Stairs. Arashi always hated stairs. And this tower was four floors. Ugh. Arashi sighed as he walked through the lounge and headed up the stairs. His hands are in his pockets. wearing a black tight long sleeve t-shirt, he had the bagging black pants to match. Over the shirt, he was wearing a black vest. The Uzumaki symbol could be seen on the back of his vest. His red hair was to the side as he had nothing else on but the standard boots.
Once he reached to the fourth floor, he saw the beautiful receptionist. "Wow... I wasn't sure if I should be coming in but now I am glad." With a nice smile, he should figure out what kind of woman she was. Flirty? Easily swooned or hard to play with? "I have to tell you, seeing a woman with hair that is kissed by the sun and eyes that captures my soul. What kind of bidding can I do for you today, Haru-chan?" He questioned as he gently reached for her hand if she allowed it and kissed the back of her hand as well stroke her soft hand with his thumb. Arashi had completely forgotten what he had came up here for in the first place.
Haru smiled at the flirting of the genin, but when he attempted to kiss her hand she would withdraw it. Though the smile remained on her lips, she shook her head. Then looking down into the drawer of her desk she pulled up a file.
"Uzumaki Arashi. Family and Clan hailing from the Land of Whirlpools. Hopeless flirt, bisexual, ninjutsu specialist, shown signs of Sensory skills. What do you take of him, Hatake-dono?"
"I would say he's probably too horny to serve our village in any capacity. Looks like he even forgot what he was here for, his eyes are lost in your bosom." A sudden and seemingly emotionless voice called out from behind the man, standing no less than ten feet away away from the Uzumaki.
He took note of the man's vest, the Uzumaki Clan symbol, and before the boy could turn to face him, he himself turned around to show the same symbol was on the back of the Konoha Flak Jacket.
"Bu~ut. His exam scores are exemplary and he shows, according to rumours, good skills with his hands. Give him a headband Haru." The Kage said with a smirk as he began to turn around, crimson eyes, glaring in the dimming light as clouds shifted over head.
"So tell me. What makes you finally come to my office, seeing as you've been working relatively decently up to this point."
Arashi was okay with her withdrawing her hand. That's alright. So she's not the touchy feely kind. When she pulled out the file, Arashi rose his eyebrow and heard his name. Wait a damn minute! How can even the bisexual part be in the file? What? And then she mentioned Hatake. Dono. Uh-oh. Arashi straighten up as he heard what he said about him. Turning his head to retaliate, he paused for a moment when he saw the symbol on the back. Man. Part of him doesn't' mind, but the other part does. For a reason.
With a smirk, he turned to take the headband from Haru, "Thank you very much beautiful, Haru-chan. My eyes usually have me lost when they lay on something so gorgeous as you. And yes, I am very good with my hands~" And he really meant it. Well the beautiful part. He thought she was beautiful. Instead of putting it on like most genin would do, he held the head band in his hands and glances towards the man. Hatake. So the eyes must be an implant. With a sheepish smile and grin, Arashi lift his free hand and scratched the back of his head when his kage had asked him to why he finally arrived. Did his procrastination showed on his file too? "Came to get the headband so I can get to work."With a bit of thought, he decided to add something else, "If you like, I can do some missions." Though, his voice was going down. It seemed that he don't really want to be assigned any missions. He seemed to be almost cringing.
"Hmm. I have a job for you. I want you to learn at least five techniques. No less than five, then meet me in the Forest Environment. Your job will be to find me, sneak up on me, and manage to take one of these bells off of my belt." The Hatake chuckled as he drew up a pair of bells from his pocket.
"Your mission is to liberate one of these from my clutches. And I will warn you, as my Sensei warned me. If you do not strike to kill me, you will never touch me." The Hokage smirked, turning to face the open window across the stairwell from them.
Grabbing the hilt of his katana the Hokage would suddenly burst into a bolt of white lightning, which then transformed into a Giant White Tiger, coursing through the room and out the window. His ultimate destination, the Forest Environment.

