xxxxx ► Upasana is a very gentle, caring soul. He likes to ensure that everything is taken care of; from the biggest of creatures, to the smallest blade of grass. He's careful not to disturb anything that shouldn't be, including flowers and fruit. He even feels bad eating grass at times, though knows it's the only way to survive. He never damages the roots. For everything he eats, he tries to plant something in return. Anything he can do to keep the world vibrant. He likes the thought of seeing beauty and grace in the world, and will do what he can to ensure they exist forever.
xxxxx ► He has a fear of someone destroying everything he works for; so he generally not very trusting at first. He doesn't want to be hurt, and that can make him seem stand-off-ish. But if Upasana sees that someone is being as respectful to the world as he is, he will adore upon them more than he thinks possible. He would love to be able to trust openly, but he knows how dark the world can be. So, he calmly asks anyone who is being a jerk to walk away, before he has to get aggressive. And he can be. If it means protecting the world around him, he will grow aggressive to those who try and harm his paradise.

xxxxx ► Upasana grew up in a village close to a field of flowers. He enjoyed the people there, liking to assist them in whatever way was needed. He would cart items around, or help them to dig holes in the dirt when they needed to. They taught him how to plant flowers and how to treat the earth and nature around them. And it made him happy. He was always so willing to do whatever it took to keep the world a happy, vibrant place. Even if it meant having to put himself in a bit of danger to get something special for the village, he did. He would risk his life.
xxxxx ► Eventually though, the village moved. Their food was running out, and with it, the buffalo. They had no choice, and Upasana knew that. He watched them go, and stood quietly left behind. He understood, and he knew he could go with them. But he needed to stay. He needed to be able to do what his heart told him to. So, he set out starting to make this place wealthy again. He spent his time tending to the world around him; he planted trees and flowers, tried to draw small creatures to his area. He worked as hard as he could to build a little paradise, and he was succeeding. Whenever anyone tried to come into his little home, he would have to ensure they didn't destroy what he was working so hard to accomplish. He welcomed those with kind hearts into his home, and those without ran them off in fear they would brutalize the beauty he had created.

xxxxx ► Everyone knows the type; the sassy, get what they want princess. And that is exactly how Odelia acts. She knows she's pretty, and that she can get what she wants because of it. And she acts as though she rules the world around her, but she's sweet at the same time. two sides of one coin. She wouldn't do anything that would harm anyone; and would refuse to ever put another in harm. It's how she was raised after all. But if she wants something, and can figure out how to read the person she wants it from, she will do whatever it takes to get it. She's manipulative at times, but if chastised by her family, will see the error of her ways and apologies ( even if it's begrudgingly ).
xxxxx ► Odelia is gentle in her ways most times, and likes to make sure people know that she won't hurt them. She adores small creatures ( including Usdia ) and finds them to be cute and cuddly. Though she'd never say it out loud. She has a soft spot for those with a darker nature about them, thinking that she can change their ways and make them turn toward a better side of life. And if they can't change, then she huffs and pouts and goes about her way.
xxxxx ► Odelia hates when people are rude to herself or others, and if in earshot will make a snarky comment or make herself the center of attention. She will make sure she is heard and that no one could ignore her. If it starts to get violent, she usually will back off, because she isn't much of a fighter. Isn't a fighter at all. But she hates rudeness so much that she is willing to fight for those that are being wrongfully treated; and wouldn't mind getting her features a little ruffled if it means protecting those who need her.
xxxxx ► Love is something highly cherished in her family. She has seen what her parents have, and she has figured that it is the best thing for her to have as well. And even though she is young and doesn't understand, she wants it. She will do whatever she can to be the best mate, the best girl she can for the stallion of her dreams. And even as a small foal, she dreams of the day that she can meet her knight in shining armor who will love her unconditionally.

xxxxx ► Born the middle of the second batch of children from Devicius and Charolette, Odelia was raised as her parents raised all their children; with love and a gentle hand. They were taught how to accept everyone around them. She found herself loving small creatures, and even found a small snake who seemed to be fond of her. She asked her parents very nicely if she could keep the snake, and when they said yes, she adopted little Dahla as her friend. She grew up quickly, maturing faster than her other two sisters and thinking that she was better, that what she said went, because she was the best and no one could take that from her. She was, after all, the cutest!
xxxxx ► She went through the world like she was owning it. Odelia was a queen and everyone was her servants. Except, not really. She just wanted to have fun and be loved and, well, everything. She wanted to just have a great time. And every day she wandered around, she got farther and farther from her family. She loved them, more than anything. But she needed to explore. Stretch her wings. So she told her mother and father this, and that she would continue to come home and visit every month. She would never go far. She promised.
xxxxx ► So as time passed, she wandered. Odelia was gentle, kind. She adored everyone she came into contact with. Including a little colt she had met as a child. She ran into him again, Ashitaka. And for days they wandered around and just talked. She caught up with him, flirted. And fell in love so quickly she didn't realize why. It was perhaps something like her parents had said; Love at first sight. And she did love him. Odelia and Ashitaka came together easily, and she eventually decided to settle down with him permanently.

