Nobuyuki sighed, pushing open the doors to the lobby of the Hokage's office. He had just finished graduating from the Academy, he knew currently that he had so much to learn..but he also knew he had a long time to learn it all. So he was quite happy with that, his biggest issue was the fact that he wasn't able to just retrieve his headband from the Academy, and instead had to come to the Hokage's office to receive it. Shrugging his shoulders he strode through the doors, walking up the steps slowly. When he reached the top of the steps he gave a slight smile before reaching up to rap on the door quietly. Backing up from the door he settled into a relaxed stance, waiting patiently to be allowed into the room.
The clone of the Hokage, an Ivilice Takamatsu, pulled itself together in the center of the room. Lots more people. Such a busy few days since the last graduating class. She accepted a cup of steaming tea from her secretary and took a seat, taking a brief sip before hitting a button to lock the doors in an open position, signaling that people were free to come into the office at their leisure. Just in case there was confusion there. People were already in the room anyway. She would hate to b***h out some of her newer anbu recruits but nobody should be allowed in her office when she wasn't there unless the secretary was present. She took a brief moment to open a envolope on her desk, eyes glancing up at ciri and the girl with the cat hoodie. "You two Im afraid wont be in and out of the office as quick as the rest. We will need to discuss some stuff at length before I let you run free here." She said calmly, indicating the two mentioned just a moment before. She placed a small box of fresh from the mill headbands onto a stool at the side of her desk. "If you are here for your headbands, grab one from the box." She said to the others. Then her eyes locked on the jiongu girl. Nice build, not bad to look at. That being said, she allowed herself a little smile as her thoughts drifted back for a brief moment in time.
"Before I get down to brass tacks with the others, you have my attention. What are you bringing to the table for trade?" She said, indicating that if she wished she was free to have a seat in the room with her.

Inara replied to smile with one of her own. A thin soft, calculated smile that lasted for no more than a second. Then, the pirate bowed her head as the Hokage offered her to sit, and so she did. No. She would hold her cards close to her chest. Inara moved her head from her fist, and with her free hand whipped her hair back “My name is Inara Ojima. Daughter to the pirate king Satoshi Ojihara.” Her smile slowly froze into a frown. Her father was, and still is, an enemy of the state of Konoha, Kirigakure and more than likely the entire shinobi world. “And a runaway, no, a political refugee, from Kirigakure.” As she said this, she turned her left arm, showing the Hokage a small black dot that was in her hand. This dot, of course, was the epitome of the village’s defenses, this would tell you where anyone was at a particular time, controlled your access within the village, and who knew what else this could do. “You’ll soon find out why the second one is much more important than the first, but the reason for this cannot be revealed to you at this time.” As she said this, she motioned with her head to the other people in the room. Why was this dot in her arm so important? The Hokage would have to make time and show interest to find out. She doubted that Jack, such a fickle and secretive creature, would let out the strict security situation his village found itself in. “The first thing I offer you is the knowledge that my father is dead. Killed by massive waves that broke his fleet and killed most of his men. A result of the same event that lead to the destruction of Kirigakure. A village that I helped rebuild.” She stopped there, putting emphasis on the ‘I’ in that last sentence, quickly followed by a mischievous smile. The significance of her effort should not have been missed in the Hokage. For the woman to hold such a title, she must have known a thing or two about politics, and how significant it was that Inara had participated in the construction efforts. What Inara left vague there, was just how instrumental she was to the reconstruction effort, to the planning effort. If Konoha would have been destroyed, Inara would not have been surprised if it was the shinobi which led the reconstruction effort. Obviously, she did not mean that for herself, but she left it ambiguous enough to let the woman before her make her own conclusions. “This,” she was still smiling, “I offer you in exchange for you to allow me to remain in your village, allow me to learn freely here about my trade. Come and go as I wish to gather supplies. I have no interest in being a shinobi, I confess. Jack, the Mizukage, offered this to me once as if it were such an honor. It is not in my interest to be someone else’s tool. It is not in my nature. All I want is a space to grow and learn. For now.”

