Description: This technique is a secret ability not known by anyone in the Saiketsu clan what so ever. This was discovered through a horrible torturous event where he was subjected to his parents death and forced to drink all of their blood. Due to being restrained he had accidentally used his chakra while consuming it. The specific conditions for the jutsu are not completely understood even by him. But what he has learned over the years is that he can drink the blood of someone and use chakra during the consumption. Consuming a decent amount of blood can reduce age by one year at C rank chakra cost. Consuming a large amount of blood can reduce age by two years at B rank chakra cost. Consuming someone dry (to death) can reduce age by five years for A rank chakra cost. This also has effects to doing so. If blood of another is consumed for C rank chakra cost. The age reducing properties can be removed and a slight buff would take hold. For five posts after consuming the blood the user will experience a boost in abilities. Doubling the users strength, speed and sense of smell.

Downsides to this custom is once you learn and perform a consumption of blood even one time. You develop a desire for blood as well as a thirst the grows after a while of not having it. The body will begin to undergo withdrawals

Type: Bloodline

Description: The blood within a limb can be fully hardened to make the blood as hard as steel beneath the skin. The reason it hardens harder than the natural stone density is because it is also being directly fed by veins. Takes normal dehydration length to soften back to liquid blood. Unless made liquid by other means. This allows the user to block incoming weapons or projectiles with their body. Or even harden further to brace for impact.

Raiton techniques B rank and lower are absorbed by this technique and confined to that limb before it fizzles. The raiton still carries out its effects on the bloodline and dissolves the crystallization loosing its properties upon contact.

With the placement of this seal, only after pack mentality has been established, Ayame can speak and be spoken to by way of telepathy. The seal, like pack mentality is permanent and can only be undone by death or Ayame breaking the bond with the person in question. A Normality seal will also interrupt the signal and cause it to not work. Ayame can also act as a medium. Others can speak to the pack, but only if Ayame has the channel open and relays it to the other person.

Description: The concept of the jutsu is fairly straightforward. Using Raiton chakra, an object can be magnetized and then propelled forward at an incredible speed, fast enough to pierce through most objects without hesitation. The rank of the technique varies depending on its size, starting at C-rank at the size of a coin and escalating quickly from there. It is always S-rank in speed, but the strength of the technique is determined by the size of the object and how much chakra is applied. While it is incredibly fast, it can only travel in a straight line.

[Inspired by Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. I'm willing to make compromises about how much chakra it would cost to keep its speed.]

Description: At a young age, Ydarihan's soul was bound together with that of a celestial spirit of justice. This has set forth his life to be a justicar, a creature who served justice to those who needed it. However, justice takes many forms, in the form of Justice Pure and Justice Wroth. This "technique" is more of a chakra "mode" that takes places given a particular situation, and when utilized one of three "effects" occur. Information is written below:
→ Activation and Effects
►Justice Pure becomes activated when the a ceremonially prepared blade is drawn with the intent of a Judgment being called. Must be done with a neutral, or good, intention, for if wrath lies within Ydar's heart the mode activated is Justice Wroth. Upon activation, the manifestation of Justice Pure takes form, with blue white wings spreading out behind him, a pure white set of scales, balanced, rising from the ground to stand behind him. Azure flames burn into a circle that rises two feet off of the ground in a perfect circle, encasing the one who is to be judged and Ydar himself. The world seems to fade to a near translucent state, though it is only a visual change, as nothing else changes. Any entering the circle will likewise be judged, and it would take X - ranked amount of chakra cost to exit the circle before Judgment is cast. This chakra amount is equal to the amount expended by Ydar upon casting, and can be as low as five chakra, or as high as desired.
→ Techniques Available
► Upon activation of Justice Pure the blue flames become the embodiment of Justice, and remain on the field until a judgment has been rendered, or Wrath comes into Ydar's heart, without an upkeep cost. At this time, three different effects can occur, each unique to Justice Pure alone. These effects each bears a listed rank, which is not only the cost of the technique but the overall power of it as well. Given that the mode of Justice Pure must be active at the time of its creation, the three effects listed below are not separate techniques, but part of the whole.

Effects of Justice Pure

• Purgery → C - ranked Ninjutsu Effect
→ Activating this effect costs the listed amount of chakra or stamina. Any time this effect is activated it causes all who have lied within the duration of Justice Pure to feel pain equal to the chakra invested during the activation of the mode. This is not physical damage but a nerve based attack.
• Memini Meminisse (To Remember) → B - ranked Ninjutsu//Genjutsu Effect
→ By sparing the cost via Chakra or Stamina, either by the accused or Ydar, those within the circle are able to generate audible and ocular "feeds" of memories. As these come directly from the memories of the individual nothing can be fabricated. If uncertain of the memory, a faint red aura lines the images and the audio is slightly warped. This effect continues until such a time as another person pays the cost and takes over, or the Judgment ends.
• Iudicium → X - ranked Effect
→ The ultimate manifestation of justice to date, Ydar begins by lifting the ceremonial blade and speaking the Code of his people. This calls upon the celestial spirit within him, causing the wings at his back to burst into blue and red fire, a mixture of the two sides of Justice. The blue flames become dominant as long as Wrath has no place in Ydar's heart. In the case that there is, the technique instantly fails, and the judgment shatters the scales behind him, ending this technique. However, if continue, Ydar may put as much chakra and/or stamina into the technique as desired. After such time, the blade bursts into flame as he swings forward, sending out a wave of azure flames to strike the accused.
• If during this scenario the accused is guilty of their crime, the flames absorb fully half of the accused's chakra reservoir into the technique, meshes this and Ydar's cost together, and deals the equivalent amount of damage to the accused. At the time that the flames strike, Ydar must make an instantaneous decision. If he feels that the accused can be rehabilitated, the "damage" dealt is felt only as sensory pain, and in fact does no damage at all physically. In this case, from this point forward Justice is considered served, and the guilty party can never again be judged for this same crime. If the accused cannot be rehabilitated in his opinion, the weapon instead does burning damage. (For reference, the energy of the damage is not, in fact, fire. It is a form of pure energy, and thus bypasses any resistance to fire). In either case, the pain or damage inflicted brings up the memories and emotions from the entirety of the judgment, likely giving the impression of a spiritual retaliation.
• If, during the proceedings it is established that the accused is innocent, the flames of the blade do nothing except bestow an absolute healing upon their soul and flesh. All of the chakra/stamina spent into the effect will enact an overall healing upon them, up to and including regeneration of lost limbs or organs. From this point onwards, the innocent party may never again be judged for this same crime.
