~ Suzume Kinjo ~ Blood Red Sparrow ~ Kumogakure ~ Jounin ~ Samurai ~
Chakra Pool: 405 ~ AC: 14450 ~ Ryo: 4,600
Sometimes it was hard to see things when they were in plain sight. Suzume merely blended in with any other person who may have been in the waiting room. Aside from the headband wrapped around her upper arm and the sword resting against the side of her chair, she looked like any normal villager.
When Yuugao had stumbled in, both Suzume and Cloud spotted her and the strange animal following her. Looking up to the red head Cloud asked "The heck is that, Suzu?" Seeing the look on her face as her gaze turned to him though, he could see she hadn't the faintest idea either.
Looking back to the girl, Suzume waited patiently for her to speak. Or at least she was assuming the other would speak to her since she was looking in her direction. Despite the girl's entrance, when she spoke she seemed fairly articulate and polite. It was a pleasant surprise to hear the other ask to be her student and it would be good for Maemi to have someone to train with.
"Well... it is usually up to the kage to assign genin to certain squads. Although while you are waiting for her answer, I would not have a problem teaching you in the meantime." It filled her with a sort of pride, knowing that two genin wanted her to teach them since she was well versed in swordsmanship. Setting the book back on the side table near her chair, Suzume asked "You are the kind of shinobi that works with animals, yes? Do you also specialize in weapons or something else?"

Taking the other's hand, Suzume gave it a light shake before resting her hand on arm of her chair. She listened as the other explained a bit more about her background. Yuugao certainly came from a rich background with plenty of potential, it would be interesting to train her. "Well I'm sure the Raikage would have no problem assigning you. She merely needs to know so the paperwork may be filed. I have not practiced the three sword style but I can easily help you learn since it is a weapons style." Looking towards the interesting animal that Yuu pointed to a gain, she merely gave it a nod before hearing her other student come to her.
Looking over her shoulder, she noticed Maemi seemed a bit nervous around Yuu. After the other girl finished introducing herself once more Suzume spoke up "Yes. And if the Raikage allows for it, which I'm sure she will, Yuugao-san will be assigned as my student and she'll be your new teammate on a nearly complete squad." Now knowing what Asagao was, Cloud moved closer and sniffed at the kangaroo. He still wasn't sure about it but the animal seemed to be just fine. "Maemi-kun, are you finished here at the hospital? If so then we can move on and do something else unless you wish to call it a day." As much as she wanted to teach, the boy was supposed to have a life of his own after all and they had been going at this for a long while. Suzume merely wished to give him the option incase he wanted to go off and do something.

K o d o k i, D o k i j i m aJounin - Village Advisor Main Class: Taijutsu ll Sub Class: Medical CP: 410 - 40 = 370 ll AC: 8,900 + 500 ll Ryo: 1500 + 100 [[Retraining for Healing Hands Jutsu.]] [[Assist the hospital! Mission.]]
Doki arrived at the hospital already in appropriate attire and quite gusty with hasty breath. Even as she washed her hands from above the elbows, Doki felt her skills rust. It's been a while since she had assisted in the hospital prior to taking a mission. Doki then turned off the sink and properly dried off the falling drops of water. With both hands now sterile she headed off to the nearest aid. The late idea struck her upside the head later that minute. It hadn't occured to her that she needn't go through such trouble since learning the Cleanse Technique. Regardless it would be a minor surgery for Doki to participate in. She grinned in much smugness, clean from any grime her pores would benefit from. It's like being an intern.
The hospital was swarmed with more patients as of late and the medical staff seemed short to be needing the assistance. Not that she was going to complain. She needed this; and so did some of the patience. Some ryo wouldn't hurt. Her face took on a steady mask aided by the blob of chakra taking form onto her hands. Her focus molded the shape into that of a small ball no bigger than a fist in size. Placed below her folded hands, Doki then positioned it over to her patient. Currently it is a young boy suffering under some nasty flesh wounds. Two consecutive gashes over the side of his head and two below his chest. After initiating the healing hands technique she maneuvered the ball of healing chakra to repair the breadth of his skin.
Doki maintained her position while carefully adjusting her wrists through slow, gear-like movements. This wasn't something she hadn't seen before so the process was fair. The bleeding was dealt with, all that's left is to heal the outermost wound before stitching it up. Less than seven minutes had passed since she completed closing up his wounds. She left the aid allowing the others to finish up sewing his surface injuries.
The next one up was a girl about her age. She was a shinobi and quite a feisty one at that. Doki wrly thought to herself how amusing hot blooded people were. She even had red hair that reminded her of her teacher. Anyway, the problem was, the girl was obviously bleeding from her scalp to chin down and absolutely refused to believe it. Doki quickly shoo'd away the girl's reluctant teammates who at the time carried her in by force. This kunoichi appeared to have very high standards, being a proud type of person. Admirable but arrogant. Doki held up a mirror, indicating to the girl that she was obviously injured. The kunoichi appeared to be shocked however she brushed the stream away, still saying she was fine.
