Taka entered the facility with 3 full grown lions on her heels. Today instead of her robes she had donned a pair of pants that the breeze caught on occasion, showing that they were a fair bit poofy. Her top consisted of tightly bound wrappings. It was modest and allowed the breeze to be felt on her skin instead of dying in the sweltering robes. She glanced around the academy briefly as one lion stopped walking with her, remaining by the enterance to the building. It was the largest male, Shade. The female known as luna moved off deeper into the academy, going to visit with those still in training, those that had yet to graduate. Takas most seasoned lion, koshi stayed by her side as she moved to a far end of the room. Chairs had been setup for them ahead of time on her instruction. She sat in the one to the front of the grouping, and turned it around so that she was resting her chest against the backing of the chair, watching for the genin groups.

Sumika was the first to the party, having finished her training but stayed in the building. She entered at a full sprint, attempting to leap over the back of one of the chairs and land in it. Her waist barely cleared the top, however, and she cartwheeled over it to land with a thud. Though if it hurt her at all it certainly didn't slow her down, as she bounced back up almost immediately and practically cannonballed onto the chair that had just vanquished her - now thoroughly out of breath. One could be forgiven for thinking the genin simply made of the iron she controlled, for despite her clumsiness it always seemed as if the things she tripped over were the more likely party to be damaged. "Your cats are cool!" She'd have shouted if she had the breath, instead the words were thrown out between restorative gasps.

Naomi returned the academy, somewhat groggy from a nap after intensive training. It was near the time for the meeting there was quickened sense of duty about her stride. An actual place for the meeting hadn't been specified though at least she possessed one advantage for finding the room. It had a small radius but she could sense the chakra of others. So long as she got close enough the room would be revealed. All things considered it didn't take too long. Red eyes immediately spotted Taka and that lion of hers. Sumika too. Face serious the young genin would walk to the front of the chairs that had been set out for them and bow to Taka before taking a seat silently. From her chair Naomi couldn't help but admire the hokage. She was both beautiful and theoretically the strongest ninja in the village. A role model to be sure.

