Kite looked at Riki and noticed he was right . Kite would of work On jutsu all evening and night if he didn't bring that up. Kite the felt his stomach growling to and felt as if his chakra was diminishing. Kite looked at Riki and gave him a thumbs ups .

Riki nodded and proceeded to follow Kite out of the academy. He looked around his section for a little, noting that he would need to come back soon, and remembered that he'd have to report back to that annoying secretary Haru. He looked at the exit and left.

Walking up to the building Yasu didn't see the need to go in just yet. Looking around for a place he could just relax, he found a suitable location not far from the doorway. He sat propped against the wall of the building looking up at the sky seeing some birds flying mildly high. Just over the building, casting an extremely small shadow rotating around in the grass. Looking around to the other shadows in the area seeing some swaying in the wind, while others stayed rock solid casting shadows from the building. Given his clans abilities he would have a field day with the proper training. Pulling out his family scroll again he opened it up. "Perhaps its time I actually did something with that academy training."

After a while of looking about at the shadows and learning the way they operated from small objects to big looming buildings and the angles of the sunlight making them larger and smaller. Taking a moment he looked in the scroll and said about how most of the skills are manipulated off of his own personal shadow. Seeing that he was sitting in the buildings shadow he wondered if the entire shadow he was in could be utilized. Placing his hands into the shadow and pushing his chakra into the shadow he saw nothing change at first... but after a few moments he saw his hands start to emerge on the other side of the shadow. As he pushed his chakra into the shadow they extended and enlarged. Looking like over sized gauntlets from the shadows.

Pulling them back into the darkness to simply save on chakra he wanted to try something new. Seeing the wind blowing about and leaves falling from the trees at times he focused for a moment thinking in a much sharper extent of the skill he had just used. Looking back up he shot a few razor point spike from the shadows of the building. Then retracted them again. Watching some leaves fall he shot them out at a very fast speed impaling several leaves.

After a moment the leaves stayed dangling off of the spikes. They seemed rather on there. Instead of simply drawing his attack back into the shadows he drew them back quickly but all the way back to himself. Letting the leaves stay all bunched together but still harnessed tightly by the spikes. Staring at the for a few moments thinking of the possibilities of the ability he drew back the attack releasing his chakra from usage.

Moving on from that he knelt and formed the same seal he always used for his shadow techniques. As he did so the shadows crawled up his leg, shifting and changing. Standing up he moved into the light so he could see the shadow he was producing. From what he saw he looked significantly larger than he actually ways. Shifting the shadows again he made himself look much smaller and shorter. A useful move though its use was somewhat limited.

Releasing the jutsu Yasu returned to his sitting place up against the wall with a sigh. Rolling the scroll back open across his knee he looked over the next jutsu he wanted to learn. The next one would allow him to create a weapon out of pure shadows, while it wouldn't be as strong or tough as the ones he wore upon his back, it would still serve as needed. Plunging his hands into the shadows, after he poured his chakra into them, he slowly extracted two forms of shadows which reminded him of longswords. Examining them slowly he approved and dispelled the jutsu.

Taking his seat again he returned his thoughts to the scroll next to him. Rolling it out a little bit more he looked at the next jutsu in order. This one was a bit of a different thing than hes been used to trying. Pouring his chakra into his shadows he pushed the shadow along the ground with his foot. To his surprise the shadow rose up in a wave and raced along the ground in a mostly straight line slicing though anything that got into its way. With an approving nod he ended it and continued on.

So far it had all been easy come easy go just the way he liked it, didnt have to expend any real effort to do any of these jutsu. Though the next one might actually be interesting. Taking a moment to look over the details involved in the jutsu he took a knee and formed a seal and poured his chakra into his shadow and the shadows around him. As he did so he reached out with his mind and began using his chakra to direct and manipulate the shadows around him. Once he had a good grasp on how fast the shadows moved and how they turned as well as their maximum range he released the jutsu.

Carrying on the lesions the first jutsu had taught him he looked over the next one after that one on the scroll as the two appeared quite similar. Once he had the general idea down he took a knee again and, yet again, pushed his chakra into the shadows around him. As they darkened he manipulated the shadows sending them in hand like figures towards a bush nearby. Once the hands had reached over the bush, the hands, began crushing the bush much to his enjoyment. Though once he ended the jutsu he realized he would have to wait for a bit before continuing on.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXTsubaki bit the bottom of her lip as she opened the academy door. She needed to head to the sparring grounds- and she had, but then she'd thought about how much time she'd lost with Hiro around the shops and then in the dojo. She didn't want to be a nuisance to her squad, especially when the guild was in medium alert. However, she'd reacted immediately to the Hokage's announcement and she knew she could learn a few techniques fairly quickly. If she brushed up on her medical training, and maybe a bit of her clan stuff, her squad would probably be none the wiser.

Having convinced herself, she went to work. She bit her thumb with her canines and watched as a dot of blood appeared. Forming two hand signs, she focused her chakra to her left hand. Her yellow chakra turned green as she brought her hand to her right thumb, hovering over the wound. The cut remained while the blood seemed to be absorbed by her chakra. Her thumb looked exceptionally clean; the only blemish was the small bite mark.

Tsubaki squeezed her thumb so a hint of blood rose to the surface of the puncture. She released the green, healing chakra from her palm. Feeling for her natural chakra flow to return, she focused on the wound. To ease the blood flow, she would need to alter her chakra flow to the wound. She pushed a surge of chakra to her right hand and felt the healing properties at work immediately. The redness at the puncture wound eased until the bite mark looked like a thing of the past.

