Oh, woe to the Village! The ruckus at the gates had attracted the Nibi's attention, and rather than continue to flail about at the top of the Raikage's Office, the beast decided to let Nekita run rampant for a while. With one mighty leap, the cat rocketed off of the Raikage's Office in a whirlwind of fiery petals. The cat would be momentarily obscured by the petals, but that would be the least of the Village's problems, as the entire tower would ring like a bell, which would only get louder when the Vacuum Great Sphere hit it. Everything would look to multiply infinitely for all who heard the ringing that echoed across the Village.
The beast would sail through the air toward the countryside, shrouded in a twister of blue fire. Its jump had been so powerful that the very mountainside had shuddered, and now it seemed that the cat would not only land outside of the Village, but that it would land very, very far away. It was nothing but a dark blue speck against the darkening sky. As it sailed, a few blue flames would fall off of it and land in the Village below, disappearing into the inferno.
The blue ball of flame that the Nibi had sent out continued to bob slowly toward the gates.

The man shouted of victory, and victory he got: Victory over a bird that flew into his ball on accident, victory over architecture, victory over the ground, and--best yet--victory over accuracy. His success at failing to hit the ball was so total, so complete, one had to ponder the works of the great Ninja Painters Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michaelangelo when looking at the mind-blowing brilliance of his genius. As the poor, stunned bird hurtled through flames that seemed to leap up and lick at it, it cooked so evenly that it would be revered as a holy object in the distant country where it would eventually land. So tender was its breast meat, so perfectly plucked by the wrecking ball was it that no finer bird had ever graced the temples of the Red Bean Jam Country. It would be quickly enshrined in a great stone temple, where it would be preserved until the Daimyou's son came of age, when it would be presented to him to serve as a blessing for all his future endeavors. Songs would be written about the Great Flaming Bird that fell upon the country, and for many years, its worshipers would proudly wear the title "Bird-Brain" as a symbol of their devotion, swearing an oath to protect the world from the second coming of the dreaded "Thunder Cat" and the "Moon-Slinging Smasher" that had antagonized the bird in its life.
Meanwhile, on the home front, the wrecking ball sent a spiderweb of cracks across the already perforated Village Square, making the ground even more unstable. The ancient city below would be in dire need of an interior designer soon. The whole area already needed some incense, since it reeked of burnt feathers. Somewhere in the world, someone rolled a d20 and it came up "1".

Turning, he heard echoes of a battle in the distance, and without a second thought he hefted Zangai, always near to hand, and moved off. Off all the oddities he might have wondered at as he walked away, the only one he came up with was this:

Haituro's clone walked into the village plaza noticing the convoy he had sent here already had gotten to work repairing the plaza. The clone flashed a few hand seals "Kage Bunshin no jutsu!" three more clones of Haituro appeared. Two of which stayed here to assist with the repairs to the village one appeared to head toward the Raikage's office and the final original clone left toward the blue dragon Imporium to help with repairs there after stopping momentarily to receive some supplies.

A clone of taka ripped her own headband off as she walked down a back alley, dropping the piece of her clone onto the ground to disolve into nothing but minor droplets of liquid that hissed on the pavement. She grabbed an old beer bottle and smashed it against the bricks of a nearby house and collected the glass fragments. She made sure they had the paper on the back of them so they would be all shiny. From there she moved toward the two hq's in the village. She didnt want to bother the raikages office but wanted an alerted response in the end. She needed to impress peoples attention to the uhv after all. Slipping on her mask she moved on, staying out of sight for the most part. It was just a festival mask from back in the snow festival from when she was a few years younger but it worked for this.

Of course H had come to his favorite place in the world, the plaza! H ran through the streets, strutting his new headbands and smiled to all the passerby's. He grinned widely as other shinobi passed with headbands, and as others looked at him strangely he pulled down his eye lid and stuck out his tongue to them. On one occasion, one tried to catch him, however the small boy dashed off leaving dust to fling up and cover his tracks. What would he do now? The raikage said he could do any of the following: A. H had no idea what to do... however he was feeling the mission part.

A scream from nearby captured the attention of villagers around H. Were he to follow the sound--or even if he didn't, it would quickly become apparent--he would find smoke beginning to pour out of not just one but several buildings along one side of the street. People, as they do, began panicking and most ran the opposite direction. A few brave souls stuck around and started gathering water to put out what they assumed was a fire, given the dancing lights shining through windows. None were brave enough, however to try entering the buildings, and shouting could still be heard from within them.

