Partner! By the Saints whoever wrote these dossier for the former Hokage was extremely rude. Grym is as massive a testament to the strength of Konoha as you yourself.
Bjorn shows signs of anti-social tendencies. He spends more time cavorting with wildlife than with other students, it is unclear if this tendency arises from his traumatic childhood or his nature as a Tamer. What is clear is that he has expanded strengths in the study of Taijutsu, often sparring against his bear partner."
Masahiro looked to the report and pinched the bridge of his nose, then looked up to the man in question, shaking his head. Whoever wrote that report was fired. That was plain enough, but they did cover over the points of grace that Masahiro wanted to cover with these two.
"Taijutsu is a matter of discourse that discourages some students. Some feel they only learn them as a matter of necessity and don't understand the true usefulness of their own bodies. I want you to train students in this matter of our world." He spoke gently, then turning to Ivilice.
"Ivilice Takamatsu. Tamer and Genjutsu specialist. We've worked together before, we've discoursed over teaching students and combat. And now I see where you've come up in the village. I won't elaborate too much on your status or your past, situation being what it is, but I would like you to teach our students as well. To train them in the arts of Genjutsu and how the illusions one can craft in chakra can affect the reality of combat."
"Seeing as you're both Tamers I'll ask that you train our youth on the importance of Ninja Partners like yours and promote further Tamers like yourselves."
"Myself, I specialize in Ninjutsu and Weapons Training. I will enter the field directly to train new students in fields where the two of you are lacking. "
As restrictions are lifted and our students begin returning to everyday routines I will be assigning teams. Each team will consist of a Jounin or higher with a Chuunin Subordinate and two to three Genin. The Chuunin aren't a requirement, but I want our next generation of Jounin to see and be responsible for students, so they too can take on this role in the future." He spoke, nodding to the two of them.
"I'll also be reviewing the old laws instituted by the failed Hokage Ibara Yamanaka. From my understanding he instituted some of the harshest understanding of the laws on our records and I wish to abolish these, while returning us to a state of self-dependence and renaissance." The newly appointed Hokage finished, looking to the two of them.

Bjorn and Grym listened as the new Hokage read from their file, smirking slightly when the white haired man got frustrated at how they were written. When he told Bjorn that he was to train the new students in the usefulness of taijutsu, Bjorn grunted slightly, nodding quickly. ”I’ll do what I can, as will Grym, and that file seems like it hasn’t been fully updated since I was a genin, other than the rank.” Grym would decide to speak up at that point, “Yes, Bjorn’s gotten much better about dealing with humans since then.”

"You will have to pardon me on some of this stuff. I honestly ignored most laws that were put into place under the new kage. Generally speaking; following the universal law of not being a d**k tends to at least let you slide under the radar. That being said, I will teach students when they come to learn. Hopefully they wont die like every other student Ive had but who knows? There was going to be a group of tamers being made in Konoha that I was going to lead, but it never really developed to something visible. Thats definitely our strong suit though currently. The fact that we have the trees around suggests we should put our shinobi through mandatory stealth training. It would be useful in our own turf." She mentioned, looking out the window at the forest.

Masahiro cocked an eyebrow to the speaking bear, but didn't press beyond that. If people could learn to communicate with animals, then undountedly the reverse was assuredly possible. What he did gather from those gathered in the room, however, was that they were willing to teach.
"Stealth won't be mandatory beyond the basics, but definitely teaching our genin how to use the forests to their advantage." He moved over behind the desk and rolled out a chair to sit in.

Listening to the new kage talk, Bjorn and Grym both nodded slowly, then decided to add when the man was done “ Total stealth may not be mandatory, but they should all learn how to be stealthy to some extent. Even Grym and I at our sizes can move quietly through the forest, so smaller people have no excuse to not be able to do the same.” When the kage finished speaking and sat down, asking if they had any questions, Bjorn spoke up again, “Just one, and I’m sorry for seeming ignorant since you and Taka have known each other for quite a while apparently, but I never got your name, if you don’t mind. We had fallen asleep during a break from training and only heard the part of the announcement about you being the new kage.”

"I have only one question left." Taka said, looking at the kage. She looked somewhat serious but then her eyes lit up for a brief moment in an unforseen aspect. The sad kitty eyes! She locked them on masahiro and she asked her question. "Can I be sannin yet?" She asked him. She was doing her best to put off that specific aura that always made people pet the cat that wandered into their yard looking for food.