"Hey, Burning Bush. A word of advice. You're a sensor, right? If you plan to sneak up on him, that's going to be your best bet. Be observant, he never lets a battlefield get out of his control." Haru would tell the young man as she picked his file back up and settled it into the drawer.
"I've known Masahiro since we were children. He's sweet in the heart, but when he's out to prove someone, he gets a bit passionate. You get that bell, you'll be the first person under Jounin to do so. Don't let it get to you kid. Win or Lose, you're just being tested." The blonde concluded as she sighed and leaned back in the chair.
"And I'm instructed, that if any other Genin arrive in the next couple days, to send them after him in the same rules."

Haven was on his way to the hokage's office after having laid low for a while. Just in time for him to see a giant white tiger leaving the hokage's window. Haven was a little confused entering the office, making his way to Haru and the male that was also there. "Do giant white tigers made up of lightning leave from the Hokage Office windows often?" Haven asked in a monotonous tone of voice that sounded almost eerie. He was genuinely curious about that however it was obviously not showing on the seven year old's face. "Aside from that, I came to see if the Hokage had any missions I could take on."
"Ahah, another contender enters the field!" Haru said with a smirk as she saw the humourless young man coming up the stairs and into the office.
"Yes, actually, the Hokage has put a mission out for training currently. You, as The Burning Bush here, are to train at least five techniques and attempt to retrieve one of two bells from the Hokage, who you just witnessed leaving the office, in the Forest Environment here in the village. His words were quite clear on the matter. Come at him with all intent to kill, or else you won't touch him, and he will be waiting for you." The cheery Blonde chuckled, her curly hair catching the light as the cloud cover moved past.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXTsubaki approached the secretary with a polite smile on her face. She needed her headband to be an official genin. No one would just take her word for it. She needed proof that she finished her academy work. "I'm Tsubaki Yamanaka," she introduced herself. The secretary nodded and found her name on the list. She crossed the genin off and handed over a black headband with the village's insignia. Tsubaki thanked her and tied it on her waist. She asked if she was free to go train on her own and received the affirmative.
She played with her new headband as she left the Hokage's office.
No no no, one does not get off that simply with me.
Haru pulled out the young girl's file and looked to her after she handed her the headband. Seeing the girl tie it on her waist she chuckled.
"Now now, about going to train. Hatake-dono has made it very, very clear what he is expecting currently. You are being given a mission as soon as you claim that headband, Miss Yamanaka. You can't skip out on this just because you wish to take things a little easier. After all, your father worked hard to keep you in the Academy after your mother left." The blonde woman prodded, looking at the young Yamanaka.
"Your first mission, and test, is to train at least five jutsu, and then to meet Hatake-dono in the Forest within the walls, there your job is to retrieve one of the bells he is wearing. And since there's only two bells and three genin now on this mission, you have to compete with your fellow students." The sultry blonde said in a cold tone, looking to the young woman with some worry.
She hoped this Yamanaka wasn't like the former Kage.

Josephine walked up to the Kages Office, there was something different in the air. She graduated the academy and now she was going to personally meet the Kage. The feeling of excitement and happiness had become so foreign to her as she placed everything that she had to make sure that she was going to pass the Graduation Exam. She knew that this was going to be different, this was essentially a whole different life. She would meet new people, experience the good and the bad in a whole different light. She walked into the building and it seemed a buzz, she passed a girl holding a headband in her hands " I hope there is one in there for me. " She said to the secretary as she walked up.

Haru was sitting at her desk with her left leg crossed over the right, foot on the table itself. She pleated down her skirt when she heard someone coming up the stairs and while she awaited the answer of the young genin standing before her. As the new Uchiha came up the last bend and into view from the open door, Haru drew out a personnel folder with his picture on the front of it.
"Ahah, Josephine Uchiha. We wondered when you would arrive. Usually you Uchiha make grand entrances and grandiose speeches upon entering rooms from what I've seen over the years. I am Haru Akimichi, and it is a pleasure to meet you. Your first mission is already assigned, you're to learn at least five jutsu and go to the Forest within the village walls. Hatake-dono is awaiting you there." She said, drawing out a red banded Headband and tossing it to the girl.

