Scarlet sat up and leaned agianst a tree. "Well lets see how long this will take," she whispered to Suki and Kani.

So long we had to wait that I fell asleep and was again bothered by a nightmare. This time however, the Forest Guardian's presence was with me so I did not scream out loud.

Poor boy...he could not return to his family and his mother is frantically searching for him...

The Forest Guardian sighed.

Did you know that the other poachers had sent his mother back home to her daughters, Scarlet? His father and grandfather are also in the army of poachers and are also against him....is it no just sad...

'It is sad...not to be with your parents....to have one against you...' she sighed as her memories of her parents flooded into her mind. "Maybe I should teleport him back to his mother...the poachers aren't really after him."

Sadly child....they are. Ever since he involved himself he was a target. It will not do to have him sent back. His family is filled with poachers and I believe that he has already been declared a traitor to the occupation...

Scarlet sighed, "Right...." 'So what do we do?'

We need to help him find shelter....he cannot live in your village forever...

"Ture....the same goes for me...I can't put them in danger anymore," she sighed and leaned her head on the tree.

The guardian laughed.

No one is bringing danger to anyone, child...it was fated that he came here and join you in your struggle....blame no one, child

"Yeah yeah ok, anyways i think he's learned his lesson. I'll teleport us back to the house." She crawled over to Nick and when Suki and Kani stood by her she teleported everyone to the house.

"Ow," I groaned as I felt my head hit something really hard. I opened my eyes and saw that i was back at Scarlet's house.

"Hey, how did we get here?" I asked.

"I teleported us back..." Scarlet said a bit slurred and fell asleep.

Suki nodded and left the room with Kani beside her.

"I am tired..." I yawnde as I crept to my bed. It was barely noon but I was tired to the core.

"Night Kani," I mumbled and I drifted away.

Scarlet tossed and turned in her sleep. She was also having her own little nightmare. Her past crept into her dreams and she was reliving the days her parents were alive and how they treated her. Then it got to the part were they were killed.....by her hands...She couldn't take it...she felt as if she was going mad. She screamed as if telling herself to stop.

Nick was dead asleep and only Kani heard the scream. He quickly bounded to Scarlet's room and saw Suki sitting by Scarlet's side. Kani nuzzled Scarlet awake but it didn't seem to work. He licked her.

She was pretty much lost in her nightmare and seemed to be falling more and more into it.

Suki sighed knowing there was nothing to do about it. It wasn't the first time she's seen Scarlet like that.
