"Yeah, but at least we'll have the twins back for a little bit along with their new adorable baby brother or sister." Mala replied, seeming to absolutely radiate cheer.

"After having both, I'm not sure which I'm hoping for, though they probably won't have anything in the way of inherited magic." Van said thoughtfully. If he was basically a long-lived mortal, their child wouldn't be quite as lucky as his or her siblings in terms of parental power.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"It sounds like you're forgetting who I am. If it's a girl, she'll probably get some powers from me as far as magic is concerned." Mala replied to Van with a chuckle. "Otherwise, you're pretty much dead on."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Well, they won't have the powers of a god, I know that much." Van said. "Hopefully he or she doesn't get jealous."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"If we let them know the responsibilities that come with such powers and how their dearest siblings get into trouble non-stop, it might dissuade them." Mala replied in a hopeful tone.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Yes, because telling Kai about my troublesome ways totally worked with him." Van said sarcastically.

((*tries to think of way to help fend on block in other rp*))

"Yes, but now there are consequences. If we can scare him or her out of getting themselves into such trouble - wouldn't that be good enough?" Mala asked, ignoring the sarcasm for the most part.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Consequences? We're actually going to try punishment now?" Van said.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Yes, we are. Groundings, toy removal, the works." Mala replied with a nod of confirmation.

"Just a few more months..." Van said with small smile as he closed his eyes, continuing to gently hug Mala close. He could use more distractions like this.

"That's right. Just a few more months..." Mala murmured, slowly closing her eyes as well. For many moments she just silently stood there, enjoying the serenity of this moment. Then, all of the sudden, she heard a loud knocking on the door.
