripping up chunks of the ground. [1/1] [2/4]
Letting his eyes return to the dummy he watched it still burning. He wondered what in the world those things were made of considering if it was just straw it would have burned out long before now. Shrugging his shoulders he decided to do something about that dummy. Taking a moment to practice the seals he performed them quickly and added his chakra into the final series of seals and placed his hand onto the ground. As he did so a pillar of flames erupted around the dummy engulfing it in an even bigger inferno. [1/1] [3/4]
Destroying that dummy seemed to satisfy Hotaru on a subliminal level. Taking a deep breath he smirked and watched as his pillar from the previous jutsu still bathed it in flames. Barely able to make out its existence he made his way over to the dummy. There was a jutsu on the list he now had access to that would work perfectly here. Concentrating his chakra into his hands he formed the very simple list of seals quickly and clapped his hands together in the ram seal. As he did so his chakra exploded off of him ripping into the ground and extinguishing the pillar of flame that was in the process of destroying the dummy. Though his jutsu handled the dummy deftly as the shock wave ripped it to pieces. [1/1] [4/4]
Taking his place back by the entrance he took his scroll from his pocket and began marking off the jutsu that he had learned. He had made progress yea but he still had a great deal more he felt he could learn. Moving on to his next jutsu he, as with the previous jutsu practiced the seals slowly at first before pouring his chakra into the seals. Holding his left hand off to his side he concentrated his chakra into his left hand and watched the pale orb of chakra form. With a laugh he sent it flying towards where the dummy used to stand. As soon as it made contact with the ground it detonated into a rather excessive bang. Accompanied by a pretty good sized fireball too, though that was kinda like icing on the cake. [1/1]
If that last one was icing on the cake then this next one would be the cake itself, or would it be like two cakes? Either way he knelt before his scroll and looked it over. Making sure he had everything right he slowly formed each seal in the jutsu's list until he committed them to memory. Going though the seals and molding his chakra into each one he held his right hand out to the side. Concentrating another ball of ruby chakra into his palm he through it to the same location as the last one. This time however it was much more than just a pretty show as it exploded into an inferno of flames. [1/1]
Despite how awesome it was blowing up stuff he needed a break. Using that many jutsu in rapid succession had left him tired and exhausted. Leaning up against the wall he pulled a smoke from his pocket and actually used his lighter to light it. Flicking the lighter closed he slid it back into his pocket and took a long drag. [1/4]
Weather he liked it or not things were going to change. People were going to start looking to him for guidance and leadership. He knew he had the skills to handle the rank but he wondered if he had the mentality to back it up. Being a leader of a squad was a big thing. [2/4]
After all not only would they be looking to him for guidance and leadership they would be putting their lives into his hands. His choices on a mission would literally be the difference between life and death for those that followed him. Taking another drag from his smoke he looked over the vest and shook his head. He would accept it obviously but he wouldn't wear the vest. [3/4]
taking yet another drag from his smoke he closed his eyes and listened to the sounds of the fires that burned. The crackle of the flames was relaxing to him and had almost a meditative feel to it. His thoughts returned to the man he had burnt alive under his foot the previous day against much protest. Was he right? Had he become a part of what he had fought against so long ago? [4/4]
The uhv fought to bring a level of justice to the smaller villages against the larger villages. The land of grass, tea, sound, rain, birds, snow all of them had fallen to the same thing that plauged each of them. The larger villages saw them as nothing more than battlegrounds for waging war. [1/4]
His own village of Takigakure had been decimated in the past and the direct cause of him even joining the UHV military. At first he fought for revenge against the villages then that revenge gave way to something more pure and idealistic. Equality and freedom. [2/4]
These philosophies had served him well in his life. The idea that anyone, noble or peasant, from rich or poor, prodigy or failure had it within them to become something greater than what they were. That they had the right to try and become greater. Yet despite that he was now a member of a major village and a chuunin of said village no less. [3/4]
Had he turned his back on those he left behind? Was he as he had been called so long ago, a traitor? Why of all times did he have to deal with this now. It wasnt enough that he had to accept he was a leader but now he had to accept that he was having a bit of a crisis of self. He wouldnt be able to reason these things away or ignore them with battle as he had done in the past. He would have to face himself sooner or later. [4/4]
Brushing his hair from his face he sat in the doorway and just smoked his cigarette far to deep in his thoughts to give any measure of notice to the fact that he had seen Emi walk in. He wondered if the Hokage was still in the academy. If he was he knew he or someone else would be along soon enough to put out what remained of the flames in the courtyard. After a long moment he pushed himself up and headed off wanting to see if his blades were ready.

Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu [ Pulse Blast Technique ] Rank: B Official Description: An extremely useful Jutsu, this one has the effect of flushing out or separating multiple opponents. Hurling a fireball about the size of a basketball, it is meant to be dodged in order to be effective. For at center of this fireball is a gaseous core which, when the spherical attack finally makes contact with something, will explode and this gas will expand rapidly in a loud bang. The bang is simply a precursor though, as instantly afterwards a sharp concussive force will issue out all around the center of the blast. Though the explosion of the attack itself is not very strong, the force it sends out is enough to knock anyone who is within a certain radius of it flying. Hibashira no Jutsu [ Pillar of Fire Technique ] Rank: B Official Description: A skill in which the user gathers their Chakra through the ground, aiming it towards their opponent. If used upon a stationary opponent this Jutsu can very easily be used. Shooting up a powerful pillar of flame from the ground which surrounds the opponent. The opponent in side is burned mercilessly during the time they are within it. This Jutsu is a self-sustaining Jutsu, so even if the attack does not hit it can be used as a tool to throw your opponent at for damage. Guild Description: See official description.
Gouka Hataka no Jutsu [ Hellfire Clap ] Rank: A Official Description: A Jutsu of catastrophic might, it draws upon the unwieldiness that is flame. Calling forth Chakra from their deepest reserves, the user will perform the trademark techniques that signal the beginning of a Katon. Yet rather than ending in the Tora seal, as most would, it instead ends in the Ram seal as the user’s hands clap together loudly. At that moment a wave of destructive fire flies forth around the user, engulfing all around them. Spread about in a circle, this technique also has the nasty side-effect of searing through anything it comes into contact with. If in its path lay a boulder it would be hewn in two, for example. Defensive Jutsu are defeated by this technique as well, for its intensity is beyond measure. The diameter of this wave is 15 meters. Defensive Jutsu of this stage or any below are instantly nullified by this technique, though the attack itself does not carry through the defense and to the opponent. A highly draining technique, it more than makes up for the Chakra consumption in potency. Ryoku watched as the others left, confident in his decision he turned around to see Chloe standing before him. She was holding an outfit clutched in her arms. Ryoku smiled before reaching out to the outfit. As he grabbed it he went to pull on the top to start putting it on. She did not budge from holding it tightly as if not giving it up. Pausing for a moment he think he understood "Thank you Chloe, I'm sorry I don't say that enough." Going to pull on the outfit again she still would not budge. Looking at her a bit funny he asked her. "Whats wrong? Did something happen?" She began to explain what his father had said about being proud of him. Ryokus smile left him as he let his arms return to his sides. "Proud he said...?" Chloe had nodded to his question. "Everything I have done, and nothing brings out appraisal other than becoming the Kage?" He reached back up and took the outfit. Dis guarding his anbu standard outfit. Considering it was trashed anyway. Slipping on the outfit quickly enough. It had a nice fit to it in almost every way. It looked very sharp. Turning slightly to Chloe he nodded to her "I'm going to hit the dojo for some weapons training if you care to join me. And thank you." She noticed a single tear that had swiftly raced down his cheek dripping to the soil.

As the two bear brothers wandered back to where they had last seen Ryoku by the academy, they looked around, not seeing him. After a few moments, Grym sniffed the air, grumbling to Bjorn. “I got his scent, he went this way.” And went to follow the smell of the hokage with Bjorn following behind.

