Shouldn't be a problem, unless the thief was able to accurately predict where to teleport. The storage area is an underground chamber in her home dimension.

Apparently Showa/Asuka think everything is safe in their hands... even those most dangerous of weapons. Why they feel the need to have everything, even all of the most dangerous weapons, is well beyond me.
