Agsil had gotten the potion to heat up enough for it to go back into a more liquid state. At last. Unfortunately, it seemed the liquid was just not going to cooperate and stay in the damn container. Unable to move her arm out of the way before more drops splattered, she hissed. Ugh...
Sammy continued to focus on her potion leaning in close her fingers above the pot ready to drop the next part in, just as she did anothe student walked by bumping her arm. Letting out a rather un-like her usual self squeak she bumbed her burner and groaned in agony as the temperature dropped.
"Jackdammit!"

Sharpie looked up, False was back to work leaning back in his chair slightly as he shook the small pot in his hand sloshing the mixture around, the flames dancing a bit higher again.
"Oh come on I wasn't going to stare so long it would go out." the boil remarked.
"Yeaaaaaah riiiiiighttttt...." Sharpies face, even as a cat, looked like he was calling bullshit.
Rosy glance over as Tavi was once again excited that he managed to get the stirring just right. She found herself smiling, glad to see that he was happy. Minipets and potions, so far the two things that managed to make Tavi super giddy. She been so distracted by how happy he was, she wasn't paying attention at how fast she was stirring, causing a huge mess.
Blinking, she turns her eyes back to the cauldron, only to mentally curse herself. Cheeks darkening, she dips her head as she chews on her lip.
How much stirring did she have to do to make this potion perfect?
Rosy frowns as she taps her fingers against the cauldron for a moment. She glance around before she decides to try and stir a little faster. That was an instant regret as the potion splash out, and onto her hand. Wincing, she pulls back to look over her hand as she frowns to herself. She really just needed to be patient.
That wouldn't happen though, as she was just too excited about what the potion would do.
Chewing on her lip, she wiggles her fingers for a moment before going back to stirring. This time, a little more careful then before.
Apparently all she had to do was get annoyed, get bored, and poof. Magic.
Only not quite, because that was not her alignment, and the closest she'd ever gotten to the stuff in her life was in books on the incomprehensibly vague and large subject. Yet, as she glowered at the potion, taking growing care to keep her hands and arms above and away from the potion at all times, she began to notice a shift. It no longer turned to stone, and fewer and fewer drops were splattering everywhere--clearly she could be only as in control of the potion as she was her ink. The potion seemed to... well. Cooperate. Had she made something sentient? Doubtful, but the more she stirred, carefully as could be, the more a smile flickered across her features.
Likely an after effect of sitting so close to a rather lucky boil. Carefully pulling back from her potion, Agsil cast it a few more glances before really looking at what Tavi had done. And realized how quickly he'd done it. His previous comments of being a newbie like herself had her brow furrowing a little. "Looks like you've got a knack for potions," she mused, brow lifting as she rested her chin on her palm again. Glancing at her own potion, she laughed, "You'll have to let me borrow some of that talent of yours next time."
Potion Ingredients
Kirinni Bones. Small and dainty, these are perfectly preserved and relatively rare. Treat with caution, as they break easily. MAIN Hound's Tooth. A sharp canine that might cut you if you're not careful. Also there are cracks in several of them. Hair from the tail of a 9-tailed Kitsune. An odd purple in color, though they tend to also be yellow occasionally.
Sammy continued to struggle tossing in another bit of her ingredients, the result was a light splash of the potion on her bones hissing and burning the chard material, she didn't much mind or notice it and simply kept on working.

Sharpie continued to stare with a critical eye as False seemed to gaze around the room inspecting other ghouls. He paused for a moment inspecting his pot before squinting himself a bit. The flame in his hands hopped a bit brighter and he finally nodded.
"Done. Hundred dead on." Continuing to hold the pot he went back to admiring the ghouls. And Hel. Mostly Hel. While the potion bubbled away happily in his hand.
It was time to call in the big guns, near by a reaper boil summoning flames from his hands had finished his brew and other students where moving onto the next step. She cracked open a borrowed text book from Siddie scanning the index for any clue what could help her.
"Hey miss! Your burners running low!" Sharpie called out to Sammy, ever the loyal helping feline he was, surely she would give him pets for such advice?
No he promptly found himself on the receiving end of a small stone mortar used to grind ingredients causing him to explode into an inky mess on False's desk.
False just laughed hysterically at this.
And that was when Sammy realized the stupid cat was totally right. Temp: 85
Rosy decides that she finally needed to pay attention, course actually getting burned once would do that to any ghoul or boil. Watching the cauldron, she yawns a couple of times before she stops. Carefully looking over her potion, she found that it seem to be doing the same as Tavi's which made her believe she gotten things done correctly.
Leaning back, she grins to the kistune, then look to Zel. She actually did something right, minus a couple mishaps. She couldn't help but smile to herself, she was actually glad this glass was nearly done.
Reaching around Zel, she pokes Tavi in the side before she gives him a thumbs up.

Zel had nodded when the professor had said it was time to start stirring. Taking the proper tool from the table, he began to stir, but didn't realize he was whipping it about too fast - causing some of it to slosh up and burn his wrist, forcing him to hiss and shake it off.

Finally done, if not the most skillfully, Zel chuckled and offered Tavi a brofist. "Good job, Tavi, you are a potion pro." The other boil seemed to have ungodly amounts of luck.
... Maybe Zel needed to borrow some of the boil's tail hairs for a luck potion - might solve some of his current woes a tad.
Looking over he checked to see how Rosy was doing, looked like she was done too. "Nice, I wonder if he's gonna make us drink them now..."

Eventually Hel slipped out of Mot’s hold, and returned to her potion to finish up the last stretch.
The ghoul started to stir her potion, a bit too vigorously at that, and hissed as she burned herself. The ghoul sucked on her finger, and then waved it around in the air. Of course, she wasn’t immune to the stares she was getting, and she cast a side ways glance at False. “I should start charging for all the viewing you are doing~”

West stirred his rock-hard potion furiously, muttering to himself as he did so. It loosened up again... surprisingly quickly. Pale blue glop sloshed out of the cauldron and onto his skin. He frowned and shook his hand, flinging the mixture at another student.

Hel, determined, went back to stirring her potion, a bit more slowly and carefully this time, mindful of burning herself again. While it wasn’t perfect, it seemed to get the job done, and well, that was good enough. The reaper beamed down at her potion. She should show Gramps later.