Without anyone to tame the flames, the buildings began to collapse in on themselves, crushing anyone who may have been alive inside. But the fire showed no remorse, and continued to spread out from the epicenter. By now, the cloud of smoke rose almost to create its own cloud in the already dark sky, visible to anyone outdoors in the village. At this point, should it go ignored, the whole village might well be in flames soon.

As the flames danced and roared Myurai appeared in a flash of crimson and ice atop one of the non-burning buildings. Emerald eyes scanned the area slowly taking in the chaos, however it was his mind that was in turmoil. Half of him saw the scene as the extermination of the weak while the other half of him saw it as the pointless deaths of the innocent. That split begged the question, why? Why did he think it was ok to slaughter the weak. Shaking his head he pushed such thoughts aside as he formed a seal with his left hand and slammed it onto the roof. The inscriptions raced down his arm and onto the ground as two puffs of smoke appeared next to him, two of his summons, Pakkun and Aoiyasha. Without turning to face them he began,"Evacuate the civilians, save those you can, leave those you cannot." [1/2]
Without another word the two raced off the roof and began gathering and directing the people in the plaza. Myurai closed his eyes and began to circulate the chakra within his body once more. After a moment he formed a seal with both of his hands before shrugging off his cloak and letting it fall. Within seconds ice was forming on his skin and soon formed the armor and wings of his imperial ice dragon. Now that he was protected from the flames he turned his attention to the situation at hand once more. Though before he could fully finish his plan the sounds of a building collapsing and screams pulled him from his thoughts. Additionally another scream from a still burning building pulled him from the first one. Without wasting another second myurai raced along the roof of the building, leapt into the air and using small bursts of fuuton glided all the way to the building across the street. Tucking his wings he inhaled quickly holding his breath as he slammed into the window of the building and into its foyer. Following the sounds of screaming he made his way though the house and into a small room where a woman sat huddled against the wall. Moving quickly he raced over to her and scooped her up before racing back out into the street. Setting the frantic woman down he took off back into the air to get a better view of the situation. Reaching her destination Yuka came into a complete halt as people panicked around her by the flames going on around the area. ether few people helped each other get water or mostly all of them had been running away, watching the flames burn even more or nothing to help the ones doing something. What was going on around here. It seemed like she went to sleep just to wake up to a nightmare. Roars of fire along with cracks of buildings caused her to shake. Fire was a no no in her book and a great weakness at that but this was a emergency. Screams of a few people trying their best to put out a fire near by caught her attention for now. Making her way to the group of five civilians. They had been fighting to get inside a burning building but the flames at the door had them at bay." We need more water !, Why wont anyone help us there's children inside this building trapped!". two of the members spoke out until they noticed Yuka walking over to them. " You come here we need help getting in here now one of us went in after the kids but never reached them." Stopping right next to the male that yelled out Yuka looked up at the third floor window seeing the mentioned children three of them to be exact . With a light smile on her face she walked forward towards the door raising her hands " It had to be fire huh.". Four buckets of water from the group were the only thing they had left so it was all she need from them." Ill get them out just get something stuff for us to land on." [1/2]
Making several hand signs Yuka motioned the water in of the of the buckets to her hand forming in a whip. She quickly graded the second bucket and tossed the water at the flames before taking a leap through the door her free hand grabbed one more bucket. Now inside the burning building Yuka fought her way around the burning rubble. The smoky air had been thick and hard to see in or breath much. With few mild coughs here and there she reached the second floor. The hallway was fully engulfed with fire while the roof of the hallway crumpled in. It would have been enough to shake untrained civilians but she was a kunoichi now so fear of being in danger had to be checked special sense being already in this burning down building. With a swipe back then forward with the water whip Yuka tugged on a clunk of wood hanging on the ceiling. With a tight pull she climbed up reaching the third floor. It had been just as bad as the past two. Walking carefully on what was left of the floor the teen heard mixed sounds between coughing, cry's and a adult behind a door to her left. Reaching the doorknob Yuka pulled back her hand waving it around." Dumb dumb dumb why would you reach for a doorknob in a burning building its going to be hot." She finished swaying her hand and forcefully pushed the door open. Inside was the three kids corned by a wall of fire and a injured male laying on his back with a broken down wall crushing his leg." Please Ma'am help my papa he got hurt trying to save us." one of the children spoke up frightened like . With a low sigh Yuka moved closer to the father lying down on the floor. Making two clones of herself both kneeled down lifting the wall just a bit for the main to grab on to the man's shoulder pulling him out. Wrapping his arm around her shoulder she looked at the kiddies smiling. " We are going to be just fine I promise, Now I need you three to lower your heads as soon as I break that window you jump their's going to bee something safe I'm sending these two with you just in case. The kids did as she asked taking a knee down. Yuka's two clones rushed forward one with the buket of water and the other with the water whip. Clone one tossed the bucket of water at the flames surrounding the kids then tossed it at the window breaking it. Clone two leaped in the substanded flames and looked out the window making sure what she asked of the group below was doen. Seeing four mattresses it was somewhat safe. She turned to the kids picking on up at a time, two around her waist and the littlest on her back holding on tight. Using her whip she swung it at a pole and leaped down landing safely on the mattress. Yuka made her way over to the window next getting ready to jump now too until the ground cracked shaking both herself and the the man. With a quick reaction she unwrapped the mans arm and shoved him into her clones arms and kicked the clone lightly out the window holding on to him. The floor made one last crackling sound before it crumpled leaving Yuka crashing into the second floor room. A ring of fire and burning ruble surrounded the girl while her only way out was the window up above." Oh come on." Forming more handsign's she made two more clones. Both kneeled down with their palms lowered the real Yuka placed her foot on the palms. With a shove they threw her up to the window. Grabbing the edge Yuka pulled up and over land safely out of the collapsing home. Cheers and shouts came rushing over to her as she rose to meet the small group." Thanks to the valiant efforts of the kunoichi named Yukari, the fire of one of the buildings began to dwindle, smoke and steam pouring, but the flames growing smaller. Likewise, thanks to the efforts of both her and Myurai, several lives were saved, and it seemed everyone else had made it safely out onto the street. Some had burns that needed treated, but besides the man with the crushed leg, no others seemed to require immediate attention. However, thanks to the collapse of the first building three lives were lost, their remains, if any, to be retrieved once the fires were put out.
The two of them were not enough yet to put out all of the flames, and they continued to run rampant, spreading onward in their hungry rage to the Residential District.

