Kōjin moved slowly through the streets in front of the Hokage's office. Stopping at the front he looked up and took a deep breath as he closed his eyes and moved inside. Looking around he walked up to the receptionist and handed over all of his weapons before moving up the stairs to the Hokage's door. He was nervous about what the Hokage was going to say to him as he was just freshly out of the academy and his time there wasn't to impressive most of the time. Reaching the door he thought about what he was going to say if the Hokage asked him a series of questions. He would knock softly before standing there waiting to be called in as his mind continued to race a bit. Taking a deep breath he closed his eyes and stood there trying to calm himself down a bit.

"Oh, Hatake-dono isn't in right now, Koujin. He is attending other matters of import around the village at the moment. Perhaps I could help you?" An ample chested woman would call out from behind a desk off to his right.
The woman's long blonde hair would shift as he brushed it back and her left hand retrieved a personnel file. The image pinned to the front of it was that of his face. His Academy Entance photo to be exact. She seemed to flip through the pages with a bit of nonchalance her eyes occasionally darting up to meet his, before looking back down to the papers.
"Excels in individual training and assassinations method class. Teachers feigned fear to see reaction. Reaction was unfavourable. Subject seems to have a thrill for the kill, and an unhealthy obsession with the ANBU Corps. Sound about right, Koujin?"
Wet footsteps sploshed through the hall as a rather disgruntled seventeen-year-old walked slovenly through the hallways toward the office of Masahiro Hatake. Pursed lips, furrowed brow, an unmistakable disposition of irritation and frustration was expressed plain as a clear blue sky on the face of one Hiro Tanaka. With every other step taken, a new shoe print of eggshell white coated the senju woodwork in offsetting patches. He passed by a couple women on the first flights of stairs, one leading the other out. Hiro didn't take a second glance toward them. His focus remained on the fourth floor.
By the time the hostile handyman reached the Hokage's haven that was his office, the trail of wet paint was reduced to small spots from Hiro's heel. The rest of his foot-lain boot had dried with small wrinkles cracking the painted area. The door to the Hokage's front office was cracked open just enough to see the first window overlooking the entire village. Yet the sign bolted on the door across the room by a hanging string clearly read in big bold red letters on a white background, "THE HOKAGE IS OUT". Naturally, when somebody actually needed words with the Kage, he was nowhere to be found. Hiro would have loved the opportunity to kick the door down and rearrange a few things with extreme prejudice. But at the moment, all he could muster was letting out an audible grumble.
Hiro stepped forward into the room, grabbing the edge of the door to push it fully open. Two people inside, one whose hair was quite bubbly blonde with tits for days. Hiro took an extra glance at her, though the scowl never left his face. The other one, whose hair seemed like a desperate cry for attention from mommy and daddy stood idly, silently by as the blonde did most of the talking. Another couple steps came, with that sticky wet tear, almost like paste at this point, coming from Hiro's boot as it pulled away from the marble flooring of the Hokage's office floor. He swung the door behind him as it fastened shut with a loud slam of wood connecting with iron, a soft fluttering of the nearby papers as the gust of wind fluttered the leaflets just to have them set themselves in place again.
Hiro stared into the blonde's brilliantly icy eyes, walking over before leaning over the desk. His palms laid flat, with every movement he made deliberate, full of contempt. "I have a complaint to file. Where's that b*****d Hatake?"
Kojin turned hearing the lady as she called up to him to let him know that the Hokage was out. Sighing with relief he looked down at the blonde with the rather extra sized tits and couldn't help but stare at bit. However he snapped out of it when she mentioned his intrest in the Anbu and how he excelled at assassination work. With a nod he agreed with her. "I am inclined to agree with you on that. I do find the thought of killing someone for the good of the Village exciting as it helps me protect my home." He hoped she was pleased with his answer as the mere thought of killing someone in general got him excited. He was about to add more when the doors to the office flew open and a soaken wet shinobi entered the office. Kojin barely even gave him a second glance as he scoffed a bit. It wasn't raining when I came in earlier. Or maybe he got in a fight with his shower. he thought to himself before the man did something that he though was rather disrespectful.
"It is more respectful to refer to him as Hokage-sama. Also he is a rather busy person. Hokage-sama can't always stay in his office." Kojin stated simply before waiting to see if the blonde lady said anything else.
Kite entered the hokage's office and bowed as he was catching his breath ,he been there many times before and always knew how things ended up. He looked at the floor as the vision of his mother dead burned an image in his head. He could barely stand legs quiver with weakness. he tried to stand with composer but it was hard for him and he couldn't. his hands was on his knees and M perched on top of him.

