Nobodies do not die, nor do they fade. They fake their deaths and portal away to the Phoenix Down Fairies that live on the invisible roof on Castle Oblivion.

Also,I dont think so.They just dissapear to a relm of nothingness and heal for abit and the pop back in to the worlds.

The whole fade into darkness looking for their hearts thing was mentioned in the games.... wasn't it? It sounds familiar.