-----Unfortunately for those nearest the largest of the collapsed buildings, they would soon be shocked as something large slammed into it from above, hitting with incredible force that might well knock flames out around him, or spread them, depending on a variety of factors. However, where before this would have stunned the giant that was the speeding bullet, his training had prepared him. Rolling to his feet, he heard the sounds of crackling and falling timber all around him, and his expression hardened in determination. This was going to be an interesting day, it seemed, or so he thought as he snapped at his brother's chain to bring it to his waiting hand. Unfortunately, all that he was his strength and his weapons, neither of which would do much in this situation. Taking a deep breath, ignoring the smoke, the giant made his way through the burning flames to where he'd seen Myurai and some other person, a young woman perhaps. When flying through the air at his speed, it was difficult to see anything, let alone make out details such as gender.
-----Coming out of the flames and smoke, Wanryoku likely looked nothing short of horrific. Soot and flames had colored the fur and armor he wore, along with his hair and face, giving him a truly barbaric exterior that seemed to fit in a quite unsettling way. Looking at Myurai, he hefted Zangai and flexed his shoulders, rotating them to stretch from the aftereffects of the impact. "You know what I do. You better at this than I. Give me direction, and I will follow. Fire need here out, first, I think." Though normally he would be against listening to Myurai, especially after his bullshit words to the Raikage earlier, this was a situation that transcended personal feelings. The village was in danger, and the Juggernaut of Ruin would answer in any way he could.

Tucking his ice wings Myurai dropped down to the ground where the giant of a man was. If this was any other time in any other place he would have simply dropped a mass of water on the fire and been done with it but now that the plaza was in flames and now the residential district as well the collateral damage of it all would have been far to much. With a nod he called out,"I need your strength. Make your way to the residential district and put those muscles of yours to work. I cant get into the more damaged buildings to help those trapped inside, just not physically strong enough to break the rubble. Pakkun here will help you locate them, and Aoiyasha will get them out. Once they are out smash the building in. Ill pay for the damages but at the moment collateral damage is starting to not become an issue if we cant put this fire out."
That being said his next course of action was one that was forced from him. He couldnt allow the area to burn anymore and the buildings were all already damaged beyond repair. Touching the ground with one hand he formed a seal with the other and forced his suiton chakra into the ground. After a moment a rather large pool of water sprang up giving him an ample supply of water to work with. Rising to his feet he held his hands to the side and formed a seal with each. As he did so four large dragons of ice and supercooled water formed from the pool of water before him and was sent crashing along the sides of the street slamming into the buildings that were on fire and putting out the flames he could.