Inara nodded, it seemed like as fair of a deal as any she would ever get. She had to assist when required, protect the innocent, blah, blah, blah. She was fine with that for the most part. All she wanted to do for the time being was learn about history, chemistry and biology. Konoha might not have been the most technologically advanced of the shinobi villages, but it was leagues ahead of Kirigakure as she was concerned. “That sounds agreeable.” She said, standing from her chair, offering a hand to the Hokage for a shake. “I’ll take you up on that offer for assistance. Don’t think for a moment that I will forget. Anyway, yes, it does suffice for the time being, Ivilice Takamatsu.” The woman took her hand back and bowed before the Hokage, eyed everyone in the room one last time, and then walked out.

Political refugees? Pirates? Kirigakure? This was all far too wild for Sora to completely understand at this time. He didn't make any sounds as the Hokage and this 'Inara' individual spoke, but he made sure to grab his headband and make his way out the door, right after Inara had.
Ophelia made her way to the office, fiddling with one of her armbands. Once again her brother was off somewhere doing Shinobi stuff and she was stuck here doing something lame. She wondered exactly what if was that Yasu was doing right now, was he training? Was he meeting with a team? Was he sparring? She had always wanted to spar her older brother, but he would always put it off saying he'd do it when she was older. Well, she was older now, and he owed her a spar. The black haired girl came to a rest outside the hokage's door and gave it a few sharp knocks. She finished fiddling with her arm bands and waiting, her hands clasped in front of her, for any indication that she could walk in.

Reaching the desk Ciri placed her book on the table open to the pages written with many things she wished her voice could say. " Bonjour (Hello) It is a pleasure to meet you uh Ivilice Takamaysu, My name is Ciri Rose Lelièvre. Let's make this easy and simple Oui? (yes) first.. payment is issued for the information given to one of your shinobi Yasuhiro I would like that now please. Second needing a place to stay, rest for a week. Third my deal is the same as the pirate except different. A outside sourse givng a village info on other villages, people, anything that needs fine detail. But of course meeting the demands of a unknown rogue is a hard thing to think upon by great leaders such as yourself. " Ciri walked around to office giving Ivilice time to read everything .
Taka took the book in question and gave it a look over. She then looked up with a smile at her. "The formalities and flattery is not nessicary. Im human, forced into a job after so many years of denying it. You may stay here as long as you need. Im trying to keep a friendly border policy. As for payment. We will deliver your rates into an account for you by the end of the week with whatever we can verify through our anbu forces. At the very least I will make sure your efforts are rewarded." She said. She motioned for the other girl to come in, the door open. She would place a headband on the corner of the desk, then another in front of ciri. "For now, you two take these. If you want employment Ciri, you have it. But you will be monitored for a time regardless of your decision. Up to you." She said calmly, with a shrug before the clone would relax back into her chair.

Ophelia let out a fairly audible groan, taking the headband off the desk. So many people were showing up, so many people she didn't want to deal with, especially with whatever was going on with this girl named Ciri; but she needed to find out where Yasu was. "Lady Hokage, or whatever, do you know where my brother disappeared to? Yasu Nara? He was supposed to congratulate me and totally blew me off." The gennin crossed her arms over her chest, waiting for the woman's answer.

The young genin pursed her lips, thinking, her eyes narrowing for a second. "Taka, huh...?" Ophelia's face went back to normal and the girl seemed to relax a little, letting out a yawn. "I like that better than Lady Hokage, less stiff. See you later Taka!" She gave the woman a lazy wave then walked out of the office to go find her brother wherever he might be.

Well this was hands down the easiest deal Ciri ever made compared to all the deals made in Ginman. It might have been disappointing she at least want some struggle but it was whatever. With a sly nod to the response about her flattery Ciri made a mental note to tone it down around Taka. It was a odd nickname but to each their own everyone had a odd name to her. Her heterochromia eyes scan the new face. She was in a rush and quickly got her answer. So Yasu's has a little sister. Ciri would keep this too in mind for her info book. Taking her book off the desk as well the headband. Ciri just stared at the band before tying it around her neck. Once that was done she had one more question to ask Taka before going off around to explore this new village. Writing down something really quick. Ciri held it up while waiting for a response. " Where can I stay for the time being?"
