Black would continue to watch carefully as the clones would begin to make their move, this however only allowed for another water tentacle to strike towards them from the sides and upper areas. His eyes would look around quickly before he started to dash and head straight for the clones, his goal however was not to follow them as he would use the water tentacles to emit a reflection. It would be his water mirror technique and as he flipped above the clones, he would then clasp his hands to have eight water reflection clones come out in order to follow his lead. The nine, being he and his eight clones would dash quickly and prep themselves as they noticed her performing a set of hand seals. As they all made their way around her, they would surround her with one opening; that opening being towards the water tentacles that were still attacking the clones rapidly. Black would prepare a plan for what was to come next, he had to be very meticulous about this situation; as anything could cost him a win.'' Ah! I forgot to thank you Yukiko san! '' He said with a warm smile, despite the sparing situation he found it as fun and a light moment for the two to test both of their skills greatly. What other great way was there?

Dai lifted her head as she could hear the hurry steps of someone. Looking to the door an ANBU rushed over at her. Apollo had requested her for a mission. "Understood." Dai then vanished in a swirl of mist. {exit to OININ HQ}
_ Yukiko's clones had seemed to serve there purpose, as she had hoped Black lose sight of her and began to focus on the clones which moved on his position. As Black turned and began to chase after the clones they would begin to quickly change there formations in order to avoid beginning hit too easily, but as he jumped over them they would return to the triangle formation, with two in front and one in back. Black made his own force of clones, eight to be exact; a rather daunting force against three. The clones slowly stepped back, keeping in formation, as they slowly moved off to the side, trying to keep his attention on them inside of Yukiko who was almost finished with her jutsu. But there attempts were futile as Black had seen Yukiko preforming another set of hand seals, by using the reflection of the water tentacles. Once he had noticed, Black and his clones quickly turned there attention to Yukiko, almost circling her completely, leaving only one way out which was into the water tentacles. The clones now unattended took a new formation, making an arch like shape as Yukiko finished her hand seals and added her chakra. "Kirigakure no Jutsu." The area would suddenly begin to fill with a thick mist, making it hard to see distant targets. "You're welcome, Black." She would respond as she seemed to be swallowed whole by the mist.

The next thing that Hugo needed to work and train on was understanding metal. The scroll talked about how metal was hard, decisive, and sharp. When Hugo was able to understand this he could apply this thinking to a technique and it would make it stronger. Pulling out a kunai, Hugo held it in his hands and looked it over. It was indeed hard and sharp. The metal was also decisive in that it was hard to break and didn't move an inch when he tried to move it. Twirling the kunai around a little bit, he sat down on the ground and closed his eyes for a few minutes. Stabbing the kunai into the ground, Hugo let his hand rest on top of it. After a few minutes of thinking about what he had learned about metal, Hugo stood up. He needed to be strong, sharp and never moving when he was in the middle of a fight. If he believed in himself and his strength, he could never be defeated. [1/1 Metal: Splitting [Jin: Pi] Learned!]
The second element that Hugo needed to train on was water. The scroll talked about how it was flowing, formless, yet soft, and that nothing is softer than water. The scroll also mentioned that once the understanding of water was achieved, he could apply this to his techniques tp increase the penetrating power of their techniques, allowing force, power, and damage to be transferred even through armor. Pulling out a tall clear glass and a bottle of water, Hugo stand down and placed the glass in front of him. Opening up the bottle, he started to pour the water into the glass. As he did this, he watched the water fall from one container to the other. He watched as the water flowed and changed it's shape as it left the bottle, only to be formed into a different shape again when it landed in the glass.
As the glass started to fill up, Hugo watched as the new water that was being added penetrated the water that was already in the glass. As he continued to pour, he just watched. As the last drop fell from the bottle, Hugo lifted up the glass of water and started to swirl it around watching the water's movement. A few minutes later, he stood up after putting the glass down. Thinking about how it moved and everything, it seemed easy to apply this to his own movements. Moving in a elegant and fluid motion around the area that he was in, he finally made his way over to a training dummy. Sending out a decently powerful punch, it slammed into the chest of the dummy. Slight crack sounds could be heard, but when looked at, there was no damage on the outside. Giving off a smile, Hugo sat down and would start on the next one. Reizaa Saakasu [ Laser Circus ] Manipulating their ability to mold Raiton and Suiton, the user will perform the needed handsign and release threads of "liquid lightning" from their freehand. Because of their composition and formation, these beams deal both impact and electric damage. The user is also able to bend these beams toward their target in order to deliver pinpoint strikes. Each beam costs [10] chakra to form, and [5] chakra to bend.