Ichiryu has returned to the academy for the meeting of the Hokage. It was under her instruction to do some training in and meet in the academy for an important instruction from the Hokage herself, in person. No doubt the others will do whatever it took to impress her with whatever matter she will give us. A few of his fellow students already arrived and he seems to be one of the few people that came late. "Damn." He quickly went to an empty seat that was around the front rows of the room. The only thing that pondered in his mind besides him being a little late was the information the Lady Hokage-sama was going to give.
The lights were too bright. She wasn't even in the academy yet, it was just so bright everywhere. Her headband was tired to her waist like an obj, a belt holding her shirt tight around her waist. Flared nostrils and gritting teeth told a story. Low eyelids continued that story, as did a somewhat bothered demeanor. She was usually somewhat difficult to approach but she had a black cloud over her head today and it was pouring down rain. Hungover? Possibly. A restless night led to really bad decisions. Still she smelled of lavender and ginseng tea, and two bananas were working through her system. Notorious was Kya for being moody but less known was that she wad her legendary refractory period when it came to alcohol. And her tolerance. Regardless, she was here, and she took to the Kage. Her eyes fell in the woman's tiger first, then to her superior. She bowed, then spoke. "Present and at 100%. Give or take. Anxiety spike kept me awake. I'm in fighting form, however, she would say. She turned quickly, intending to avoid a potential scolding and saw Naomi. After removing her gunbai, the woman took to sit beside her. "Magic cures for hangovers or insomnia? Lay em on me..." she spoke quiet before leaning against her war fan with her eyes pointed at the floor.
People kept going back and forth from a wall containing cylindrical objects. They opened them up and...read them? Chet would observe more for further investigation. After a while of awkwardly staring at people from a very personal distance, Chet concluded that they were all reading what he knew to be 'scrolls'. "Ooooh yes. I remember now." He would say to himself rubbing his chin with a mocking tone. Chet never read too much after his parents died. Either he just didn't learn or learned by watching others. The scroll in his hand was Suiton. Reading into a little bit he tried to jumble the letters together in his bobbled mind. "Mi- Mizu n-no Waruasobi...Aaaaay go it." He felt accomplished for spelling out the jutsu's name. Following the instructions he flicked his hand throwing off a small amount of water in a general direction.[Mizu no Waruasobi]
"This is fun." Chet told himself as he continued on reading the scroll. In it he found something very interesting. The technique sounded in his own words, "dope as hell." Focusing on controlling his own chakra, Chet slowly created long tentacles of water from his back. "Holy s**t!" He exclaimed excited with his own feet. Once the tech was finally formed and stable, Chet put his hands down from the hand seal pose and watch the tentacles move around seemingly on their own. "Alright so how do I make you guys do s**t?" He asked just as a gennin walked by him. One of the tentacles immediately b***h slapped the poor soul away. "Aaaaaaaay!" [Hachi Shokushu [ Eight Tentacles ] ]
Chet wanted something that suited his own fighting style and so far he'd learned jutsu's that would help him, but from he was reading most Suiton techniques were meant for long range combat and while his clan was known for interchanging between long, close and mid he preferred getting up close and personal. "Bullet this, bullet that, ******** this s**t." He mumbled getting slightly annoyed. "Wish I had raiton. Sounds dope af."
Chet eventually came across a jutsu of higher ranking. It was a Chunnin level technique. It wasn't the highest ranking jutsu Chet would learn , but it wasn't taijutsu so he didn't know how well he would perform. But he also didn't care and kept saying yolo repeatedly. The technique he'd found was called Mizu no Yoroi. It created an armor of water around the user and dampened the effects of taijutsu and katon. Perfect for him who fought close to his enemies and already had a natural resistance to katon.
Making the needed hand signs the gennin would mold chakra around his body until it became water and slowly molded to his skin. His Skin becmae like a streaming river. Clothes and all. "Time to test this bad boy out." He said before tapping someone on the shoulder. "You're gay!" He announced with a smile. The man he tapped on the shoulder proceeded to deliver a punch straight to Chet's face and became furious when he realized it did nothing. "HAHAHAHHA" Chet laughed maniacally with his hands on his hips and head tilted up. [Mizu no Yoroi [ Water Armor ]]
Chet remembered he had another elemental affinity. But what was it? He knew it wasn't lightning. Ever day he tried to make a spark pop out of his finger tips. He knew chicks would dig it in the sack. "Yolo." He said before picking up a Doton scroll. Reading through it he immediately found a technique he could see himself using. "When I die can't take it to the graaave." Chet sang while reading more about the technique.
There weren't any rocks inside the academy so Chet had to leave for a moment to go outside and pick one up. Since he was outside he decided to go ahead and learn the technique there since he was learning doton and would affect heavily his location. Doing the necessary hand seals he picked up the rock and thew it at a general direction. Once it hit the ground a small prism rose up in it's place. "Nooooice." Chet cheered. It didn't take long for Chet to find another technique that was perfect for his style. A technique ta caused the ground to shake and disorient the opponent. He assumed it would make him disoriented as well, but he was always disoriented. It would give him a great advantage. "Aaaaaay let's goooo." He said while reading more into the technique.
Concentrating chakra to his feet and then sending it to the ground, Chet was successful in making the ground around him shake. People walking nearby lost their balance while he just laughed at the sensation. He wondered if he could amp up the distance and power of the shaking, but the jutsu had it's limitations. Oga slowly forced himself to move towards the Academy where the Kage informed them to be for the mission briefing, the academy itself was a good place since people without permission from the Kage herself couldn't enter. It was earlt and Oga was half asleep, walking past the lion who was at the entrance. "Am I still sleeping? Holy s**t." Not being sure if this was still a dream or not Oga would make his way towards the seats where he could see familiar faces and worn out places. Not exatly in the mood to converse with anyone he would give a bow to the Kage. "Ready for orders!" Giving his normal serious tone, removing his blade from his back and place it on his lap as he sat in the back where he wouldn't bother anyone and vice versa. He was ready for whatever they were going to throw at him.

There was only so much one could learn out of one bloodshot eye, but that's what he had, damnit. Kanzaki made sure to drink enough to get some genuine sleep. He didn't need any dreams of his significant other bothering him before this serious business. Not like he was worried, like his classmates had to be, cause he'd done all this song and dance before. Be nice if they didn't write off his confidence as lunacy, but the man had an image to maintain. Groggily he'd take a seat at the front and plop into the chair, running his tongue over his teeth. Everyone else was way too chipper about this for his taste.

