Hikaru, without Kaoru . . . is like a sin dude scream !! I mean even as I saw the first episode I couldn't even begin to think of the twins being apart eek . Somehow, I think Kaoru'd be the more depressed one.

Although, the manga seems to be taking it into that sort of direction, anyway.
I don't know if they can be really separated (as in, never see each other again sort of way), but I think the manga is looking to bring their relation as being one person into two established individuals.
