It looks like Thalia's progeny with the mortal Hjortur are growing up! They've also been blessed and assigned with their deity powers and domain. Welcome to the Goddess of Music!![User Image](https://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c372/Fifth_Age/Paeil/certed/naiad/calliope.jpg?) [ uncert]
As the Goddess of Music, her domain will include several types of music: lyrical, instrumental, operatic, etc.! She also has domain over musical inspiration.
Calliope will be a naturally gifted musician, with an innate knowledge of music. In relation to her abilities, she has been granted a lyre. Playing this particular lyre will allow her to create illusions based on the music she is playing. (Only this particular instrument will grant her illusory powers. All others, she may be talented at, but she cannot create illusions with them.)
With her abilities, Calliope can act as a muse, naturally inspiring other pae musically as well. Her presence can act as a boost for struggling musicians, and being around her may make them feel more motivated in their music, and perhaps even allow them to be better at their chosen musical craft.
Welcome to the God of Selflessness!![User Image](https://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c372/Fifth_Age/Paeil/certed/naiad/daedalus.jpg?) [ uncert]
As the God of Selflessness, Daedalus has domain over selfless emotions. This includes giving of oneself and performing acts that prioritize others over the self. He also gains the ability to transform into the golden koi.
Once he transforms into the golden koi, Daedalus has the ability to grant wishes. However, in order for wishes to be granted, the wishee pass any test that Daedalus puts forth. These will usually be tests of selflessness, to prove that the askee is not asking for a wish for greedy, selfish, or otherwise malicious reasons.
Once Daedalus judges the askee to be Selfless, he can grant them one wish. This does not allow him to: grant wishes that involve other pae without player consent, grant wishes pertaining to past or future without staff approval, grant wishes that would resurrect, kill, or injure, or grant wishes that would otherwise be the power of another deity. In general, Daedalus cannot change destiny.
Both twins possess a minor version of Thalia's celebratory aura.
Congratulations!