"Hatake, Masahiro. Jounin and instructor for years before I was chosen for this position. I served with Miss Takamatsu years ago, back when she herself was still a Jounin. Congratulations on the promotion to Konin by the way." He stated, turning the attention to Ivilice just as he saw her preparing to speak.
Then she broke out the cat eyes and the 'whiny' pout, as some cat owners would call it. He smiled as he looked to her and tapped at her file on his desk.
"Two things, Miss Takamatsu, your Career Service Vitae does not permit you access to such a title yet, and second the pout does not work on me. You'll find I've got quite a bit in touch with the felines of the world, as I am the Sage of the Wild Cats Savannah." He said the second with a smile as a white cat popped its head out from under the back of his Konohagakure Flak Jacker, looking around the room.
Reaching up to scratch the white cat under its chin he eyed the two with a smile.
"I am also a Blacksmith and an Inventor and I will be bringing new technologies to Konohagakure now that my extended vacation has passed. The first I think will be quite the boon to you, Miss Takamatsu. The others will be quality of life increases to everyone. And with some of them hopefully we can prevent the incidents of the past with the UHV from occurring any further." He said eyeing the two down. "And you, good sir are a Steel Body. I knew a man like you once, loved to invent. I may have need of your gifts in the future. This aside, you're dismissed until I've contacted the students and set up your underclassmen." The man said with a firm voice, nodding to both of them.

Takeshi took a look up at the Hokage's office building before he decided to take a step in. He was with his sister and normally he'd allow her to take the lead but, today was a special day. They had just recently graduated the academy and it was the day that they would receive their headbands and become genin. On the outside, Takeshi was rather cool and collected like most Uchiha appear to be but, on the inside he was slightly excited. Takeshi took the lead all the way up until they reached the Hokage's door. This is when he would turn to his twin, Tsukina. "Ladies first." He would say to her and move out of the way of the door to allow her to go in first. Takeshi honestly didn't want to go in first because he knew his sister would be the one doing the talking anyways since he didn't like to talk. Many thoughts were running through his mind but, mostly it was how the Hokage was going to treat them. There was the slight fear that the Hokage was just going to use them like Uchiha and others have been used in the past and just been thrown away but, he wasn't too worried about that. For now, he'd just let his sister do the talking.

Taka pouted for a second but then her attitude shaped right back up to the serious demeanor that people were used to seeing with her. She listened to the words spoken and smiled at the fact the uhv would be soon unable to operate within the country; something she herself had 'hoped' to deal with in the future. She was going to speak but then a few students came in. She had a dilema. Run off to find something to do or potentially be given work. She decided to wait because she needed to inspect her seal structure in the office to potentially trap its use from the outside. So she moved around the people that walked in, behind them so as not to disturb their view and started the inspection of her old seal.