"Koujin, you have a lot to learn still, but you are also applicable for Genin. You are not, however, to undertake missions or travel past the walls without the orders of a superior. You will also be assigned a squad leader shortly. In the meantime, however, there are a couple mission missives I will pass on to you." She said as she reached into her desk and pulled out three of the "Learn a Jutsu" missives that had come in from the Fire Daimyo.
"Go train and await further orders." She then turned to the boy who had rudely approached, sopping wet with paint.
"Ah. Mister Tanaka, what is today's complaint?" She asked as she inspected the man and chuckled at Koujin's attempt to secure the Hokage's honourable position.
The pair would begin to bicker and Haru would find it absolutely adorable. That was until Kitai walked in, snow clad, weak, and broken. She would recognize the boy's plight, she had seen it before, a particular ANBU that had often been stationed at the Academy, but he must have gone overboard this time. The boy could barely stand, he looked as if he had run here from the academy and had plenty of scuff marks and bruises from collisions.
"Kitai, can you hear me? Hey, are you alright?" She asked again to no avail.
She then grabbed the intercom system and made a page.
"Satemy Kurama, your presence is required at the Hokage's office. Immediately." Haru called in a calm tone before she moved the boy to a chair in her office.

From high in the sky Satemy swooped down, Descending at a break neck speed towards the window that was most likely closed but if opened for him would be much faster than taking the stairs. Normally he wouldnt do something like this but when being summoned one did not waste time. There could be many reasons he was needed and not many of them called for customs and courtesy's to be followed. Arriving at the window Satemy Pulled into a quick hover while his gloved right hand raised up exposed from his cloak and rapped three quick times.
"I am here." was all he said. To distracted by earlier events to really do anything but get to the point. He could see inside the office. Satemy sorta recognized the aid that most likely called out to him. The Youths in the room however were unknown to him. But a lot of the ninja in the village were unknown to him now. "Is something wrong?" He asked.
He saw her call to him with a worried face. Kite just stared blankly at her cause he couldn't hear what she was saying, no point in fussing on trying to comprehend what she was saying. Kite was confused on why she grabbed him. He followed her to the seat where she placed him down, watching her walk to the intercom and seem ask for a request with a face that disapproved of Kitai's punishment . Then he saw a kid with red eyes enter the room. He looked at Kite and then look back at the lady as he asked a question. Kite was too tired to care and put his head down and closed his eyes to rest.

that was all he could say as he fell asleep from exhaustion.

★ ▌A small utterance came from over the pissed off handyman's shoulder. Respect. Respect? Slowly, Hiro turned his head around to look at the male; both hands curling at the fingers from flat on the table to loose fists. Respect, hah, laughable in this day of age. Respect would be not getting in the way of a working man trying to complete a mission of repainting a paying merchant's exterior wall. Respect would be not running away after ruining the mission. Respect is cleaning up the messes you make, or at the very least making a real and genuine attempt to make amends. Respect is paying what you owe, and not leaving it to another man to worry about. Today, respect and honorifics doesn't exist.
Equal parts of seethe and appall radiated on Hiro's face as he stared into the streaked-hair little princess. "Listen, jackhole. I don't give a s**t what kind of skunk you and your head fought in the forest to get you that rug on the top of your head, but you want to talk about respect, how about respecting your own Jashin-damned business." Hiro's eyes remained on the noticeable scar on the bratty punk's cheek as he spoke. Maybe that skunk anecdote was more true than he thought. The blonde began speaking once more, and Hiro's attention turned back to the secretary. As suspected, he was yet another punk genin. Though they carried the same rank, they clearly walked different paths in life. She dismissed the boy, and Hiro suppressed the desire to utter out under his breath, 'Yeah, get the ******** out, scrub.' Rather, he stayed quiet until the blonde addressed him.
"My complaint is about a couple of Hatake's bratty little punks parading around as ninja. One had purple streaks in their hair, the other one was a redhead who likes to parade around like the old b*****d hiimself. They cost me the job for the dumpling shop that I was scheduled to handle. Because of them and the damage caused, I had all my tools and money on hand confiscated." The incident now reported, Hiro continued with what he wanted in return with a little extra vitriol. "Now, I want those brats punished for ruining a job that was assigned to this village, mind you, and I either get reimbursed for what was lost, or you give me a damn job that doesn't require tools that I don't have so I can get my money back."
Heart racing, blood pumping from the expressed irritation, Hiro took a long breath inward, letting it out with a hostile shudder. Still, he stared at Haru with a bitter disposition. What came after was not the retribution he desired, but rather an dismissal to address another problem that decided to wander into the room. Her actions got Hiro to turn around, seeing another ninja knelt down to the ground in agony. Lovely. Haru called out, before moving elsewhere, and made a request to over the intercom. Shortly after, another ninja, presumably a medic, came bursting to the room. Great, a dead body was just perfect to cause another delay in Hiro's day.