Kisuke and fang walked in for the presentation about the UHV. But first he was gonna train on some stuff.
Kisuke took a breath so he wouldn’t get too tired. But it was time to move onto the next technique that he would be learning. He then reached into his hidden pockets searching for his maruton scroll that he had stored there.
After some searching he pulled it out. He opened it and began to search through the techniques, many of these he had already learned a while back. But now he was going back to the scroll to learn more techniques.
They would be more powerful than what he already knew and he was sure they would help. He continued looking at all the jutsu of the scroll, looking at the techniques he had already learned. He then found the one he was looking for.
This was the technique he was going to learn at the time, he would then move on to another technique after he finished with this one. He didn’t expect it to take him too long to master it. He was fairly skilled ninjutsu so it should be easier for him to learn these.
He began to read the technique so he could know what to expect from it. He finished reading and completely understood it and knew it would be helpful somehow to him. At some point in time he knew he would need this ability to help him.
He then put the maruton scroll away safely in his hidden pockets so he wouldn’t lose it or anything. He then looked at fang.”Alright buddy, just focus our chakra on moving a certain distance. Lets try for the other side of the academy.”Fang nodded at him as he focused his chakra and they both were instantly on the other side.

He would always use it around the house when he was busy doing other stuff and he would run in and ask him to play. He would just create a clone to do the work and he would go with him.
He was always amazed by that, at the time he didn't realize what the jutsu and techniques actually were. But as he got older his father spoke to him more andmore about chakra and ninjutsu. Now that he was a genin he had the knowledge to wrap his head around the idea of shadow clones. They had physical bodies and could easily interact with objects. They had a shared chakra pool with the original user.
They would also share memories experienced by the shadow clone. They would return to the original whenever the clone was dispersed by any means. Though they weren't very sturdy, one good hit and the clone would be destroyed. They could be used in any number of ways. But today he was simply learning how to summon them.
He told fang just to focus on him and kind of mimic the same thing he was going to to, the technique was simple he had seen his father perform it at least a thousand times. All you had to do was take two fingers from each hand and then form them into a cross.
Let the flow of chakra go through you as you focus your energy into creating a perfect doppelganger of yourself. With a poof near him a perfect copy was standing next to him. They both nodded at each other and then he dispered the clone. He then received the memories of looking at himself, but this time he saw fang who was behind him so it was the clones memories. He then looked at Fang who yipped and made a clone of himself as well.