Each step she took felt like an eternity as the raven haired Kunoichi. Could she really be called that? Sure she graduated from the academy but she still lacked a handful of jutsu that most graduated with and instead possessed the arts of the samurai. So what was she, samurai or kunoichi. Following her brother up the stairs she snapped back to the world as he spoke giving her the chance to walk in first. With a sigh she nodded,"Your always so timid little brother." Taking a deep breath she placed her hand on her waist where she felt the familiar weight of her katana and wakizashi tied to her obi. So long as she had that familiar weight she breathed easily. Giving the door a quick wrap she waited a moment before pushing the door open and making her way into the office. Despite the fact her training began under the previous hokage and now ended under the new one she still was aware of his face and who he was. Her flowing silver robes shifted as she knelt before the desk. Lowering her head she began,"My lord, My name is Tsukina Uchiha and this is my brother Takeshi. Weve recently graduated from the academy and request a headband so that we may continue to grow." Regardless of his answer she was still going to continue to grow it was her responsibility as a samurai to do so.
"Enter." He called out as he heard the gentle rapping on his upon his door.
When the raven haired Uchiha entered his office he looked up to them, a pair of iridescent crimson eyes whirled upwards, a single tomoe active in each eye as he looked to them. He inspected them for a moment, taking in their chakra signature before waving them in. Though one of them seemed to be immediate and forward, entering and proffering herself. Tsukina and Takeshi Uchiha. He thought to himself, inspecting them a moment more.
Opening a drawer he retrieved their personnel files from the Academy and looked them over. They were members of the lesser Uchiha Branch in Konoha, no direct lineage to that man or their shared daughter. When the young woman remained upon the floor, Masahiro would stand, adjusting his Tachi, which unlike her Katana hung Blade down upon its Koshirae, and approached her. He gave her a very slight bow and whispered a prayer for her warrior spirit to endure before stepping back from her.
"Stand, Samurai. And young Shinobi who has accompanied this Samurai, please approach. The Academy sent over a stack of new arrival and graduates for the Hokage or the Elders to sift through. The pair of you were actually topping their lists as potential candidates for Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Bukijutsu specialists. Considering the pride that your name carries in this village, I'm quite honestly not surprised by this outcome." He then cast one more view over the pair of them before stepping back around his desk and reaching down into the drawers to retrieve a few headbands.
One was upon a cloth as white as the freshest snows, the only hint of change to it being where it met the steel that bore the insignia of the village of Konohagakure no Sato. This he would hand to the Samurai upon her standing. The other was a more subdued, Black, dark, as pure as the night. This he proffered to the brother, as it matched his ensemble.
"I am quite sure you come from a proud lineage, be it the head branch of the Uchiha or the Cousin Branches. I had the honour of befriending the head of the Uchiha Main Branch in my youth, a fine man destined for great things if sorrow and hatred had not occluded his path. His daughter... Our daughter, Koan, her dreams still live on through me. I still bear their weight from the afterlife." He leaned in close to the children as he spoke.
"I expect great things of you, as I expect of all of my students. I expect you to shape your destiny and to help expand that of this village. I expect you to become all that you are destined to become, and to become more still than that. As you do such, so too shall I aspire to reach ever higher." The man spoke to them, as he would to any new genin.
Tsuki kept her head down in respect as he bowed to her. Rising to her feat she again bowed at the waist as a sign of respect and stood silent as he spoke of their success in the academy. It was true the two had worked hard to gain that success refusing to accept anything less than the best out of themselves each for their own reason. Tsuki's was a bit more personal, to prove that one can inherit power without letting it consume them as so many Uchiha before them had. Taking her headband she tied it onto her forehead and pulled her hair free so that it hung over the clean white cloth. Once she was finished her voice again filled the air, soft and clear,"Thank you my lord. While we are from one of the lesser branches we both know of the man you speak of every Uchiha does. To some he is an inspiration and to others, myself included, and example of what can happen when one has to much power. As for our future all I wish is to return our name to one of honor so that we may take pride in our name for something other than our lineage."

Listening to the hokage, Bjorn and Grym both nodded. When he was dismissed, Bjorn spoke quickly, “Alright, Masahiro, though if I might add quickly, I’m also something of a Blacksmith, using my black steel, so it’d be interesting to work with you on that sometime.” With that the large man turned and left, heading back to the dojo to finish his training, Grym lumbering along behind him. (exit)

Takeshi shrugged softly when his sister called him timid. It quite that he was timid, just that he didn't like to talk and he knew that if he were the first in, it would mean that he was going to be the first to talk. After his sister went in he silently followed behind her, noticing a female in the room who went behind the two of them. However, his attention was soon brought back to his sister as soon as she started to speak. She introduced the two of them then the hokage started talking to the two. He recognized the hokage from when he was younger. It was a day when his father brought him out to the training fields and the now hokage was with some of the head branch Uchiha. As he thought about this he listened to what the hokage had to say. For a moment he talked about the old head branch uchiha who have all died or disappeared. Takeshi hoped that this wouldn't be his fate or things would become horrible. Once the Hokage was finished speaking, Takeshi turned his attention back to his sister once she started to speak again. He soon took his own headband and wrapped it around his waist so that it hung slightly. Once again the thoughts of the man who wasn't going to be named it seemed was brought up. Takeshi knew his name just as Tsukina had said. He remembered those days slightly but, not as much as some of the other Uchiha.
"An admirable goal, to say the least. Matters of pride are most often are. The pair of you will be assigned an instructor in the days to come, we are currently awaiting the rest of the graduating class to arrive before we go into too fine of detail on the matter, however. I simply ask that the pair of you be vigilant in the next few days, there's been talks of strange matters in the village." Masahiro spoke, looking to the pair.
"I see in the pair of you, balance. Yin and Yang, light and darkness. The samurai and the ninja, white and black. Force and stealth."