xxxxx ► To say that he's got a stand-off personality is an understatement. Because of how he was raised, Timbavati doesn't know how to handle groups. He has a slight social anxiety, and tends to move away from those that gather in large groups. When hunting, he does so alone. When traveling, he does so in a group of five or less. He hates people, hates being around those that could hurt him, and he detests being overwhelmed. Timbavati doesn't like to be surrounded, and he doesn't like to be around those he doesn't know. But, when it comes to his love, he will do anything. He will go above and beyond to make sure Helberd is protected and safe.
xxxxx ► The lion tends to have an aggressive nature about him. He snarls and bares his fangs and claws to outsiders that make his instinct go haywire. Others, in terms of his instincts, have him on cautious paws. He will analyze and watch quietly. He never finds the right words to say, so he settles with staying as quiet as possible until he needs to speak. He has a fondness for children, thinking that he needs to protect them as much as any parent would. Even if he isn't their parent. Timbavati has even been known to try to help Skinwalker foals, though always ends up running them off or relocating himself.
xxxxx ► That being said, he is a different lion around his love. He is a different being. He is caring and fond, nuzzling and gentle. He adores giving gifts and keeping his small buck warm. He adores him, adores the children he has adopted when he mated with Helberd. He knows that if he isn't careful he could harm his lover. But he is sweet to him. Sweet and gentle. Timbavati has a kindness in his bones that he doesn't fully understand. And it scares him somewhat; but he embraces every moment with his mate.

He was treated poorly, and even his own mother outcasted him as time ticked by. He tried to help; to hunt and impress their alpha male. But it never seemed to work. Even when he brought food home for the pride, he was a disappointment. Eventually he was used as a sort of punching bag. He was smaller than most lions, being he was underfed most the time, and he always had himself on guard. He protected himself as best as possible, but eventually, he had to run. He had to flee from his pride in order to survive.
xxxxx ► Which is how he came to the Kawanii Lands.
xxxxx ► He traveled alone for many years, not wanting to be seen as vulnerable or needing to be attacked. He was terrified of so many Soquili. There were so many different species. Ones with wings and some with long claws that could rip him apart. And every second of every day he hid. He tried to keep himself away from everyone. Tried to hide from the world. But one day, when he was weak from lack of food, a white and gold buck approached him. And he was uncertain what was going on around him. But when he woke from his haze, the buck was still there. He watched him, analyzed him. And then started to help him in return.
xxxxx ► They stayed together for years, both growing stronger and helping each other. And eventually, they fell in love. Eventually they found themselves unable to part, and they remained close. They declared each other mates, declared each other to be together for life. And since that time, Timbavati has been protecting and supporting Helberd, and getting the same in return.

xxxxx ► Parakōto is a complicated little thing. Many people see him and are either curious or scared. And it causes him to have some form of distance to those around him. He is rather un-trusting. After all he'd been through, the fox holds everyone at a distance. He doesn't like to be near people he doesn't know, which causes a problem since he doesn't know much of anyone. Being blind causes him to react in different ways. Where someone might just come to say hello, he would take it as a sort of threat and snarl with anger and a need for protecting himself.
xxxxx ► With his family he is a cuddle monster. He likes to be close to them and assure them that he has their back. The problem with that is Parakōto can't find his family any longer, and isn't sure if he wants to. After all that happened the previous years, he wasn't certain if he even wanted to. Parakōto holds a lot of resentment to his family. And it was then that he learned he could hold a grudge like no one else. He can be hard and cold to those he thought he loved, and push them aside in ways that he never knew possible.
xxxxx ► Little more is known about Parakōto. Some think that they would be able to decipher him, and it's much more complicated than that. He doesn't like to open up easily, and it would take quite a lot of work to figure out more about the young stallion. He is cold on the outside, hard to learn and hard to come by. But with time, he could open up. And who is to say what he could become?

xxxxx ► At first, the young couple was happy. They had three small children, and everything was grand. He was the middle of the three, small in stature and the last to emerge. Who could say why? But Parakōto Moondrip eventually showed himself to the world. Fur black as night, with intricate designs along his side and legs. His mane short, ears long, and claws sharp. But one thing that happened with the others didn't happen with him. They opened their eyes, they could see. Parakōto could not. No one could figure out why this was a thing, or why he out of the three lacked vision. And where Bismuth was used to being blind, and that the blindness was hereditary. They could tell now that it was.
xxxxx ► Bismuth cared for the three youngsters to the best of her ability. And Parakōto could tell that by the racing of her heart and the smell of excitement she had. And it put the young colt at ease. But as time continued to pass, he started to forget the icy cold small of his other mother, Tsubasa. He couldn't remember the sound of her voice, the smell of her fur, the cool comfort of her cuddles. He clung to Bismuth more, and would listen as his siblings whined and complained about missing their other mother. Weeks to months, to years. And suddenly it was just him, his siblings, and his mother.
xxxxx ► They settled comfortably, the four of them. Like it was all they needed. Parakōto could tell that it was stressful on Bismuth, that she was struggling. And so he started to do everything he could to help her; hunt, keep each other warm, protect them from outsiders. He did everything within his power. But it wasn't enough. A great storm washed through the valley that was their home. And as much as he tried to keep up, hit was fruitless. He ended up lost in the rain and woods, and alone.
xxxxx ► For weeks after he searched for his family, calling out and shouting for help. He tried to find someone, anyone, that could lead him to Bismuth and his siblings. But each time he was met with different sorts of reactions; from sympathy to anger. But each time it helped not. And it just continued to upset the young stallions. He gave up one day, deciding that it was best to just move on. The pain in his chest started to spread like frost bite. Like every step he took in the wrong direction made his body freeze over. He wasn't certain what he was going to do, but he knew he would never be the same.
