*After getting dressed and checking outside to make sure the construction crew has begun the expansion, she goes into her kitchen and prepares dinner for tonight.*

Cornish Game Hens Benedictine stuffed and served with a Walnut Plum Sauce
French cut Green Beans
Spinach Salad with feta, crasins, walnuts with red wine vinaigrette
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse served in stemware topped with a bit of whipping cream and chocolate shavings

These cute little birds are filled with a stuffing made with bananas and pecans. They are roasted to perfection and accompanied with a Walnut Plum Sauce containing Benedictine. It is a decadent meal just as impressive to view as it is to eat. What I love about Cornish Game Hens is that you get your very own bird and they are just so gosh darn cute! 4laugh