[1] Raiga enters the Dojo, and looks around, and sees another Ranton user. He wants to converse with the user, but he has to get to Training. He knows what he has to do, so he will try to do it. He wants to bend Lightning in the flow of Water to create Beams of Lightning that he could control. closes his eyes and focuses his Chakra. [2] Raiga puts his Raiton and Suiton Chakra into his hands. He focuses them in both hands. Raiton in his right, and Suiton in his left. Raiga attempts to combine both of them to create a combined Element of the two. [3] Raiga's energy goes away. Raiga then, tried again, but focuses both the Elements together instead of apart. He focuses both his Raiton and his Suiton chakra into his hands. As he has both the different type of chakra's, he begins to merge them together, keeping their ratio's the same, while forming a orb shape of chakra in his hands. [4] Since he used the Elements at the same rates, the chakra will stay Raiton based, but take up the properties of Suiton, causing Raiga to have an orb of "Liquid Lightning." It wasn't purely Liquid, but it looks like it is. As Raiga adds a bit more chakra to the orb, it starts to light up very brightly, so that it looks like he's holding an orb of pure Light. [5] Raiga then thinks, and comes to the conclusion of shooting Lasers out of the the Storm-Based Orb. He starts by gathering his Raiton Chakra into his right hand, while pointing it at a wall. A split second after starting to gather his Raiton chakra, He starts to gather his Suiton chakra, in his right hand. His next goal was to merge them together. [6] Raiga then merges them together in an even ratio to create Ranton Chakra by combines both his Chakras. He then releases a burst of Ranton that immediately turns into a beam of Lightning, due to nature manipulation, towards the wall, and manipulates it to stop, and then it disappears. Raiga smiles, as he says, "I'm getting the hang of this..." [7] All Raiga had to do now was perfect the Jutsu. He needed to make it so that when he stopped the Jutsu, the Ranton Chakra wouldn't disappear. He might of been using too much Raiton Chakra and not enough Suiton Chakra, so he had to fix that. He put his palms together and focused some more. [8] Raiga, then thought of his so called "Parents" that people kept on talking about. He never met them and wanted to see them so bad. He heard that they were killed by a Mist Ninja. That angered Raiga, and he wanted to kill all Mist ninja for that, but he kept that to himself. he then focused extremely well, and then had enough Ranton Chakra in his Palms. [9] Raiga shot out a perfect Laser from the Orb of Light he had created. Raiga then focused it and made it circle around him and shoot at the wall. It stopped and then kept it's form. He could still bend it around. He Perfected the Technique and was ready for more Ranton Jutsu. He smiled, and wanted to Perfect even more Techniques.
Hikari no Haikiryou [ Displacement of Light ] Rank E An add-on specifically for clones. The clone(s) will be encompassed by wobbling light patterns, which will cause it to appear to all but the user as either much larger or much smaller than it really is.
Ikatsu [ Threatening ] Rank E A basic Ranton ability in which the user will slap an object and have a thunder sound emit from that spot. The noise is loud enough to overlap most other sounds for a brief moment. If used offensively, a slap directly to the opponent can cause temporary deafness.
Saegiritte [ Interrupting ] Rank D Using one's hands as if they're using a slingshot, the user will pull back one hand and let loose. Three to five small white clouds will shoot towards the target in a straight line. Upon impact, the projectiles will stick and roll about the target as if an adhesive fluid. After setting for a short amount of time (1 post), the clouds will expand roughly two-fold, rendering the target a bit more susceptible to electricity, in addition to having some movement complications. • Each cloud sticks for three [3] posts.
Kumogatta [ Cloud Formations ] Rank D A basic Ranton ability in which the user will create a human sized gray cloud, in any shape they desire, and push it off to drift for a little while (2 posts). Anyone or thing that comes into contact with this cloud will feel a moderate shock so long as they are within it.
Hikari no Kekkai [ Light's Barrier ] Rank C After the needed handsigns are performed, a plate of fuzzy light appears upon the user's chest. This light will strike down light to medium projectiles, and is capable of protecting against explosives by quickly shelling over the entire body. • Lasts three [3] posts.
Amagumo [ Rain Clouds ] Rank C This technique condenses moisture in the air to form an overcast sky. It should be noted that this technique does not cover much area, and after being performed it still takes roughly four [4] posts before the clouds form and break open. ( Only takes two [2] posts, if clouds are already present. )
Kumoritte [ Becoming Cloudy ] Rank C Stretching both hands outward, the user releases a continual mass of nearly pitch black clouds which almost utterly demolish visibility. This string of black clouds will continue for as long as the user's hands are outstretched, expanding at roughly 100 yards per post. • Badly affected by the wind.