Doki sighed, her thin level of patience now surfacing. She brought up a picture of a badly injured child taken years back. The features were quite grotesque as Doki explained the mug of it and told her how disgraceful the girl was being while others were having it worse. The more her words were getting vulgar, the more the girl became willing to treat it. Inwardly, Doki flashed victory. Her opponent must have been scary for leaving her with such a bad blow starting from below her ears and reaching to the nape of her neck. The one on her forehead was a nick if anything serious. Placing her hands over her forehead, Doki commenced the healing ball.
She observed with her eyes as the dead tissues were reducing over the growing cells. Barely two minutes and her bleeding had stopped. Thirty seconds in, the wound would now result into a light spot of pink under a gauze patch. Soft skin, but would heal through mindful eating and resting. Next would be the gash behind her head. A patch or two of her pretty red hair had to go but the areas were minimal and she wouldn't notice it unless it was pulled up. Doki positioned her hands so that the rounded ball of chakra would encase itself deeper. Although she maintained it at a comfortable distance, it was still efficient enough to work. Ten solid minutes, her patient was now ready to go. Though it being a head injury, she was suggested to stay for at least a couple of days. On to the next one.
Her next station rested on an elderly woman. A torn tissue somewhere beneath her calves and a bad scrape. A job for the Healing Hand Minor jutsu.
[[Retraining for the Healing Hands Minor technique.]] Despite downing the level, this was an elderly citizen. Someone she had to be very careful and prudent with. Her hands were cleaned again all the way up to her arms before they folded back over. Another ball of small healing chakra gently stamped the surface of her knee. Within four minutes the scrape had diminished into small specks of scabs under the influence of her charka. Later, sponged with alcohol and proper antibacterial.
Her wrists then compressed the chakra below her calves where with excision, the ball had delved deeper into the wound. She was quite thankful for having others mop her brows from sweat as this was starting to cramp her neck. Old people should be careful.. The small operation had been completed. Her chakra ball dispersed and she carefully placed the lady's leg into a secondary tourniquet until the next Medical examiner would come to properly elevate her leg. Doki thanked her senior members for her experience and call before leaving for her break.
But then another examiner called for her name. She rose up, discarding her beverage much to her chagrin, and ran towards the following station. A man of around his thirties sat with some gashes over one side of his forearm his left leg sported a nasty cut. He was conscious, face covered in dirt and seemed to be fairly patient. Judging from his appearance she assumed him to be a farm hand, likely hurt from misusing his weeding sickle. Which is what she diagnosed from his leg. He was assisted into a separate room where Doki was put to work. She placed his leg into a tourniquet to gauge the bleeding temporarily. The cut was long but shallow. Her hands crossed over his left leg, producing the same small ball of healing chakra. Though the form looked to be that of a lime green blob. He seemed to be rather distressed. A little side conversation wouldn't hurt, it would probably distract him from the pain he would get every now and then.
While her hands were pressed over his shin, steadily fixing up his gash line, he told her of how this would be the first time he would be treated by a female examiner. She thought it was interesting. From the way he talked in his amiable manner, the man had a decent personality. So why not? Doki hardly answered as her work ethic pulled in from being a medic. He would fill in their silent gaps with preceding answers.
'Said he was no good with women.' Well the fact that Doki wasn't quite a mature woman would ease his discomfort, wouldn't it? Her expression simpered into a grim one while the man took notice. He quickly apologized, leading him to raise both his hands which were rightfully sore. She chortled a good laugh when his pained instincts took in. She alleviated his pain with a quick diagnosis and settled on healing the largest line of red. "Don't worry, it's understandable. I used to be one before."
The shock in his expression put him in good silence for at least about the rest of the procedure. At least he would be less troublesome now. Jeez, he's too old for shifting around like a kid. She finished with his shin and moved above his forearms. The ball of chakra costed her an extra length just to maintain it's form. Concentration was a must. The scratches on his forearms came clean.
New skin would cover their place feeling softer than a baby's bottom. Doki glanced up to the man who still seemed to be in shock. "Mister..it was just a joke.. Some hospital humor.~" He was still quite nervous but eventually allowed his laughter to break in his discomfort. After receiving his thanks, she headed on off towards the next room.
--------
Doki tied back her hair once her hands were again washed thoroughly clean. She could still feel the cool draft over her arms after exfoliating them so much. She hadn't been called for another patient yet but was already under the pretense of having it happen. Just as Doki walked out with her hands aiming away from touching anything, her eyes met the hair of Kyo. Instinctively she became worried, thinking he had got himself into another accident. After walking up in front of his person, she confirmed that he had. Her expression was sallow at this point and mocked the expression of a grunt gorilla. "Follow me." He was still near the receptionist desk for people in waiting. Her quick diagnosis of him also gave her the foresight to re-occupy the now blank room they would be going to.
She entered the door and asked him to enter. Her hands still sterile, she prompted him to sit in the nearest char. "Idioooooooot."
