Mason looked at her, "If you don't mind being friends with a reaper of souls, then why not?" He chuckled, "I can't make any contracts or anything because I don't have a soul... well... I do, but not in me." This was one of the first times he ever spoke with a demon. He read on some of them while he was in the Brotherhood, but he never met one.

Mason held out his arm, "Yeah, it's better. Still a little cold and all. I figure wrapping it like this will help it out a bit. I think when I get to my dorm I'll soak it in a hot bath. The ice kind of went into the nerves and made them go out of whack."

Destiny starts talking in the head but Fate can't hear her."Hmm well if Fate is ok with this i guess i am...Ah man i forgot about the book about him.If Fate found out she will not be happy.After she is done i will ask Fate if i can control for a while and return it." Destiny says to herself in the head but Fate still can't hear her.

"It's alright. I'd rather have it feel cold than need it cut off. I'm just lucky it wasn't my whole body encased in ice." Vanessa ran over to the edge of the water and looked into it. She feared the water even in her afterlife, but Mason didn't worry. She was already dead and nothing more could happen to her. "Is there any way I can return the favor? I mean, I owe you my arm," he said with a smile.

Mason looked at her, "I can swim if that's what you're asking. I don't mind getting into the water, but I like to stay dry when I'm relaxing on the beach... why do you ask?..." he had a feeling he may regret the words he said, but there was no going back. He did owe his arm to her after all.

Mason nodded, "Alright then... swimming it is." He wasn't wearing his swimming trunks so he decided to stay in his pants. He would have to hang them up to dry when he got to his dorm later. He took off his jacket and his black sleeveless muscle shirt. He wasn't muscular in any way, but he had some meat on his bones. When he wasn't studying on different species he was training for combat. He walked onto a rock and stretched his arms before jumping into the water. The water was cool, but not too bad.

Fate grabbed the rails of the light house. Jumped off the rail and landed on the sand. She started running to the water.