Hikari no Haikiryou [ Displacement of Light ] Raiga was extremely determined and knew how to control the Ranton Element to some extent. He wanted to become an experienced Ranton user, and to become stronger. Raiga attempted to create a regular clone, but added Ranton chakra to it. The clones came out looking normal, but they could Shine, and look bigger than usual. He knows he could make it seem smaller than usual as well.

Ikatsu [ Threatening ] Raiga, then built up Chakra into his Palms. He didn't want to create an Orb to control Ranton, but he wanted to build up Chakra into his Hands to create a loud sound that sounded like Thunder in the sky. He finally built up enough Chakra, and then clapped. When he clapped, it created a loud sound. Raiga said, "I could use this as a Diversion. Perfect.."

Saegiritte [ Interrupting ] Raiga built up Chakra into one of his hands, and thought to himself, "Let's see if I could actually make clouds..." as he created small clouds that let loose from his hands. Raiga's clouds went towards the wall and looked that my Raiton Jutsu could affect the wall a lot more than usual.

Kumogatta [ Cloud Formations ] Raiga built up even more Chakra and increased the size of the Clouds and created an even bigger cloud. The cloud was gray, and looked like it had lots of Raiton Chakra inside of them. Raiga then made them disappear, and smiled. He said, "This is easy. I wondered if my parents gave me the gift of ompleting The Ranton Jutsu as easy as I am doing now."

Hikari no Kekkai [ Light's Barrier ] [1] Raiga wanted some kind of Deffense, so he Built up Chakra in his hands. As he did earlier, he created an Orb. He didn't want to shot lightning out of the Orb. He wanted to create a Shield out of it. [2] He put the Orb towards his chest, and it turned into Fuzzy clouds and it could emit Lightning from it. Raiga could control the Lightning, and he had finished another Ranton Technique.

Amagumo [ Rain Clouds ] [1] Raiga went outside to practice more Ranton Jutsu. Raiga puts his hands up in the Air. He builds up Chakra from his Hand and then releases it into the air. Raiga felt the Air getting a little wetter. [2] He knew he did something, but he didn't know what. He thought that he used most of his Suiton Chakra in this Jutsu, and made the air wet. He just stood there and waited. He got tired of waiting, and then went on to another Technique.

Kumoritte [ Becoming Cloudy ] [1] Raiga then wanted to make the sky cloudy by himself, without the help of Mother Nature. He went outside of the Dojo, and said, "Come on!" and then built up lots of Chakra inside of his hands, and it turned into clouds. [2] The clouds went up into the sky. Raiga then looked at it as the clouds were expanding slowly. It then started Raining. Raiga knew his last technique did something. He went in to practice more Jutsu.

Arisa moved into the dojo looking around at the many, not very attractive people, she would sigh not finding anyone of value, well up until cute little Marin run at some silver haired boy. Smiling she would look to the male and walk up to him, his back to her she would touch his shoulder, a cloud would form in front of him, Marin was covered by it making him unable to see it. If he were to turn around and look at her he would immediately get bitten by the tiny little fox, "Scuse me." she'd state with a friendly smile.

Rikio had turned his back to door of the Dojo. There was a lot he was thinking about right now. His weapon away and his arm crossed he would stand like a statue in thought. So much it seemed his vision was becoming just as his thoughts. Cloudy. Maybe he did leave the hospital too early. The things he was now seeing. A flying pig and now this. There was a tap on his shoulder. His body moving his eyes would shoot to the corner where he was touched. The cloudy like fog was thick. He was in able to make out who it was? It could be an enemy. If that being so being this close would prove dangerous. Quickly he would try to turn but only to be attack by a fox. Brushing it away from his face he would hold his fist up in the direction of his assailant. He would see a pink haired girl. His guard stayed up but it was less tense. His left cheek that was cut by the beast fang slowly began to fill and drip down his face. His eyebrows arched inward. "You dare sick your beast on me...grave mistake girl. I don't play nice with my enemies." He would boldly state staring her in her bright eyes. If she wanted a fight she would find one. Fresh out the hospital or not. As he looked upon her he would begin to feel uneasy. Who was she, and why was she so...happy?

