I personally don't enjoy too many remakes... the only diffence in most is extra violence... if someone reamake any Hitchcock movies I'll just die
what happened to orginal ideas... more and more American movies are remakes of foriegn films and older films
as for comics made into movie, I think Hollywood has gone way to far... guess the comics didn't make a good enough movie the way they were orginally written (at least that is what they would have you believe)

Quixotic Faye

Speaking of remakes of Korean movies, The Host is also getting a makeover. Which is kind of LOLworthy, since it's got some anti-American sentiment running through it. They'll probably change it to a corrupt company causing pollution.

I don't care if Steven Speilberg and Will Smith make a remake of Old Boy but I will protest a remake of The Host!

Depends on the movie. I really liked the Ocean's Eleven remake, and the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe remake.
