this doesn't get you off approving the last of those four customs. it's not related to any of the previous disputes. it's a seal again... so... ya. i like it though. useful. not offencive or anything. simple. should be easy. just may need modification of chakra cost or what not. but that's up to you.

Dread, I'd probably say you need to have a seal on the other end too, else it seems like it'd be more random. xD

Mana, Kakashi was not the only shinobi to have three elements v.v" Kakashi explained that Anbu and up learned to harness a 3rd element. As shown, though, most don't. You don't really NEED 3, but its possible.
Also, Mana, the Camouflage plasmid in Bioshock has saved me on many occasions.

Camouflage will do that. I just use mind control and take a big daddy with me like everywhere. xD

@mana: no. and it would take time to set up the seal on either end anyways. it's not a battle ready technique. best use in battle would be running away.
