its that when you fry an egg put it on top of a toast and the a cover of cheese and into the oven for a few minutes?
or its more like a paella or an omelette?
anyway I can make them all wink

Master: its more of make a hole in the middles of the toast and place an egg in it, eggie blanket thats how i make them.
and its a slow process to make it cause you have to toast two breads on one side than place the cheese on the toasted side facing each other place it in pan place the egg and later flip it to cook the otehr side.