Arisa smirked as the male turned around he looked quite confused, perfect that was a successfully casted genjutsu and without anyone causing any interference. As the male would hold his fist up at her she would continue to look cheerful as he would bleed from Marin's bite, "Such a good boy Marin..." she'd state looking pleased, when the male would get pissy with her the false smile would drop and she'd look indifferent. Lifting her hand up as if to touch his face she'd snicker looking rather condescending towards him, "Got a problem with it punk?" she'd state as she herself would move back as Marin would move growl at him from behind before running between his legs, "Why don't you do something about it big boy~" she'd chide him with a rather crude tone, she mainly wanted to mess with the male, having no real issue with pissing the boy off. She'd love to play with someone who looked like they mildly took care of themselves, Marin barked at the male as Arisa stood a little ways back, staying in alignment with her clone so he couldn't reach her easily or see her for that matter, "Well?" she'd question.

"You and your fox have sealed your fate." She reached and touched his face. Rikio kept his eyes on her. What was she playing at? She would proceed to insult him and back away. Rikio would grit his teeth hard. If that fox was just a bit closer he would have gave it a kick right to the duke. He did not even know who she was and the crap he was getting from her was unparallel. The sliver lighting would begin to manifest out of anger and streak down his arm. as he clinched his fist. But this was only for a moment. He saw what looked like a Kumo band. One similar to that tied to his upper right bicep. He began to calm himself. She was a fellow shinobi of his village. he would have to restrain himself. "I would...but the results would be catastrophic. You are not prepared for that." He was going to give her a chance. He was told he needed to work on his anger problem. Right now was perfect practice. But he could only take so much.

Arisa would smirk as the male would wipe the blood off his cheek, she found his facial expression entertaining, it really did fit his rugged look, he looked so much prettier now, angry and ready to fight, so perfect. Putting her hands together gently with a smile she would look to Marin, "Ne Marin-rin did you hear what he said? Our fate is sealed~ How delightful~" she'd squeak sarcastically, the little fox barked at her and then looked back to the male as he would start to get angrier, the tension in his form and his jaw tightening. Lightning started to crackle along his arm and she would look even more delighted at the sight, though he seemed to have caught sight of something, her happy look turned into a scowl, "Tch, don't p***y out. I want to play with someone who doesn't act like I'm some frail b***h. Do something you stupid punk." she'd huff as she would focus her chakra into her palm focusing on what she had there, a ball of wind formed slowly, she would wait for the male to make his attack.

Thanks to his bloodline as a Hatake it would not be difficult at all to power up his abilities with this special silver like lightning. It only took a moment but ten mid size birds would manifest in the air right in front of him. A humming sound could be heard after they had formed. Rikio would look at the two for a moment. His facial expression now neutral. Focused. "I can only take so much." With a wave of his hand they would go to cause destruction. It was in a blink of an eye but they were gone. To carry out their masters bidding. They would spread out and attack from many different angles on the girl and her pet. It took the Jonin level rouge quite a bit to avoid this when they did battle. The power of his unnatural and special lightning. "You learn a lot about ones character in the heat of battle." How would this female fair? It would be interesting to see how this would unfold. This was only the beginning child's play for now.

Arisa smirked when he mentioned trying to save her life, she wasn't afraid of him, how dare he think that she would be, her mouth turned down into a frown as the male would say he would show her how frail she was, "Sounds like you'll be thorough." she'd state looking rather pleased that the fool didn't take her lightly. When he did his hand seals and showed some birds she would toss the ball she formed earlier straight at him, it passed through her clone that still stood before him seeing as he was still under the affects of her genjutsu. When he mentioned he could only take so much she'd smile, "I'll try not to break you." she'd purr as she formed her own hand seals, the birds were surrounding her and she could only guess what he would try to do, Marin took shelter under her legs looking up into her skirt with literally no shame. Wind would form around her spinning rapidly as a shield formed about her, she would glare at the male before her, if the birds attacked they would disperse due to the counter of her wind element jutsu. Marin watched with some awe as she thought of what to do to this man next, she wanted to thoroughly carve him up.

A orb of wind she conjured was launched at him. It went through a clone but yet the clone did not disperse. Something was fishy about that. Taking note he would slide attempt his quick dash to the left to avoid it. Watching his birds go forth. Cute. She thought her mediocre wind current she created with her spin would stop his array of humming birds. True wind was the weakness of lighting chakra. To a degree. But the jutsu's were on different scales. One that could not be unmatched. That was the power that ran through his veins. At this point the most it could do was cushion the blow the blow. she had the right idea but the power did not match up. The lighting explosions would go froth. Not even worrying about which girl was the real one. The attack was large enough to swallow them both in its destruction. She didn't seem to fear him. That would all change very soon. He was the lightning prodigy. One that was big on no losing to anyone. "You are quite feisty, but I can not be broken." He did find her wind jutsu to be intriguing. Even her herself. Not many had the desire to face him and battle and she took on the challenge without the blink of an eye. Rikio would wait and watch as she would come out of this. Aware something may be astray.
