Kagami felt someone pat her head, looking up at the man before her who seemed to want to say something but did not and just left. She thought it was a bit odd but did not say anything either, mostly because she wasn't sure how she should respond. She was getting a bit antsy still waiting for the headband, as she paced herself boredly, wanting to go do something outside so bad. The outside was calling her, she just wanted to go out and play.
Yukki stretched as she reached the top of the stairs leading to the hokage's office. She could feel the warmth of the sun beaming down on her slightly tan body. It felt good to be outside and in the fresh air for a change. No more being stuck inside where she felt stuffy and cramped. Looking around she couldn't help but notice little things like a bird fluttering between its nest and higher up in the tree as if it were watching for predators. A sly kitten trying to make its way silently towards the fish market to see if it could steal a fish before the owner caught it.
Shaking her head at the kitten she brought her hands down taking a hold of her hood pulling it down exposing her cute black cat ears. They twitched a few times while she stood there still not really making her way to the office door. Ruffling her hair with her hands she tossed her hood back up to hide her ears and took a few steps towards the door to the office. Looking down she noticed her boots were slightly loose and needed to be tightened. Propping her foot on a bench right outside the office she tied each boot again to make sure they were on tightly. After finishing she planted her feet to the ground again and reached for the door handle.
Turning the door knob she pulled the door open just a bit before peeking her head inside. Her eyes blinked a bit getting used to how different the lighting was from outside. Making her way into the office she noticed some other fellow shinobi around her but her mission was to come and retrieve her headband. As she entered the room she had the decency to close the door behind her. Standing near the now closed door she blinked a few more times before walking over to the center of the room looking towards the hokage as she then smiled seeing that he was nearly around her age. In her mind she thought he was pretty handsome as well but tried to hide the fact by clearing her throat. "I am here for my headband Lord Hokage." She didn't know his name as of yet so the formalities would have to do at this point.

Ryoku stood up with the headband for the young girl. "Advanced quickly through the academy right? Impressive." Placing the headband in the young girls hands. A small wave of guilt rushed through him knowing that he was placing a girl this young and full of life into harms way. It was her choice to make after all. Keeping a watchful eye on her might have been the choice to make for the time being. Giving a small smile to her yet concealing his thoughts like usual. Another female slipped into the office. This one much older yet surely not considered old. If he was to guess give or take around his own age. He did not deny her looks but stayed focus on the tasks at hand. Something about her seemed to be different. He guessed that she was not a new recruit so he left the assumptions out for this one. "Welcome, How can I help you today?" He left it short and to the point for he did not know what to expect.
Before the girl could answer another woman entered the office in behind her. Her beauty was also undeniable, The clone cracked a small smile to himself at the thought. 'Not all encounters as kage are totally boring after all.' Before he thought too much into it the girl spoke right up stating that she was there for her headband. Catching himself looking her over not in a crude manor but that she was already a bit older as a fresh genin. No matter she was sincere in her request. Holding up one finger to the first girl who entered the room he hustled back to the desk grabbing the academy paperwork along with another red headband, they surely seemed to be running out today of that color. He would have to make it a point to order more. Gripping it and moving swiftly back to the girls he looked to the first, "Sorry for the delay. The name is Ryoku, recently appointed as Kage. Please feel free to speak up, another chance might be a while." Meanwhile he handed the headband to the red headed woman but quickly withdrew it inquiring about her name before he simply handed the villages symbol over to an unknown woman of his age. Glancing at the paperwork for her info when she would tell it to him.
Yukki watched the Hokage for a few seconds and then noticed he held out the headband to her and before she could reach for it he took it back and kept looking at the paperwork he had. Shaking her head she crossed her arms across her chest giving Ryoku a sort of evil hatred gaze for in a sense tricking her into trying to grab at the headband. Clearing her throat again she spoke. "My bad, should of given my name. Yukki Tsuchikyo at your disposal."
As she spoke she felt her hood slip slightly showing one of her cat ears and her tail fell out of its hiding spot. Quickly trying to avoid questions and needing to answer she quickly hid her tail again and covered up her ear as quickly as she could. Looking over at the other Genin she kinda felt a little out of place with some of them looking like they were younger then she was. Looking back at Ryoku she eyed him up a few seconds thinking to herself what it must take to be kage if apparently age was not one of the pre-requisites. She kept her arms folded across her chest squishing her chest a little bit.
Standing there waiting for her headband felt like hours. She kept thinking about the fact that she just wanted to get to training already. Maybe make some friends and get to know more people in her village. While she stood there the thoughts that were going through her head were mostly about the new hokage. Lots of questions that if her mother ever knew that she had a crush on a guy she didn't even know yet other then his name and that he was the kage she would of gotten her a** beat. She wondered if he had a girlfriend, how old was he exactly, so many questions flowing through her mind at this time. It was only moments of standing there but it felt like ages.

A young, despondent looking male entered the base of the Hokage's office, the marred history of this building and the encounters it had survived through spoke edifices of the myriad of shinobi who had walked through its halls. Still, now came one more nameless child to add to that roster. The orphan shook his head and made his way past the others who had accrued at the lower level of the complex building and made his way up and towards the office of the Kage, wherein he would stand and knock at the door, two knocks.
The sound of his knuckles rapping upon the door would be clear and resonate into the office. Outside the door he stood, waiting for some response or inclination to enter.