Eventually Jae picked her way through the academy hall, looking for an empty place to occupy and begin her training. It had been some time since she had meditated and figured it would do her some good to get herself in the proper mindset and discipline.
Finding a room, she entered and took a seat in the middle of the room. Legs crossed, she straightened her back and placed her hands on her thighs. Her eyes fluttered closed as she settled, trying to slip into the practiced state of relaxation and focus. Her breathing was even, for every inhale there was an even interval of inhale and exhale. Her hair fell in a few pieces around her face the bun she wore unable to keep her long locks at bay. It took a good amount of concentration in order not to reach over and flick the pieces away from where they lingered, ticking her neck and cheek. Brows furrowing slightly, she eased further into her meditative state. She could feel the strong pulse in her veins as the very blood in her body circulated around her body at quick speeds. Her heart beat thudded rhythmically against her ear drums as she further silenced her mind.
Thoughts raced to the forefront of her mind, distracting her from the ultimate goal of emptiness she was striving for. Samuru was on her mind once more, the image of her former partner in crime forming in her thoughts. The raikage had rushed Jae out of the village, not giving her a chance to physically confirm that the rumors had been true. That he was alive and well in Kumo, instead of dead and buried in the tombs of Konoha. The feelings of confusion, anger and hurt resurfaced, Jae fighting hard to push them to the back of her mind where she locked away her pain. It wasnt until she had regained her calm that she was able to slip deeper into her meditation.
Body lax, she was finally able to just float. A term she used to describe the lightness of being she achieved during this state. Jae could feel her chakra surge in her body, the channels blocked in their dormant stages. Without willing it, a gate opened, pink tendrils flickering out of Jae in raw manifestations of her power. She pulled the chakra into herself, not wanting to leave it so messy and wild. It glowed around her body like a dim pink aura. Shifting her chakra once more she let the aura spread out around her in a larger circumference. The characters was neatly maintained, the spherical area around her glowing as she pushed out. The feeling was odd, the tingling on her skin a reaction to the visible manifestation of her chakra. At this level she was able to do this without any effort on her part whatsoever. It was as routine as breathing. Letting out a breath she opened her eyes. There was a lot to do still. A lot of refinement. It was time to step to the next level. High enough so nobody could touch her.

Continuing on his mission of strengthening important structures around the village, Bjorn walked up to the academy. Quickly armoring his arms, he places both palms flat against the building’s exterior wall and begun focusing his chakra. Slowly the steel would spread from his hands to the walls of the building. Still concentrating, the black steel began spreading faster, slowly covering the walls of the academy. Bjorn remembered hearing how the building had been basically destroyed during the last UHV attack and hoped that his steel could help prevent that from happening again. After a few minutes, the steel had wrapped around the main walls, and was spreading up across the domed roof of the structure. (2/3)
Staring up at the building as his steel continued to spread, Bjorn watched as the steel covered the last of the building. His work finished here, he withdrew his hands and punched the wall, testing its strength. As the sound of steel against steel rang out, Bjorn nodded, satisfied with the strength. Looking to Grym, the two wandered along down the road towards the ext place they were going to reinforce. (3/3)

Getting to her feet easily, Jae rolled her shoulders out. Meditation did clear the mind and it did open up her chakra points; clearing out the junk but it always left her sore. There were a few more things she needed to practice before she started making her final adjustments. If she wanted to beat the top players she had to sit at the top with the rest of them. As annoying as that sounded.
Jae decided that she would go easy on her body for the moment. She didn't want to overdo anything while warming up. Going through her seals quickly she activated the most commonly used Jutsu that she relied on heavily during any fight, her body flicker technique. The chakra surged through her body and in that instant she was gone. With the aid of the added agility she was able to move at speeds that gave her advantageous new movements in the battle field. She skidded to a stop on the other side of the room, clearly not in the same location from where she had been. Tapping the wall with her hand, she leaned against it, feeling her legs lock as they cramped. Using this tech took it out on the body the more it was used but she welcomed the burn. It meant she was working hard. [3/3] [pt 1]
Moving back to the center of the room Jae mulled over what else she wanted to try out. She had a few jutsu that were not used anymore and she was considering learning stronger forms in order to get herself over this slump. Still. There was a nostalgia that went along with using her older jutsu. Going through another set of hand jutsu, she activated her chakra and let the winds gather around her palm. The air around her stirred, building and contracting before it had reached the proper distilment in properties. All at once it burst out from around her, shoot out with a huge burst of force. Anything that would have been in close proximity would have been knocked back. Even weaker jutsu. [3/3] [pt 2]

It felt good to get her warming up over and done with. Jae felt stretched out. Her body more loose and ready to move about. There was a slightly different look to her now. More alert, less bogged down by the emotional baggage she had been anchored down by. She almost felt normal for once in a long time.

Emi sighed and looked around the academy. Nanami began to chase a butterfly and she giggled. She then turned towards one of the dummies and sighed once again. She made a handsign and drew upon the water in the air. {1/5} She could see the droplets coming from the plant and air around her and condensing. It was always interesting to watch the jutsu develop. Nanami on the other hand just tilted her head to the side. {2/5} All she saw was water, she didn't hate it but it had to be clean for her to like it. Emi saw her cheetah looking at the water and smiled. "You don't have to worry about me messing with you with this Na Na." She said then began to shape the water into senbon.{3/5} She would get this and be a better shinobi than her brothers ever hoped to be. She would get them back for everything they had ever done to her and Nanami. She growled low in her throat, she would show her father too, the b*****d.{4/5} Nanami looked at her tamer then rubbed against her legs. Emi jumped a little but sighed and got her concentration back.