Kōjin noticed the man's hands ball as he looked at him and readied himself but when his attention turned back to the girl he relaxed a bit. Taking the scrolls from her he turned to leave but noticed a boy had run in. He looked extremely rough and tired as the lady had handed Kōjin the missions helped him to a chair and called someone over the intercom. That was whn he remembered that he never got a headband and turned back around to the lady and smiled. "I forgot to get my headband as well. He had no real preference in color or anything like that but he simply wanted to be able to train without be told he couldn't or get in trouble. As he waited for the headband he went and took a seat clearing his lungs a bit and relaxing in silence.
Stepping away from the deafened boy she would open the window that Satemy had hovered outside of to allow herself a good view of the boy. She sniffed annoyedly at the current show of the boy and reaching just out the window she would smack him on the back of his head, pointing down to the doorway. Her angered expression growing.
"This right here, this is why the Hokage doesn't generally approve of you. You're a showoff, Satemy. Get downstairs and walk your little a** up those stairs, maybe get some muscle on you!" She huffed.
"In the side room off of my office there is a boy who has been deafened. I need you to repair the connection to his eardrums. The body is rejecting them right now. Bird went over his bounds again. A High-level technique on such a kid..." The Secretary muttered before slamming the window shut and locking it.
Heavy footfalls marked her march back to the desk wherein she would pull out a single headband. She tossed the one with a pink band to Koujin, motioning for him to exit her 'office' as she did so. Her eyes viewed through the odd colorations of her hair before she turned to look back to Tanaka, still grumpy and insulting about the different ninja. She tried to recollect the ninja he was speaking of, but none came to mind. Especially one parading around like Masahiro, that would be a rather dull and dour person to try and copy, after all, he was never too sociable.
She shook her head and looked at the man, her eyes staring deep into his for a moment before she pulled out a couple of job missives.
"Alright, so you're not technically a genin, and I have a feeling you don't really want that distinction on your head right now anyway. What I can do is give you other jobs to take care of. I've got a few here, supplies on hand at the different shops. Let's see, we have a woodworking shop, a blacksmith, or a Flower and Tailoring shoppe you could currently do jobs for. All three are offering variations of the same missives. Preparation and Assistance. Here." She would say as she rooted in her drawer to pull out a couple of the missives.
"If they like you they may offer to take you on and keep you around for training or more work. I know it's been tough on you since you got out of the academy. A lot of the other academy students are running around after school like they're ninja, and don't worry, they're being handled. The current instructors are toughening down on them as testing season approaches." She said before giving him a slight bow.
She then sighed and rubbed the bridge of her nose.
"If that will be all, you're dismissed, Tanaka." She said, moving her chair before flopping back in it, adjusting her top somewhat as the fabric shifted on the chair.

Taka stood on top of the office building with her fingers held in a postion often associated with zen and monks. She was reaching her chakra out to find three specific people. Her team in question was scattered through the village. She; after a few minutes, could get a read on their positions and lock in on their chakra. She made sure to track them while she scribbled a set of instructions on three slips of paper and attached them to three seperate kunai knives via a bit of red string. She would stand back up and refix her position with the layout of konoha. She had been in the village for years and could pretty much pinpoint them here. She turned in a quick single turn and threw, the knives arcing off into the villages with message in tow. From there she would exit to the monument.
