Still lost among the sensations that made her feel like one of the clouds, Ara stood in the office still, her eyes glazed over as she was still being affected by the ANBU's genjutsu. There was another person in there with her, the young aspiring protagonist listening to his echoing voice. He seemed to like being among his kind, the girl looking over at him and doing her best not to lose herself in the peaceful sensations that were oh so overwhelming her. He stepped in front of her, Ara blinking and watching as he held up his hands for her to watch. "Waaaaaah?..." It formed another hand seal, something reminding her of some type of animal and watched as he seemed to have gone back to his usual self, only the little-nin being affected by whatever had caused all this. Her mind slowly began to put the pieces together and realize what the masked woman had done. The seals were for some type of justu. While she did not recall the name, she did know that it was used for illusionary techniques revolving around many of the sense, primarily the eyes. Managing to keep focus through her hazy mind, Ara formed the tiger hand seal that Kisai did and then felt the chakra in her body suddenly burst, sending her out of the genjutsu. She blinked, coming out of the genjutsu and shaking her head as she found herself having fallen to her knees. Picking herself up, Ara looked over at the man and then the masked ANBU. "Did...Did we do it?"

Serenity made her way to the Tower that the Raikage worked and operated out of. She was finally there, after more than a few bumps in the road, and losses, she was finally a graduate of the academy, finally going to fulfill her promise to her twin brother and become a shinobi of Kumogakure. She made her way through the lobby of the bottom floor, and spoke with the secretary, who told Serenity that the Raikage was currently out of the office, but that the ANBU Captain was currently there, ready to give out headbands as needed. Serenity thanked the Secretary and made her way to the stairs.
Serenity was deep in thought as she traversed the stairs, mind on her deceased twin brother, her dead parents and her dead Aunt and Uncle, all of whom had held high hopes of her being a shinobi. Right before her brother had died, she'd sworn she would be a shinobi for both of them. And she was finally here, finally out of the academy, they had held her back because of her lack of elemental ability, despite being a near genius when it came to her bloodline. It had taken a while, to the point that her cousin had graduated before her, despite being a year younger. Serenity didn't hold that against Hakanai though, instead being proud of the younger girl. She wondered how she was doing, since becoming a shinobi. Serenity figured she'd find out soon enough; first thing's first.
Serenity politely knocked on the door to the Raikage's office, and then stepped in, only to catch the tail end of a blue haired girl's comment. They'd done it? Done what? Had something happened before she got here? The redhead looked around the room and took everything in. There was a hat wearing young man, and the young girl, and someone she could only assume was the ANBU captain. Perhaps there had been a test? Or a discussion? A test seemed more likely, since the girl seemed surprised, and a little disoriented as well. At any rate, something had gone down, and Serenity could only guess that she might go through something similar. Oh well, no time like the present. "Ah, Excuse me, Captain? I was told by the Secretary to come here for my headband." Serenity could feel her skin crawl, she hated formalities, but she also wasn't stupid enough to be disrespectful to her superiors, and the ANBU Captain was very clearly that. She kept her hands in clear view, so as not to seem a threat, and waited to be acknowledge.

While Ara celebrated her victory over the genjutsu, a third newcomer entered the room uninvited. Just as with Kisai, she ignored Serenity's words and made her way over to the desk once more. "You did well, little one. Although I am not sure how well you will fair compared to others, you have passed the requirements to earn a headband." It was clear she was curious where the girl had been taught and almost seemed more wary than awed. Pulling open one of the drawers on the desk she laid out a headband, pushing it forward so the blue-haired girl could reach. "This headband symbolizes your allegiance with the village of Kumogakure. By taking it, you are swearing to defend this village until your last breath, and to live protecting its people. To betray this headband and your kage is to give up your live." She paused briefly, letting her understand the weight of the words. "It gives you access to the dojo and academy and the scrolls they bear, as well as access to simple missions on the mission board when they are posted. I would recommend beginning with some training at the academy. Learn at least three jutsu and you can return for a mission, if you like." A small smile touched her lips, although it was hidden by the mask. "If there are no further questions, you are dismissed."
Finally, the woman turned to the other two and gestured for the other two present to step forward with a curled finger. The air about her became dense with cold anger. "The two of you would do well not to enter unless called for in the future. The Lord Raikage is not too fond of people barging into his office." Standing straighter again, she crossed her arms behind her back. "Names and classes, starting with the white-haired boy."
Watching as the woman congratulated her on her display of skills that every shinobi knew, Ara felt relieved when she pulled out a single headband bearing the icon of the village hidden in the clouds. She gently plucked it from the desk and took a moment to absorb how it looked before searching for someplace on her body to bear her status as a shinobi of the village. Breaking up her rather serious nature, she spun around, balancing herself on her right foot before wrapping it around her head for sake keeping. Maybe she might switch up where to places it in the future, but for now it would rest on her head. "Thank you. I'll get right into training then." Ara said, smiling at the masked female before hurrying down the stairs and out into the academy, eager to begin her training.