Josephine walked to Haru and playfully snatched the headband from her " Yeah but the boys like mystery. " She said in pure sarcasm, she thought of the other boisterous Uchiha she knew and Haru was very right. She thought about it for a moment and rolled her eyes " The good Uchiha are always the quiet ones. " She tied her headband around her neck and caught herself in a reflective surface " Wow thats awesome. " She gave Haru a thumbs up and walked from the Office

食 Walking in with her arms swinging at her sides and her head tilting to the side Chōumei would appear before Haru-nee with sudden salute and soldiers stance of attention. But this pretense was quickly broken by her loose calling to her elder sister, "Hey shuga~ bee~. Chōumei Akamichi reporting in to swipes my well earned gift from the Kami that helped me through my trials in the academy." Mockingly wiping at nonexistent tears she'd clap her hands together and woudl say a little prayer to several Kami-sama's she'd felt deserved thanks for this days achievement. "..and thank you Kami of the rain for making me fall sick that day right before that test so i could get an extra day for studying. You my kami-sama for that one, but don't tell the other kami, they might get jealous. So! Haru-nee you got anything to say to your baby sister about making it out of the academy (though late), Hmmm~ ?"
She'd cross the distance from the entrance to her sisters desk in a whimsical interpretive dance all the while she'd been praying to the Kami. Stopping with her hair flung over her face and when flipping her hair back she'd batting he eyes at her in a longing expression of approval, and in this she was genuine. Well that and her desire to retrieve her head band. She'd wanted to gain the strength and freedoms that came with being a shinobi, despite the prices, to explore the worlds Kami, foods, and learn more about the few things she had heard of. None the less to figure out what that nagging feeling she had sometimes that felt like a hidden longing that something was out there in the distance. Holding this expression and playing at her little sister card Chōumei woudl await her sisters response.

• Emotional Content: The user is able to make fantastic illusions appear by performing on their instrument. This ability comes at the cost of not being able to perform ninjutsu through use of performance or instrument. Can perform B rank genjutsu and lower at Gennin.
•Weapon Specialist: The user Gains a free custom weapon slot, while forsaking the ability to learn ninjutsu for the ability to learn more than 1 rigorous style (styles still count for 2 slots). With their inability to learn ninjutsu, they get to learn [1] additional bukijutsu style for every 10 ninjutsu slots their were supposed to acquire. Their depth and devotion to the weapon arts allows their skill to increase with every rank allowing their weapons to cut through defensive bukijutsu techniques of the same rank.
• Walking Contradiction: Chōsu has oddly no trouble when it comes to performing genjutsu, contradicting and overriding her clans normal weakness in this area, and all ninjutsu and genjutsu slots are compounded into genjutsu, yet learning genjutsu does take one [1] more post for her than others. (not conflicting with buki discipline b/c she "would of" had them)
• Prodigious martial-Artist!: Chōsu has a large and curvy build and flexible physical shape that allows her to learn and practice most any(soft or hard) Buki or Tai-jutsu style rigorous or not with just one [1] slot. Provided her curvy physique has the benefit of mass for hard-style, and springy flexibility for soft-style. (though purely light-weight styles are restricted when heavy) Yet this is a taxing task in terms of the time it takes to learn these Jutsu increasing learning requirements by one [1] post.
• The Hunter's Instinct: Can always find The [Chakra Virus] monster in the general direction from her location.
"Ah, hello Choumei!" The elder sister called out as her younger sibling approved.
Ever unlike Haru this young girl was in many ways her opposite. Extremely religious, strutting herself everywhere, buoyant and energetic. Hell, even their skin tones differed, with Choumei being dark and fair haired. One could even say she were the definition of Ganguro, were it like the shinobi villages to have such a thing. Sighing Haru pulled out a profile and looked it over, seeing her sister's track record at the academy and sighing.
"You acted sick to fool mom and dad, din't you?" The elder asked the younger before looking down to the profile's last pieces of information.
"You're under the same orders as everyone else. You're to go learn at least five techniques from the academy or dojo. Then you're under orders to meet with Hatake-dono at the Forest within the village walls and attempt to retrieve one of the two bells he has upon his waist. This is a placement test for all of you involved, so be careful sister. And under the Kage's orders, strike to kill, or you'll never hit him."
