With a grin Phoebe nodded and turned to face Danica "I have everything that my bank balance will allow this time around" Tottering her way to the counter she bid Zain a quick farewell (and another stuttered apology for the collision).
Finally, with her arms free Phoebe was able to fish her purse from the bottom of the back pack and slip out the cash to pay for the mountainous pile of goods "If you get any more new bead stock let me know, there were some interesting glass ones this time!" Smiling cheerfully at the owner she placed the money on the counter and started packing the items carefully into her backpack.
"Oh and..." the older Kyle sibling cast a forlorn look at the material section before pointing to an ivory coloured scrap, jutting out from the heaped pile "Could you reserve me a few meters of that for next time? I promised to take Trent to lunch and I've already wasted half his day dragging him around"
With a sheepish grin Phoebe trotted back to her brothers side "It was nice meeting you! hopefully we might catch each other again?" casting a glance over her shoulder the blue hared woman shouted a cheerful farewell to Danica before steering her brother out of the shop and back down the sidewalk
"Well with that done lets eat! were would you like to go?"
She just hope that after her craft spending spree she could afford it.
'I really should learn to manage my money better...'

Mizirani kept walking around the city, ignoring the mass chaos that seemed to be ensuing around her. It only made her smirk as she passed building after building. She knew there was a drug store around here somewhere that could be good for some raiding. As she continued to walk, she began to imagine what kind of chaos she could cause. What if meteors fell from the sky right now? What if a massive tornado just blew through the city? What about all the suffering?
Miz's eyes widened though as she saw the destruction around her of water everywhere and power flickering, and ahead she heard the shouts of Victor. She smirked and ran up behind him.
"Because the world has nothing better to do." she hissed behind her. "We could shut it up for you, you know?" she said, smirking as she slid in front of him. "Where are you headed?"

"Can I help you, my lady?" He asked with a charming tone despite how his throbbing head. "I believe you are talking to the wrong person." He said, looking her over. 'not bad.' he thought before diving into her mind.

Melody once again took control and she looked down at the ground. "S-Sorry. Y-you j-just reminded me of somebody I know. I'm s-so stupid. I w-was looking for somebody. See, m-my friend was headed out somewhere and Oh just never mind. "
"Oh yeah, great cover up there."
Melody grimaced slightly, but shook her head and tried to hide the fact. She didn't want to look anymore crazy than she already did. Which was a gigantic amount.

"It's alright." He replied, trying not to laugh at the conversation going on in her head. "I'm sure a young lady such as yourself is feeling uneasy with this much destruction. I am heading to the drug store, but everything's a little hazy. You see, I've got this terrible headache. Do you mind escorting me?"

"Sure!" Zaine said as she reached for the fabric, only to find that she was almost to short to grab it herself, despite her being about 5'7 in height. It was an uncomfortable tallness. By the time that she grabbed it, the female was already saying her good byes. Zaine smiled before having a sudden epiphany. "Oh Phoebe, my name is Zaine by the way!" She yelled enthusiastically down the sidewalk at her before she saw her silhouette disappear.
As the female walked back inside, she decided to grab a smooth, dark pink fabric to send. It was her aunt's favorite color. The female smiled as she made her way to the counter, pulling out her wallet to purchase the material.
Frostbite
As frostbite made his way to the register, his piercing blue eyes took note of a female standing in front of him. He let out a slight sigh as he tapped his hands in a steady, nearly in audible beat against his legs. He really hoped that he wasn't late for his next class.

"D-Drug Store? I g-guess I can." Melody said, smiling a bit as she looked around. "T-there is a lot of destruction lately. I guess it does get a little scary when you are all by yourself." she said, stepping ahead of him and smiling. "So w-what's your name? I don't think I can properly escort you without your name."

"Indeed. My name? My name is Victor, my lady. And if I may also be so bold, may I inquire after yours?" He asked calmly. Of course, everyone knew who Victor was. He was a famous government worker and poster boy for a lot of popular campaigns. His blue eyes glowed as he looked at her and offered his hand.

"Pardon?" Victor asked, turning to Hemo. He was a little surprised to see him there. "Is this man a friend of yours?" he asked Melody. Of course, Verloren knew Hemo, but Victor was not 'Verloren' at the moment and Victor had an image to keep. Besides, no one in Barbus knew his real identity. He made sure of that.

"Melody." she said softly, extending her own hand and grasping onto his.
"You better make this worth it. I'm not sitting here just to watch you make friends. I'm here to make nightmares..."
Melody winced again and closed her eyes. She shook her head, and smiled again. "The drug store isn't that far away." she smiled a bit. "I think it's just around the corner actually."
She held onto his hand as she started to lead him down the street. "So what are you doing on this side of town anyway besides the whole drug store thing? Or is that just it and I'm being stupid again?"
"Do not forget your place. This is scouting. I know I can't believe I'm saying scouting either. If it was me, I'd ditch him and go rob the store myself but
Noooo, we gotta do this your way."
That's when Hemo appeared. "Huh?" Melody said, smiling at him. "Y-yeah, that's one of my friends." she said softly, glancing back over at Hemo.
"I'm not being dull!"
"Yes, you are."
"SHUT UP MIZ!"
Melody put her hand to her cheek and looked away, her head already starting to ache. Now was not the time to have a mental breakdown. "I-I...I'm sorry." she whispered softly, closing her eyes. "What are you doing here anyway Hemo?"

Victor said nothing as Melody spoke to Hemo, taking careful note of what was going through her mind. "Is everything alright?" He asked, still trying to keep a strait face and not break out into laughter.

"Boss man gave me a call and asked me to look out for you." Hemo stated simply and turned to "Victor". "Yeah, sure you don't. Never mind that someone in my line of work happens to shakedown and breakdown anyone not on the payroll, and lo and behold, the assassin finds a neat little mole from the Disorganization in a public office." Hemo teased, he knew there wasn't anyone around, he had made sure of it.

"You're speaking nonsense." Victor told him, "Now that I think about it, I feel like I have see you before. Are you from one of those factions? Are you accusing me of being a villain?" He asked as if the notion sounded preposterous. Of course, as he did, he mentally began to slowly grip on Hemo's brain. If he tried anything, he would be dead in seconds.

Before Trent could say anything, he felt himself being dragged out of the shop by his sister.
"Hmm, well there's a coffee and sandwich shop not to far from here. I hear they make some good stuff and I actually never tried the place out before" Trent said as they walked along. "By the way, what are you planning on making with all that stuff?" he asked.
Drake, better known as Black Pain was sitting in the torture room and polishing his torture tools. He had to keep them in good condition or else they wouldn't work as well. He examined the tool he was holding before placing it down and picking up another one to clean.