Kazurai strolled up to the door of the Raikage office and leaned up against the wall becide the door. Resting his head against the wall it was time to restart his career as a shinobi. 'Fresh start.. Back as a Genin, back to classmates.... It's needed though, so I'll know to make the right choice when the time comes.'Sweeping his hand over his clothes making sure they still fit properly. During his time away from the village and the resting period that the Raikage had been out of these clothes for over a couple of years. Wanting to almost slide down on the wall to his a** and just sit for the moment till it became time to go in. A bit of time had passes as he kept thinking of how he might be able to help clear his name from the shame he had brought down on it. Letting off a large yawn before reaching out from his side and knocking three times on the side of the door. Not even really sure what to say. Other than thanking him for the chance at this. Turning his head he waited to hear if it was alright to enter.

INDENT§ Kisai bowed in apology. He felt that he hadn't really barged in, never the less, this woman clearly felt slighted and thought to reprimand himself and the red-haired woman. I guess he would do well to remember. The smile did return ot his face, as his grin is almost permanent at this point. "Aplogies for my interruption then. I am Kisai Sasaki. Ninjutsu and Kugutsu classes. Bakuton bloodline, physical manifestation." While the woman hadn't asked for bloodline, Kisai felt it was pertinent to mention so she could full asses him. He was happy the little girl was able to get her headband though. She would have been so sad to not have gotten it, and Kisai would have had to work hard to get her to smile again. This other woman though, looked stern and focused, something likely to do with a tragic past event. Not that he had to worry about tragedy. Nothing bad has happened in his life. Worst that could happen is him dying, and honestly, that wasn't truly the worst case. So he waited to see what the masked woman would want him to do, if anything.

Serenity had to repress the instinctual urge to argue with the Captain, the Secretary had told her to just walk in after all. But she kept her face schooled to show nothing, and her tongue in her head. She could think what she wanted without being reprimanded, so long as she didn't speak out of turn. She wasn't stupid. Instead, she stood at attention and waited her turn to speak. Once the white haired male spoke, and she took note of his classes and bloodline herself, she bowed slightly, then straightened once more, "Serenity Sade. I'm of the Bloodline and Bukijutsu classes." She hesitated for a moment. The ANBU Captain had only asked for their names and classes, not their bloodlines, but should she offer that information anyway, like Kisai had? She mentally shrugged to herself and decided that she might as well go for it. "I'm a dual bloodline of Shōton and Hyōton, with full access to both."
Serenity became aware of the sound of someone knocking on the door, but she refrained from speaking out of turn. She glanced at the door, but near instantly turned her eyes back to the ANBU Captain, and waited judgement, which is exactly what this felt like. And she felt like she wasn't even lucky enough to get a trial by combat. Serenity withheld the need to sigh and cross her arms. She felt like this was just an extension of all the times she had been in trouble from her days of the Academy.

Honō had never had any purpose or reason to enter the Raikage's office that didn't involve him being accompanied in - so whatever nervousness he had displayed before when had walked in with Miko, was only exasberated now. He followed his memory to where he needed to hand in his completed assignment, and did so with a bowed head. But what was he to do now? Was he meant to wait here for Miko to collect him? But she had been asked away to the Hospital by Wan - who knew how long she'd be, or if she'd be back here at all today. Could have been sent out on a mission. Anxiety gripped him, unsure who to speak to or even what to asked, word clogged in his throat.

The ANBU waited until both soon-to-be genin spoke before shuffling through files on the desk, stopping only once she found the ones that belonged to the pair in front of her. Unlike Ara, they both had come from the academy, so testing wasn't necessary; they'd already done that, otherwise they wouldn't have been there in the first place. She jotted down a few notes on a pad of paper before finally acknowledging their presence once more, pulling two headbands from the desk drawer. Placing them at the far end for them to reach, her hands resumed their position behind her back. "I'm sure you both heard before, but allow me to repeat. These headbands symbolize your allegiance with Kumogakure. You are expected to live and die for the people who live here, and to betray them or the kage is to forfeit your life." She nodded towards the fabric bands. "They give you access to scrolls for training, and basic missions. I would recommend starting with the former before anything else. If there is nothing else, you're dismissed." Her gaze moved to the door. "Tell the next group to come in on your way out."

