Garet saw the girl under the tree stretching and yawning off.
"Garet are you even watching this fight?" shouted Gaogamon
"Sorry Gaogamon. I was distracted. Go get that insect!" Garet gave his partner some inspiration probably enough to help him win the battle.
"Ok here goes nothing. DOUBLE DASH CLAW!!"
Gaogamon swiped the Kuwagamon Kuwagamon with his crimson claws that sprouted from his maine. Kuwagamon was down and out.
"OW! Man I need to lay off the flies and work out more" Kuwagamon complained as he flew into the jungle.
"YEEAAAHH! Way to go buddy!" Garet cheered as Gaogamon de-digivolved back to Gaomon
Gaomon pulling off a cocky pose"Easy as pie my friend. So......who's the girl?"

Eyes him warily before nudging her partner to follow her as she begins to walk towards the boy.
"Where does your alliance lie?"

Garet nervously twiddled his thumbs while answering
"Well I guess I'm a good guy. This is my first time in the digital world. I mostly battled in the real world against evil digimon so yeh you can call me one of the good guys"
Gaomon started to nudge Garet and cheekily winked at him
"Ha! Your sweating buddy. What's your problem man? Excuse his perspiration problem miss. Your name is?"

"My name is Shayna, this here is my partner, Komorimon" Motions to the virus beside her, who was continuing to eat his weight in fruit. "....." Nudges him.
"Hey"
"Sorry, he can be rude at times."

Garet replied nervously wiping the sweat off his face
"That's ok my partner Gaomon is just as rude" Garet gritted his teeth a Gaomon indicating him to stop being annoying.
"Hey I'm not rude! Watch This"
Gaomon stood before Shayna and bowed honourably
"Madame. Pleased to make your acquaint AAARRGGHH!!"
Garet shoved Gaomon out of the way before he could finish to stop his embarrassment.
"So are you familiar with the digital world. If so you could be my tour guide if that's ok with you. Oh by the way my name is Garet" Garet said quickly without stopping for a breathe except on deep one at the end to show his nervousness.
He stuck out his hand towards Shayna as if to shake her hand

Takes his hand and shakes it "It's a pleasure to meet you. And actually, I am very familiar with this world, as well as several others."
"Want one?" Komorimon asked extending a fruit towards Gaomon.

Gaomon stared at the fruit
"Why not? Thanks Komorimon" said as he took the fruit respectively and gobbled on it.
Garet started a conversation with Shayna as the grouped walked down the beach.
"So can you tell where a guy named Gennai is? A unknown message was sent to my digivice and it said to look for a man named Gennai."
Garet looked at his sand filled feet as he looked a Shayna with a glimmer of hope in finding Gennai.

Garet looked at the ground in disappointment.
"That's ok. What's say we take a look around the Digital World. Why don't we head to Network City and see what we can find there shall we?"
Garet and Gaomon talk towards the silhouette of Network City and they start to talm to themselves
"Yo Garet. I didn't know you where a player. You played it cool with her man. Apart from sweating on me and all but otherwise I think she likes you"
"What?! You're crazy Gaomon"
Shayna and Komorimon heard what they were saying and butted in the conversation.

"......" Shayna continues to walk into the city.
Komorimon snickers "Ooooooooooh!" Shayna turned toward him and glared.
"Don't make me kick you! stare "
"What? I was referring to the city! >>"

The group stared up at the City. Many cables and network hardwares were implanted in this city to run the digital world.
As they got to the entrance they were stopped by a robotic, tall figure.
"I'm sorry but you must not pass here. There is being maintenance to this city and noone is permitted to pass through."
"But I need to search to Gennai. I need to find out why I'm even in this world. " Garet complained
"Aah so you two are digidestined. I see. Then will one of you care to battle the great Andromon? If you win i will let you pass"
Goamon quickly accepted the challenge
"You're in luck Andromon cuz i'm one digimon who loves to fight!"
Garet interrupted Gaomon
"Now now Gaomon. we shouldn't take all the glory. Why don't we let Shayna and Komorimon show this bucket of bolts what the digidestined are made of."
Garet turned to Shayna and gave her a nod signalling that she could do it and that he believed
"Man what am i doing. I've known this girl for what of 2 hours and i'm feeling strange about it. My stomach feels wierd. I don't feel myself." Garet thought

"No, it's all right. I only fight for the innocent and for justice. I'm really not one to fight in these sort of situations." Shayna gave him a grin.
"Yeah, sorry" Komorimon quipped afterward.

Gaomon quickly came accustomed to the situation
"Oh well never mind more fighting for me I guess"
Garet was confused
"Ok then let's go Gaomon!"
Garet lit up his digivice and fired a beam of light at Gaomon
"Oh Yeah!!" shouted Gaomon with delight and energy
"Gaomon digivolve to..........GAOGAMON!!!"
Gaogamon growled wildly at Andromon.
Andromon replied with such cool words
"Well this should be good. May the best digimon win"
Garet walked over to Gaogamon and whispered
"Listen man. Don't screw this up theres a girl watching us. If you lose she will think i'm a rubbish tamer."
Gaogamon replied insultingly
"Whatever loverboy. Just let me handle this"
Gaogamon began to focus his attention on Andromon
The fight broke out. Both digimon charged at each and locked themselves trying to force on another to the ground.
"LIGHTNING BLADE"
Andromon's right hand converted to a laser blade. He swiped it at Gaogamon and got a direct hit.
"Arrgggh!!"
Gaogamon went flying into a wall of network boards.
Andromon taunted Gaogamon
"Well It seems that i was wrong about you. You are worthless!"
Gaogamon took exception to this and got up quickly to attack
"SPIRAL BLOW!!"
Gaogamon fired a tornado at Andromon but Andromon manages to dodge easily.
"GATTLING ATTACK"
Andromon opened fire at Gaogamon with multiple rounds coming from his chest.
"Garet Help me!" Gaogamon winced in pain
Garet turned to face Shayna
"Errrrm Shayna little help!"

Shayna nodded and turned to Komorimon in expectation, "Komo!"
Komorimon gave a grin and dashed up to the fight "Got'cha!"
Taking flight he gave Andromon no chance to respond as he began to attack immediately.
"Shock Tube!" With this Komorimon shot out a horizontal shaped of high pitched sound, forcing Andromon to grab his head in pain.
"Finish him." Shayna stated, crossing her arms.
Komorimon quickly formed a barrage of bombs and sent them flying at his opponent.

Garet and Gaogamon who was still licking his wounds were mezmerised at how Shayna and Komorimon battled Andromon. It made him happy yet embarrassed.
"Oh man. Having my butt saved by a girl. Could things get any wierder?"
Garet crouched down to Gaogamon to comfort him.
Gaogamon responded to his tamers presence.
"She's pretty good ain't she?"
"Yeh. Let's just let her handle things here. While she's distracting Andromon we could sneak into Network City"
Gaogamon dedigivolved back to Gaomon.
"Great idea. Let's go all ready"
Garet and Gaomon start to silently sneak to the entrance to Network City
