No, that's the one xD We changed the numbers after significant bitching by other mods. And then of course, you have people who say there should be MISSIONS for stat increases. But that's a naruto thing, not Bleach, so I declined it.

See. missions in something in bleach would be like watch over a town. or spy on people. or hueco mundo stuff. Or stuff like that. But it wouldn't really work out too well I'm guessing XD It was a good decision to not have missions. Oh, are you assigning shinigami to towns?

When there are more, yes there will be. Every so often, a group of 2 people, or solo if they are strong enough, will be set to each city.
