She had long blonde flowing hair, blue eyes, white silky skin, but there was a language barrier between the two. She was traveling from lands far west in the hopes of being free from her 'high class' life of a princess. None the less however, the two seemed to spark instantly. He helped her with the native tongue, and she helped him in more ways than one. After many years of this situation, his father married the woman, whom he began to know as his mother. Nearly two years later Tenchi was born, followed by his first sister two years later, and his youngest sister another two years after.

Everything looks good. But I have one question! For your personal attributes, do you mean -20 chakra cost when performing eiseijutsu and -20 chakra cost when performing hyuuga bloodline techniques?

It's good that you are eager! Such a creative perk! You can have up to 30 basic projectiles. ; o Why not add 15 smoke bombs or something. They just have to be basic, and projectiles. Things look good, approved! Have fun!

Since you also have the monk attribute, you get a -2 learning reduction to Pi Qua Quan, Hsing-I Pakua, and Xinyi liuhe Quan. So put that in your reductions please.~
Woah, ten ninjutsu slots huh? Hm~ Well, those might call for a drawback. Can you think of anything equally to compensate for the 10 jutsus?
About your inventory, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to deny the explosive tags for they aren't considered projectiles. Nor are they basic! You could replace them with smoke bombs though! (I would have suggested flash bombs but those are more like cannisters and aren't very projectile like, considering you'd have to attach them onto something like a kunai as means to getting it thrown. Haha, much like explosive tags, but you get the gist. xD
Lastly! Your chakra pool should be at 100 and your stamina at 400 through your tai doubling classes. I'm guessing you thought that the cultivation tech allowed for you to convert stamina into cp. But you can only do that during battle as it is a tech and will not change your base Stamina and CP. Just so you know.

Yeah..I don't think I can approve that then. 20 is an impressive number that can accumulate a whole LOT to save. And for EVERY jutsu is a bit much. xD If I may suggest; -10 for Eisei and Byakugan.
How about.. - K.O!: Puraimu Aku gains a Taijutsu style. - How can she last so long!?!: -10 Stamina cost to techniques that use Stamina.

I know. Unfortuantly, those kind of things are getting abused and out of hand, therefore we are cracking down on them.

Yo~ I know Lan said that you were good to go, but it was recently brought to the mods attention that your character can kai out of things at the chakra cost 2 ranks below. Now since one rank is your disciple that's fine. But personal attributes cannot decrease or increase anything by rank. That's gonna have to be changed sorry.

That's fine. I removed the enhanced personal and instead replaced it with increasing the rank of all Bukijutsu techniques Tenchi uses by one rank. (D-rank would do C-rank damage with the same D-rank cost.)

I think you may have misread my personal. It's not adding elements to my weapon, it's merely adding an increased effect to my ninjutsu of that element. Like with Katon, my flames are hotter, and can ignite a wider variety of materials. And with Fuuton, my winds have more cutting or pushing power based on the technique. It's just increasing my winds/flames, it has nothing to do with weapons. yum_puddi
I did indeed misread it. Nevertheless I would much rather have you say that your jutsu power increased slightly/moderately. Instead of adding a chakra value. As one of my issue of this being more of a technique than an Attribute is still valid.
How would lets say someone who increased their katon jutsu moderately go against your katon which you put 5 chakra into? It turns into a different system for valuing the power of jutsu. So I'm still going to have to deny it. You can still increase your jutsu potential but if your going to do it to both then it would have to be a slight increase or one a moderate increase i suppose.