His clone noticed the fact that more people seemed to be trying to enter as he had to act quickly to speed up the recruits. Quickly finding Yukki's page he handed her the headband mentioning how he was sorry for the delay. Moving quickly to the door he opened it as if to get the door for Yukki and let the other in at the same time. "I'm not too sure if he is still there but Ryoku himself is at the academy giving some training, maybe training himself." Turning his attention to the new student in the hall he could not easily place his attitude for it felt somewhat off. Allowing him into the room though he made his way over to the desk again. "Thank you for coming, Your name and any kind of color for the band by chance?" He rested his hand on a black band waiting for his response.
"I am Shichiro Tetsuya, sir Hokage. Orphaned child of two Konin who served the leaf sixteen years ago. I've spent the last several years of my life dedicated to following in their footsteps., and I've come here to take the first steps of recognition on that path. I would take a blue headband and that will be all."
Yukki smiled as she took the headband and quickly tied it around her neck like as if it were a collar of sorts. Nodding to what he had said she kinda thought to herself so he likes his clones. Turning on her heels she quickly walked out the door that was being held open walking past the other genin that was standing outside the office. Making her way back downstairs and off to the academy to find the real Ryoku. She had some training to get started with and time couldn't and wouldn't wait for nobody. Hurrying towards the academy she was eager to begin training.

Kagami smiled up at the man, happily accepting the headband. "Yeah, I tried my best. Thank you so much for the headband, sir! Bye bye than." The girl put the headband around her waist just as soon as she had been given it, noticing other people coming in but payed no mind. She skipped out the door full of excitement and bliss. No matter how badly she wanted to go out and play, she knew training was the best option as of now. Getting stronger was exactly what was the right thing to do, no matter how much she didn't want to.

Ryoku quickly moved his hand over to the headband beside it grabbing the blue band and pulling it out. Ryokus eyes shifted to her lower regions as she was walking out of the office, It was not her bottom that had diverted his attentions but something else wiggling slightly as she walked. Faintly he could see what looked like a black tail well hidden along her bottom. Raising an eyebrow he realized that he probably seemed as though he was looking at something he shouldn't have been. Turning his attention to the other two in the room still he brought the headband over to the recruit Tetsuya. "Impressive, As soon as I have a mission suitable for you I will let you know, Please let me know what your specialization and by all means you are free to go and train if you wish. I will do my best to accommodate said ability." Ryoku placed the headband into his hand.
Tetsuya took the headband and swiftly wrapped it around his right arm, running the band through grommets in the sleeve of his garment to keep it true and not let it loose. Then turning back to the Kage as he spoke of specialty the genin shrugged and turned to walk out of the office. He never really had pieced together his specialty. Perhaps he would return when he knew it.

Showing up at the Hokage's office he kept a smile upon his face the entire time. Today was the day he became a shinobi and was going to work hard for his village. He was going to start protecting those that couldn't protect themselves. As he entered the building many women were staring at him. He didn't entirely know why but he knew they were indeed looking. Perhaps it was due to the fact he refused to ever wear a shirt. He should never try to contain his glory that he has perfected over the years! "He may ask you to put on a shirt or something." The secretary said allowing Raijin to pass. "Non sense." He spoke with the same cocky grin plastered upon his face. Knocking on the door to the office then entering he nodded to the hokage. Waiting for the right time to speak he spoke above anyone else that might have been within the office. "I'm in need of a head band from you sir." He spoke as he was fresh from graduating the academy. Many doubted he'd be able to while noting his age. However he proved them all wrong and even had a couple eyes upon him wanting him within their squad. Especially with his natural ability to use raiton as well as making it stronger.

Watching as the young man entered the room topless. Not sure exactly of his intentions he started rifling through the academy graduates he still was holding in his hand. Almost as soon as he announced that he was there for a headband he happened across his profile. Raijin, Lightning expert was the sum of the description. Slightly glad that they were getting more with the ability to use Raiton. Even though it was one of his biggest weaknesses, It mattered not. Walking over to the desk he slid open the bottom drawer once again but this time with the edge of his foot. Snatching up a headband he tossed it over across the room to him. "Train well and let that raiton shine bright." He wanted to say more to him but words escaped him at that moment. He thought it time he study some of the profiles of the village shinobi. One so that he could recognize everyone better and two know a bit more about his allies to ever utilize in battle.
Pushing his hair back from his eyes Hotaru began the climb up the stairs to the Hokages office. Halfway up the stairs he pulled a smoke from his pocket and lit it taking a long drag. Today had been a good day all in all. Training, missions, and even got a date with Emi. Pushing open the door he nodded to the Hokage,"I know its a bit late but that mission you sent me on is done. Two got away though. I chose to protect the two civilians they captured over pursuing them. Im sure the anbu have dealt with the two by now." Taking another long drag he smiled,"Stopped by the gates to give them a hand there on the way back."

Watching as Hotaru entered the room. Vaguely remembering him considering himself as a clone was made as he was exiting the room. As he entered he spoke of the mission that he could only assume the real Ryoku had issued him. After he described the mission some he rifled through the papers on the desk before finding the one about the assassination order to slay the persistent bandits in the area. Looking at him a bit dumbfounded he could not understand why Ryoku would send him on a mission like that, A genin being sent on an Oinin mission. Coming back with news of its completion. Hearing what he had done allowing 2 to get away but at the cost of protecting civilians was the right call. "You have done well, probably better than what I was expecting you to do. You have made the right call doing that and considering their numbers from earlier reports two escaping is not a concern of ours. They will most likely devoid themselves of any type of lifestyle they have taken on before. If anything you probably gave them a chance to start over. I applaud your decision."
Looking at his profile as of now he hesitated for a moment before speaking again thinking heavily on his next set of words. "Considering your ability to make judgement calls of that nature and your ability to act on orders on such a degree I hereby promote you to the rank of Chuunin. Your credits are lacking by just a bit so If you could maybe assist the gates one more time today, I could make sure everything is finalized."