Serenity bowed to the ANBU Captain, and then turned on her heel after she grabbed one of the headbands and tied it around her left thigh. She made her way to the office door, wondering when she would be given a team assignment, and who would be on it. She was curious, but would be silent for the time being; she would be informed in time after all. She decided to take the Captain's advise, and go to get some training in. No need to stay weak and useless after all. On her way out the door, she noticed a really cute silver-haired guy, who looked around her age, give or take a little bit. She smiled at him, one hand on her hip, and flipped her long hair over her shoulder, "You can go in now. The ANBU Captain asked for whoever was out here." She hesitated and looked him up and down, despite the fact that he was sitting against the wall, looking like he was either bored or contemplating life, she could tell that he was tall, and well muscled, and that made her lick her lips. She shook her head and smirked, "If you're free later, I'll be training in the academy for a while... Come find me if you're up to it." Serenity then turned away fully and left the tower. On her way out, she saw another guy, this one with white hair. She shook her head, so many cute guys, but this one was more skinny, than built, and she much preferred a guy to be able to hold her down. She shrugged to herself and tapped him on the shoulder, "If you need to figure something to do, or need to turn anything in, you can go into the office and talk to the ANBU Captain in there. She might have something for you." She then waved to the secretary, and left the tower completely.

Honō startled at the touch, falling into the whirlwind of his mind's negativity and ignorent of the woman's approach. "Oh," Honō only just managed to catch himself and start speaking at the same time as the lady was walking away. "Thank you..." He mumbled. Blinking, Honō turned to the direction the lady had walked from, green eyes staring blankly for a moment before a hesitant decision was made. Tentatively, Honō stepped forward, beginning his walk to the mentioned office. Approaching the open door, he spotted another young individual, this one male and with hair similar to Honō's own. "The... Anbu Captain?" He asked, nervousness obvious, and a piece of paper, carefully folded, gently clasped in one hand. Honō's robes shimmered softly, their quality obvious in as much the effluence of the dyed ropes and glass beads hanging in strings.

INDENT§ Kisai would gladly take the headband, nearing reverence. After all, this was a great time to be here. No test as he technically already passed it, and furhtermore, had plenty to learn now. Time to get going. The red headed woman lead the way out, letting the others know to enter, Kisai merely bowed. He was focused inwardly now, planning his training strategies. He needed to pick up a puppet though, in order to properly prepare for any eventuality.
Hearing the woman pass by him and let him know it was cool to go inside and be seen. She was a good looking woman who had a bit of confidence about her. Even invited him to come to the academy to train some. He really should take up that offer being as rusty as he probably has gotten. He had might as well be a Genin. Flicking his head to her in a subtle response to her. "Cool, Look forward to it." He didn't have much to say to her considering.. he had just met her. He thought it best to hide some of his ability to better fit in with the others. Sighing some to himself he snapped up to his feet. Another genin had approched him asking if he was the anbu captain. Smirking some to himself he pointed with his thumb into the office. "Sorry not me. I'm heading to see them too." Walking into the office he approched the anbu captain, guessing that the Raikage was out for now. He was a little irritated he had to explain his situation but he was told to return when he was ready. Giving a slight bow to her. "Kazurai Saito reporting Ma'am. Lord Cein'lys requested I report when I was ready to resume my carreer as a shinobi." Lifting his arm slightly still possessing his original headband of Kumogakure. Already knowing he had to resume as a fresh Genin he was alright with this. Trying to keep as many of the details as possible from the other fresh ninja of the village in the room.

If possible, the ANBU seemed to light up a bit at the sight of Kazuraii stepping through the door. It looked like he was finally ready to rejoin the ranks of shinobi after everything that had happened. "It's good to see a familiar face in the office, Kazurai." Although the woman was faceless without a name to put to a voice, she clearly remembered Kazurai. Her gaze turned briefly to the genin accompanying him, and in turn to the paper he held. A report, perhaps, but she wasn't certain. It wasn't an emergency, which meant it was better to handle the other first. "I suppose that means you'll be returning? Reclaiming your title will have to wait until the Raikage returns and we can see how rusty you've gotten." A smile spread across her lips behind the mask and she held it towards the former-ANBU.
After a moment though her demeanor changed and she moved away from the desk, returning to the window overlooking the village. "A lot has happened while you've been gone. Attacks from within, strange creatures from the outside, citizens have lost their faith in us. Almost seven thousand people died. Because of it rules are stricter and training more rigorous. Our peaceful status with other villages isn't looking so great either." Here she stopped and turned back to Kazurai. "Are you sure this is something you want to get into again?"
Kazurai felt something slightly rekindle inside of him. Almost the sound of the danger and threat intrigued him. "Yes please. I look forward to clearing my name, and facing this challenge head on. I might need to shake off some rust but I'm more then ready to begin." He felt bad about the deaths. It seemed many more then he knew about passed since he was in the village fully reinstated again. He was eager to test some of his abilities and to see what plagued the village. Internal attacks worried him though, it gave him the sinking suspicion that he should be careful who he trusts. This was his chance though, the only one he would get. No obstacles. No distractions. Just his goal ahead of him.
Passives: Black Lightning: Raiton techniques are black in color; slightly increasing their power, while reducing visibility.

Breathing Underwater Technique: Allows Kazurai to breath water as if it was air by manipulating the chakra in his lungs.
