I can't really agree with Naruto. The Shippuden series (if you include them) contain a very low amount of humor for an anime and especially the new episodes have absolutelly none such... (only the part when he burried Pain in the ground with a big rock and he just said- "Do you hate me?"- No seriouslly... What the **** was that... The puppet should be only dust from such hits...

Ok, this isn't an anime but i HAVE to throw this one in. Yotsuba&! it's a manga. And then there's Azumanga Diaoh! (same author). THAT'S an anime tho! manga first. Both VERY funny. i cracked up so many times! Then, when i'd think about it later, i'd burst out laughing again and my brothers would think there's something wrong with me. Third on my list would be Ouran Host Club, no question. XD

There is one anime that I found a couple of months back that I found hilarious. It's Kamen No Maid Guy

It's hilarious I first found it as a manga on Onemanga.com and I love the anime form myself.

Saint oniichan is incredibly funny.... even tough it is a bit strange sometimes...another funny anime would be... no... that aint funny, just plain disturbing, TEKKONKRET might be fun if you dont really focus on the humor, but the 'easter eggs' such as an older black jack showing up... another fun anime would be the early dragon ball [Young goku... no, i dont mean the GT] 100% strawberry has its moments... all the time as well.
