 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... ((Sorry! My coworker kidnapped me. sweatdrop She used cats as bait......Damn things are so irresistible.))
Kiri didn't seem to notice Zane's technique, much more concerned about Nowe. She threw herself at him, looking more alive than she had since the "death". Her eyes no longer were a dead, ghost gray. They were now the color of stormclouds, sparking with life. "He's alive! He's alive!" She told Zane giddily, hugging him tightly. "Nowe's alive, I know it! Don't ask how, but it's true! I'm sure it is! I just need to go get the b*****d and kill him for worrying me like this."  The tiger that should be....isn't....

"I know he's not dead, otherwise I'd bring the idiot back and kill him myself. Seito used Genjustsu to get him away from us." Zane said calmly, remaining still as Kiri hugged him.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri froze as she realized what he'd said. "You knew?" She asked, her voice dangerously low. "You knew? You knew and you didn't bother telling me?!" Her voice rose with each word until she was almost yelling. "You knew my best friend wasn't dead like I thought he was and you didn't tell me?!" She pushed Zane away, her eyes flashing furiously. "Why didn't you tell me?!?!" She demanded, absolutely furious. He'd let her think Nowe was dead? Why? Why would he do that? "I thought we were friends......" She said softly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"There was no point to it." Zane said simply and threw down a smoke bomb before disappearing. Sorry Kiri, but I can't let you kill me just yet. Zane thought with a sigh. After this he was going on a vacation, or joining another team if Kiri and Nowe started hating him.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri coughed as the smoke bomb exploded. She glared at the empty air as it dispersed. "Fine, you b*****d. I'll find Nowe myself." She'd been going to ask Zane to help her get Nowe back but if he was going to run off like that, then she didn't have the time to find him. She turned away, looking for team 2. She headed towards one of the other training fields but caught sight of them at Ichiraku as she ran. "Kohane!" She called out as she approached. She was the one Kiri knew the best. She glanced at Kin, not entirely trusting her. Lowering her voice, she spoke to Kohane. "I need your guys' help. An, um, unofficial mission." She said, fingering the black bracelet that now sat around her left wrist. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Looking as kiri entered the ramen shop Kohane listened to her looking to the others quickly before faking a smile. "Alright gimme a sec guys before you go training without me" she said standing up as she grabbed Kiri's arm lightly pulling her as she got a good distance away. "What's going on" Kohane questioned as she stood there looking at the girl wondering what was wrong. "What suddenly came up" she questioned her wanting to know why she suddenly wanted to go on an unoffical mission.,

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri followed Kohane. She took a deep breath, fiddling with her new bracelet. "Nowe's alive." She said without preamble. "I'm going to get him back, one way or another. I tried to get Zane to help me but he ran away." Her gray eyes were determined. "With or without help, I'm going." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Nowe's alive" Kohane said her eyes widened slightly taking a step back from the shock. For a week she had been made to think he had been killed in a shadow ninja attack. Focusing tho at Kiri's second words she looked at her. "Your not going to do that alone" Kohane said looking over her shoulder at the ones back in the ramen shop. "I may not be a chunnin but I don't think anyone would go against my or your word on this" she said firmly.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri smiled in relief. She would have gone alone if she had to, but she knew having help upped her chances of survival from none to slim. It was something though, and she had to believe in herself and her friends. "Thanks Kohane. Do we have to bring her though?" She asked, her eyes cutting towards Kin. She didn't trust the former Shadow-nin at the best of times. Taking her into the Shadow Village? She was sure that was asking for Kin to stab them in the back. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"She is under Tayu's eye" Kohane said as she stood there not fully trusting in her own words but trusting in Tayu's decision. "She may prove to be an ally in this time" she said trying to convince Kiri as she shook her head. "Atleast she can take us directly to where we need to be at" she told her giving a light smile.

One wrong move and Kiri would be taking her out one way or another. She was not going to let anything jeopardize getting Nowe back. The tiger that should be....isn't....

( I need something to post, also the battle's for the final attack are posted up on the front page if you guys wanna see who your up against. )
Nowe sat on the highest point of the Shadow Village, staring off towards the leaf village. Though he couldn't see it, he knew it was there. A snake crawled up his arm, muttering something. Nowe nodded, still keeping his focus. So..the black metal acts a reciever for my chakra. That was unexpected...I didn't want her to find me. Not yet....maybe it's for the best...I do miss her...maybe Zane will come with her. He usually brightened up the mood..

"Hope you don't mind me popping up outta nowhere, thought it'd be a good idea to keep an eye on ya." Ayame said calmly as he dropped down from the sky. There's gonna be a big fuss soon, I can feel it. Ayame thought to himself.
Zane was getting his gear ready. His Ultimate Jutsu was finally ready for an actual fight and he could tell Kiri was going to go storm the gates of the Shadow Village soon. Gotta make sure Nowe is all right before she gets there. Zane thought as he finished up his prep work and began to head for the village gate.
