Kira bit her lip and leaned down slightly, though she was so short it really didn't matter if she did so, she wasn't used to two leggers being so close, or rather, them being aware of her when she was close enough to steal anything useful from them. It was only by sheer force of will that she didn't jump when he spoke to the female behind her and told her to train hard. When he handed her a headband as well she looked at the dark, nearly the color of blood, cloth that the metal leaf symbol was emblazoned on, then looked up when he told her they were apparently related. She had relatives, blood relatives, that was still living? She'd just figured she was alone in life, but it seems she had been wrong. She blink her pale, nearly translucently; but nowhere near as colorless as the female's behind her, blue eyes and then shook her head, "I was not aware I had living family.... None came to attempt to find me in the nineteen moons that I can remember." Her words, while rough, weren't accusing, more, she was trying to understand. This was all so new to her. Maybe her wolf-father had been right in warning her away from the world of the two-leggers, but she was already too deep, she had to stay now. She squared her shoulders when he mentioned training and jutsu that would call to her blood, then looked at him, determination in her eyes, "You would train me?" Kira would not have been telling the truth is she said that she wasn't intrigued with the prospect of possibly getting to know her 'family'. Her eyes cut over to the other male in the room, the one that had been here with the hokage in the first place, he intrigued her as well, but that was probably because she'd never seen so many two-leggers her own apparent age. When three others walked in, however, she hunched in on herself once more and slunk closer to the shadows in the room. She didn't like being surrounded by so many, after an entire lifetime in the wide open forest, she felt caged in.
I think the healthy way to live is to make friends with the beast inside oneself, and that means not the beast but the shadow. The dark side of one's nature. Have fun with it and you know, is to accept everything about ourselves.

I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.
Emi took the headband and tied it around her thigh, then bowed to the hokage. She looked at the other shinobi in the area, gave a wave not really knowing what exactly to do then quickly made her way to the academy.

XXXXX Ibara waited patiently. Gently tapping his foot against the ground. He kept his arms crossed on his chest as he watched his pupil interact with his subordinates. He took one arm away from his chest and ran the hand connected to the arm through his hair as he wondered about how long this would take the new Hokage to get through. He smirked as one of the shinobi took their headband and left, and thought to himself "One down three to go." He didn't really have too much to say to anyone his only conversation for the moment was with the Hokage. Ibara eyed the couch for a few moments before he made his way to it before dropping down onto it laying back crossing his arms behind his head.

Kagami skipped along to the entrance of the office, humming to herself cheerfully of a song her parents would sing to her as a child. She looked over to where the door leading to the office stood. Sneaking around the corner, she would peek on the inside of the Hokage's room. From the corner of her eye, she could see a man standing around, guessing that must be the hokage in which she needed to see as a new genin. She playfully giggled to herself, trying to sneak up on him and scare him, as she slowly crept closer.
Maylee worked to be quite civil, and for that Rakuin was glad. The loose cannon of the three, she seemed to have grown in the time he'd had to stow her away in the family compound. Locking the girl up more wouldn't help much though. Ibara cracked dryly at the observation the young man made on part of his retirement. Well, he couldn't say the man was wrong in his statement. He nodded mildly. The kage made his pleasantries through everything, taking care of ceremony and extended a hand to alleged family. It took plenty for Rakuin to not scoff at the idea of Nara family ties. The art of shadow weaving was something that was taught, not gained through blood. Was their kage so ignorant? Or just wishing to give the amnesiac woman a place to cling to?
Apparently she knew little from the last year and a half or so. That didn't matter quite so much to him, but it was stored away for later, should that come up again. Gratitude for the well wishes, and a further inquiry for the young man and his entourage's intent. "It was simply to inform you of our return to duty, Lord Hokage, that we came," replied Rakuin in a reserved manner. "I was simply going to inform you that if you had any work for the two of us, that we would be in the academy." He had plenty to learn and sharpen up before he could bother to take up some of the more serious work.
An eye darted to the purple haired Hyuuga, whom presented them all with a wave and departed. He was more likely to run into her again, it seemed. That would do eventually. He'd need to expand his influences for the future. A mild inclination of his head, before turning to depart a mild gesture to May and the ram that accompanied him.

May faded out, not caring for those that passed in and out of the office. none of them would be taken as a threat to her in later times. She generally kept to herself if her brother was nowhere to be found. She was starting to get bored with this hoity toity crap. The female twin stepped closer to her brother as he finally spoke to the kage. Speaking that they only simply came to inform him that they were back to do work for him. That if there was work, they'd be at the academy. This seemed to perk May up. It only meant she could destroy things without being scolded at. YES!
Maylee bowed to the kage as she was gestured to follow Rakuin. "May you rein well, sir." She spoke softly before picking up the ram and walking next to her brother.

