I think it already is being made, but has had many setbacks. Script problems, mostly, but what do you expect from Orson Scott Card.

And on the topic of Card, I think his book "Treasure Box" would be a good movie, only because it wasn't a fantastic book. I'd rather see a terrible book made into an awesome movie than vice versa.

OH DEAR GOD NO. That book was so good, they would ruin it. There's no way they could translate Christopher's thoughts into an understandable storyline.

However, if we put this in the hands of say, director Marc Forster, and screenwriter Charlie Kaufman (or perhaps even Zach Helm), we might get something decent.

Just don't let Spielberg touch it. He hasn't been able to make a decent movie since "Schindler's List" (I'd say "Saving Private Ryan," but I haven't seen that one yet, though I'm sure it's good). Or Peter Jackson.

Actually, Clint Eastwood MIGHT be able to do it justice. As long as he doesn't give himself an acting role.

Definately Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. Other than Interview with the Vampire, cause that was a fairly decent movie when compared to the book. Queen of the Damned should be remade!

Her books would be very complicated to make movies out of, but I think this day it can be successful.

Mmeh. Depending on the cast and director, producer(s), etc., all Anne Rice's books would make awesome movies.

Actually, "Pulse" is a remake of a Japanese horror movie.
