Mashed taters come on only one variety.

Correction. There are different types of potato. There are different textures for mashing, since some like 'em creamy, thick, lumpy, etc. There are different things to mix in flavor. Butter, milk, salt, pepper, herbs, chicken broth, and what have you. Sometimes there's gravy too. So there's variety!

... plus, you can SCULPT MASHED POTATOES. Whoever heard of making pie figures? talk2hand