Kichiro breathed in deep, clearing his thoughts of everything except his Goddess. Her gospel made him feel lighter on his toes, like faith could lift the world off of his shoulders. He held onto that feeling as he channeled his chakra through his tenketsu points, letting it flow outward in a radial formation. His chakra filled the five meter radius around him, charging with his Goddess' blessing and changing the environment around him into pure, blinding light before he dimmed it down. [ Hakkōtai [ Luminous Body ] ]
The first light-based ability Kichiro had discovered had enchanted chakra into glowing. He recreated that sensation now, covering his hand in typical chakra. With focus, he charged the chakra with his light signature, watching the silver turn into a golden beacon. The light grew, seeming bright enough to combat the sun. He could look at it, but he had a feeling others would lose sight from it. [ Reikō [ Luminescence ] ] (X-Rank trained to B-Rank)
Kichiro remembered how altars to his Goddess were surrounded with firefly-like lights. They could even float like fireflies did, but they weren't actually bugs. He focused on his chakra flow to try and imitate the sight that used to awe him. An orb of light floated above him, dim and almost invisible compared to the previous light he'd created. The orb fluttered about mindlessly until Kichiro directed it to sign his name in the air. [ Gandō [ Altar Light ] ]
Kichiro focused all of his chakra to his hands, watching the silver energy engulf him. He centered himself in order to send his chakra onto his left hand, letting it charge up. Then he transferred the chakra into light chakra, watching it glow faintly. He tapped his right hand with his chakra-covered left, and saw how the light spread through his arm and all around his body. He carried the same dim glow as his light chakra did, feeling a little bit like a fairy or some other silly creature. [ Hakkaku [ Coming to Light ] ]
Kichiro brought his palms together as if in prayer. He collected his thoughts and then his chakra, muttering praise for his Goddess as he tried to summon forth a ball of light. He mustered his chakra into a spherical formation and focused on it until it came into existence in front of him. The ball was brighter than the previous, and he could fling it to the ground a few meters in front of him. [ Hikarubō [ Glowstick ] ]
He took a look around, making sure there were no onlookers. Typically he wouldn't care if someone got hurt spying on him, but anyone at the academy could be an ally for the fight against UHV. A blind teammate was not going to be a helpful one, he figured; the area was clear of any voyeurs. He put his hands together for a hand seal and created a giant flash of light. The area around him seemed to brighten up like the sun, but as soon as it came it was gone. [ Kōei [ Flicker of Light ] ]
Kichiro squinted at the ball of light a few meters ahead. He wanted to be right on top of the friendly glowstick. He channeled his chakra in a circular motion that covered all of his tenketsu points. In a coordinated effort, he pushed forward and forced his body to move. He disappeared in a flash of light, and reappeared on the light ball with an identical flash. Kichiro put his hands in front of him like a mime would before creating the illusion of a box. His palms glowed as he channeled light chakra to them. With fluid choreography, he moved his hands in opposite directions to pantomime a mirror in front of him. Then, with an utterance of prayer - or maybe praise - he pushed forward and used the light chakra to make himself look large to any onlookers. [ Meimu [ Fallacy ] ]
Kichiro then made it inside the academy to sit with the other genin, finding a seat in the second row that he liked.
Slowly more genin from their class began to filter in to the meeting room. Kya and Oga of coursed showed. As well as the clown. Two others joined but she still wasn't all that familiar with them though. It also appeared that Kya had taken to drinking to get some rest before this briefing. Naomi had avoided such things by working herself to exhaustion in the fields and meditating to alleviate such anxieties. As for magic cures to hangovers and insomnia? "Water to flush your system, and well sleep... but um if I was more experienced I could probably make some pills for those things" she'd say quietly as not to be rude in front of the Hokage. Which speaking off she couldn't help but look at the lion again. It was kind of frightening to just see one sitting there. Though that probably spoke as a testament to the power of their leader. Not like her chakra didn't say as much either. It was kind of overwhelming compared to the sense she got from her classmates. But it did little to diminish the peace of mind she held for the upcoming mission. With how strong their leader was they'd be fine right?

He had arrived at the Training grounds, Saljinn looking up towards the massive building. He let out a casual sigh and entered forth. Time to get this done and over. To help fortify his intent, he isolated himself from others. The sooner he got this done, the better. He also preferred the space, particularly the environment to which there was dirt. He knelt down to examine it, fingers running across the dirt to get the feel of it. It was time to begin. The male’s crimson eyes grew fiercely sharp as he clapped his hands. The ground before him began to moist over with water, but not underneath him, rather around a certain diameter. It became soft like fine clay, but that was further from the truth. It was mud. He exhaled deeply. The first steps to training was complete.

When the hungover genin finally did look up, her eyes never left the tiger closest to the kage, even though her face was largely blank and lacking in any betrayal as to what was going through her mind. She was thoroughly enamored by the creature before her, and at the distance they were she saw with clarity the power it's very presence commanded. Kya was aware of the other two beasts that had come here with her, but she didn't feel like rubber necking in order to see them. When Naomi spoke, Kya leaned against the back of the chair, slouching a bit before responding. "Right. We could probably make a killing selling instant hangover cures," she'd somewhat mumble. Shuffling behind her finally broke her eyes from the kitty, and she turned her head to see Oga behind her, along with her other distant relative. She flared her nostrils and turned her head. Sal never had shown up with the goods yesterday.

There was a purpose for him choosing to train upon making the ground soft and muddy before him first. He reached into his pocket, pulling out a small journal to which he liked to keep his studies. The male took in the environment around him, noting particularly some of the floral and fauna around him. He was of the Senju clan and so this had to be of the utmost importance. Learning to manipulate wood was the first thing he would have to do if anything else. He wrote down what he was going to attempt, the tree before him bearing red leaves, a slight dark brown bark. The leaves were broad, toothed, and lobed, almost like a star. That was what he would focus upon first. He closed his journal and placed it back within his pocket. It was time to concentrate.
First, he performed the proper handsigns, hands coming together and stopping and it was there he felt the pull from the muddy ground before him. It began to emerge, almost like a small twig.
