Orion uncrossed his arms and counts them off from his fingers, "There's Nova, Kawaii, Kamakura, Fenrir, Andrew, Yukina, Trime... there were more but I get the feeling they've either left town or they're dead... I guess I don't have much friends..." He gave Zero an uncomfortable smile.

"Do you really love Kikyo?" Zero asked

"Of course, I'd never want to leave her side", Orion bluntly replied.

Kikyo smiled and blushed at tis alitle.

"Is that all you have to say?" Zero said not convinced at all.

"Err... I suppose you could say I would die for her, but I don't think that's a very good idea... no, I suppose I would commit myself to being with her forever, that I plan to marry her when I reach adulthood...", Orion said, still thinking what could persuade Zero to think he can be trusted.

Orion mistook the silence as a disappointment, so he was still trying to think what could convince Zero that he wanted to be with Kikyo forever.

Orion scratched his head, depleting the energy in his mind, "No... I don't think there's anything else I can say... guess it's your choice on what happens next, I suppose...", he said with a sad and defeated look on his face.

Orion took a small step back from Zero. It wasn't hard for anyone to figure out his demonic side - he still couldn't control it well. "It's a sign from the past...", Orion replied slowly, not wanting to talk about it, "... without it, I'd probably be dead..."

"Alright, Im sorry for whatever happened in your past Orion" Zero said sighing alittle.

"It's ok... I don't mind it if you're asking... you're just showing concern, but I promise you, I will protect her for as long as I live...", Orion replied, with that last thought just appearing in his head.
