	I had to fire a couple of subs the other day for slacking, and now I am trying to fix their screw ups. If I higher another crew to fix the problems, it will cost me twice as much and there goes my profits. The crew I fired were a husband and wife team. Ireally hate to do this sort of thing because It makes me feel so guilty. They would not listen to me so I drew a perspective drawing off what was needed and they still did it their own way. Well if they try to take me to court over it I at least have thew drawings which they signed, so they will have a hard time proving themselves right. Now I am working 14 to 16 hours pr day untill things are back to where they are suppose to be.