Tsubaki examined the clean, bloodless puncture for a moment before deciding it was time to stop beating around the bush. She needed to heal the cut and use the main eiseijutsu. It was almost the most basic of techniques, but undoubtedly one of the most important for a medic. She could build on this technique later, too, but she needed to establish the easiest form first. With that in mind, she summoned her healing chakra to her left hand after a few, careful hand seals. Biting her bottom lip, she curled her fingers around her affected thumb and squeezed slightly. The chakra then covered both hands and the Yamanaka felt a slight itch where the puncture on her thumb is. Was. She removed her healing hand and studied her wound-less thumb. It looked like she'd never bitten there.

She flexed her fingers to ensure everything was working correctly before moving onto clan jutsu. She knew the most basic technique was a telepathic connection. Her clan used this all the time, even for casual conversations, and was why the Yamanaka clan tended to seem quiet when around each other. Forming a hand sign to focus her chakra, Tsubaki imagined opening her mind. She searched outward for a few moments, much in the way she did when using a sensor technique, and felt confident that she would be able to talk to others telepathically.

Tsubaki started the next clan technique in a similar manner. She opened her mind and regulated her chakra flow through her breathing. It was akin to meditation and helped her relax into the mindset of using clan jutsu. Also, it made her feel like her senses were enhanced and that would help with transferring sensory details. Inhaling completely, she took note of the smell of sandal oil in the academy. She thought about that detail and formed a triangle with her hand. She imagined a compacted letter with that detail inside being sent to her brain, and then sent out through the triangle she made. She hissed under her breath as she felt an absence in her consciousness. The sensory detail was sent out, and if she'd focused on someone, they would have smelled it too.

Rising to her feet, Tsubaki decided that it was time to go meet her squad. She'd wasted enough time here, even if it was only about half an hour.

Hozuki arrived and glanced around. She doesn't know what her students look like. Her students. Yea. The Hokage had really lost it. Hozuki wasn't stable for this! Did she express leadership qualities somewhere? Ugh. Her hand went up as she gently rubbed her forehead and took note that it was empty in the academy. Her eyebrow slightly rose. Maybe this was all a joke. A ruse to get her to arrive here. She went to place her spear against the wall as her arms cross across her chest. Gently, she leaned against the wall and waited. For her students. What was she going to do? She had no experience in fighting. She doesn't' even know many of the bloodline but her own. How the holy hell was she expected to be a teacher.

'Guess I'll learn as we go.' And Hozuki will just have to do the best she can. She still thinks the Hokage had left his brain back in Kumogakure if he did manage to get there.

Hozuki's caramel hues glanced over and saw a young boy walked over a bit more but not too close. He didn't say a word. Her eyebrow rose slightly. She glanced around a bit more to look for an ANBU and gave him a blank stare. She was already annoyed.

The Hokage had lost his mind.

With a deep sigh, she had to remind herself she's a leader now. She needed to take care of them. Damn it. She rather take care of plants than people! Turned her head to face the young boy, "Are you in Yasakani squad?" Might as well say something since he might be shy to not say a word or there could be another reason. Honestly, she doesn't care. She'll just do her job until someone else who could be a teacher instead of her, take over this. And please, for the love that's all good, let that happen as soon as possible. Even now.

Hozuki watched him bow towards her respectfully and the deep red caramel glanced towards the young boy. Interesting. She wanted to know more about him. Once he introduced himself, that name sounded familiar. Satestu. The other reason why she thought that their Hokage was insane, she had no knowledge of anything. Except her own bloodline and few popular ones. With a deep sigh, she brought up her fingers and pinched the bridge of her nose. 'Why don't we agree to never see each other again and you can go off to join some other squad while I tend to plants..' How badly does she want to say that? No. She has a duty. Besides, this was to be temporary until the Hokage arrives.

Then she realized she had been standing there with her fingers pinching the bridge of her nose. She didn't want to hurt his feelings. "Ah. Sorry." She removed her hand and glanced at him. "I'm Hozuki Senju. Well. Satetsu-san, what is your specialty? We can try together and start from there until others join us. Come on. Let's also find scrolls for what we need to learn." With that, she turned towards the shelves with the scrolls. Ranging from bloodline, ninjutsu, genjutsu, medical, you name it, they have it. She started to take some for her elements. "Also, what are your chakra elements?" She wanted to turn and run out of here. Run into the forest and hide with the forest and away from these people. No.

Some of those are handy." She commented as she was grabbing some Doton and Suiton for herself to learn as well. But she won't use them against the kid.

Loki happily strutted into the place where she was supposed to be. She looked around, eager to make some friends but was really careful not to be loud. Modesty, honesty and silence were things that she was taught to exhibit when necessary. Suddenly she spotted a male and female looking at some scrolls, or at least they seemed to be.I wonder... Is that them? Should I approach them? Definitely! Loki then skillfully, and silently, skipped over to them, as if she was glided. The spear barely moved on he back, and she felt proud. She then tapped the female first. "Hi, my name is Loki Kurama. Are you two the ones I'm supposed to meet here?" She whispered low enough for a conversation to not be heard, but high enough for those she was speaking to. She stood back up smiling a bit. After speaking, she directed half her attention to the smell of the place. If knowledge had a smell, this would be it.
