Who is the strongest Naruto or Sasuke?

with strength physically: I'd choose Naruto because he can still kick, but even without the Sharingan.

With Emotional Strength: I'd still say Naruto because he's been through way more than Sasuke, and is so much smarter than Sasuke in more ways then he can count.

Simply said, both will die. They may not look evenly matched but Sasuke had evolved the Chidori he learned till it's an S rank attack just like Rasengan. When they both clashed for the first time, the powers never really clashed before, and both were thrown back.

And Naruto already knew that they will die.

Wuahahahaha!!! I can't wait till that happens.
