 Hana couldn't sleep all night. She was glad that Brago was there trying to help her, but her mind was distracted.

 Nike smiled and laughed, "We are as Vampires, Jack. We are ever polite. Rest, because I would have a proposition for you, later." She said as she walked away.

Misha let out a small groan. Her wrists ached but no longer gave her excriciating pain. She groggily looked around and saw she was in a cage. She saw on her wrists, she now wore silver bracelets over bandages. There would be no transforming. She walked over to the bars and place her hands on them. She instantly let go as they burned. Despair hit as she realized she was in a silver cage, unable to transform, and no one knew where she was. She sat on the floor and cried in frustration. "I should have stayed with you, Dante," she whispered.

He smiled as well. "Alright, I'll see you later." He slowly made his way to the bed and fell asleep.

The sound of laughter, male and resonant circled the room. Your punishment, Brago, for your failure. What will you do, when Hana's thoughts are filled with her lust for me? Kane's aura pressed the room. Hana felt Kane's incorporeal carress along her cheek and moisture on her lips.

It's easy to beat a man but to torment those he loves, that is more painful, lasting. You have caused pain to my precious Nike. She is addicted to Demon blood and she cannot control herself. She acts so strong, but she is as fragile as rose petals. You have done her a great wrong. His voice circled and every now and then he would reach out a 'hand' and touch Hana in various places.

He awoke awhile later, feeling the best he's felt in decades. He sat up and stretched. He looked down at his chest. "Scars are alright I guess..." He stood up and turned to the bed. "Oh...They might not like that." Bloody sheets...I'll have to apoligize for that. He walked to the door and stepped ou to the hallway. Now where did she go?

Your pain....... The voice and presence vanished. *********************** Alone in her office she laid her headon her crossed arms, falling asleep at her desk. Her dreams fitful as she dreamed of a dark man with sharp eyes.