Taking a moment watching the Hyuuga take her leave he directed his attention back to his relative. He was curious to know more about her upbringing considering they have only met just now. Surely someone in her family would have known his. Trying not to look too strangely at her while he thought to himself he noticed a small girl behind her creeping into the room. Not exactly sure what she was trying to do but it seemed harmless enough, He intended on letting it play out. Directing his attention to Kira yet again, he tried to retain his focus. "I don't mind training you at all!" He leaned in and whispered in her ear. "We need to get out of this place or we'll never make any progress."
Ryoku bowed to the two Sanmiitai. "Thank you for the greeting I will be sure to get back to you soon as I know more." Looking back to Ibara he noticed he was still just looking around waiting. "Soo umm, Were gonna head out to get some of that training done. You probably don't mind taking over here for the moment." Walking briskly out the door making a quick handseal during his exit.

Kira blinked after the Hokage, just realizing she didn't know what his actual name was, she shook her head and then looked around the room at everyone else and then darted from the room, dropping to all fours when she ran to gain more speed. It was also the stance she was the most comfortable with, having grown up with her pack. She didn't bother to speak to anyone else, not caring who they were or what they were there for, they were not important to her, only her apparent relative, who happened to be the Hokage. She darted out the door and kicked it closed.

Kagami's smiling soon came to an end, as it seemed everyone had left the room. Maybe she didn't handle the situation the correct way? She sighed, falling on her butt till it hit the floor. She just wished for her headband but she wasn't sure how to properly receive one or who to ask. The girl continued to sit, waiting for someone to return that she could ask. Until than, she sat by the door, hoping for the opportunity to arrive soon.

Heading up the steps to the office, Jae kept her gaze to the ground. She was travel weary and just wanted to relax for a little bit. Coming straight to the office had been a very ambitious objective, now that she stood just outside the office door. She didn't know what had happened in the few months she had been gone. Things were helter skelter and she was still bothered by her hasty depart from Kumogakure. Knocking on the door she waited for some form of acknowledgement to enter the office. She needed to at least let whomever was in charge at the moment that she had returned from her extended leave of absence.
The sound of footfalls punctuated his ascendance up the tower. Hotaru had finally finished the annoyance that was the academy testing and just wanted his headband. Stopping outside the door he pulled a smoke from his pack in his pocket and lit it with a smile. Taking a long draw he pushed open the door after giving it a quick knock. Blowing the smoke into the office he smiled,"Hotaru Ruzume, Im here for my headband." He wasnt one to really waste time on words when the intent was obvious. After all what other reason coudl he possibly have to be there.

The shadow clone formed mere seconds as its caster had left the room. Moving swiftly across the room back to the desk besides Ibara. Looking at the genin standing behind the door he asked if she would state her business. Before anything could happen the door opened up to see a red haired man walk in rather confidently. The smell of nicotine entered along with him. Nothing he was particularly against. The disrespect on the other hand might have been something that should have been addressed. Now was not the time. He was here for his headband, A new recruit to possibly have potential.
Looking him over once more he reached into the recently open drawer with some various headbands within. Clasping a red band he tossed it across the room to the new student. "I know we have never met before, but I have a feeling I should expect great things from you." Looking over to the young girl behind the door he reached in for another headband, having a strong suspicion that she was after one as well. Also not currently wearing one already. "You are here for one of these as well aren't you?" Speaking out loud so she knew he was speaking to her. "You wanted....... Purple.. no?"

Kagami quickly noticed the newcomer, standing up to watch as he handed a student who was also waiting for a headband. She waited her turn patiently. Soon enough, their attention was focused on her, asking if she was here for a headband. "Oh, yes, I am. Purple is fine! It will match my hair." The girl nodded with a big smile as she waited for it to be handed to her.
Without a visable sign of effort Hotaru caught the band and slid it into one of the pockets of his jacket. Taking another drag from his cigarette he smirked,"Whatever you say." Giving the man a quick nod he turned and headed for the door. Stopping next to the young girl he patted her on the head softly. He was about to speak but the words refused to form as he sighed and headed out. It was time for something a little more entertaining than this.
A red haired boy bushed his way into the office, after lighting a cigarette and ignoring protocols and the semi line that had formed outside of the office. Jae remained outside, refusing to enter the office until he and his toxic cloud of smoke were gone. Glimpsing into the room she noted that there were people inside, Jae catching the door as the red haired boy exited the room. Slipping inside of the room, she stood off to the side, her azure gaze roaming the office briefly before settling on the new Kage. Oh, yippee. Another Kage another cycle. It was enough to give her a headache. She didn't want to have to explain her leave of absence to this man but unless it had been documented properly she might have to. Crossing her arms over her chest she waited for her chance to speak.
