I get called the same thing. for only weight 100 pounds and i'm 18.
and I eat a lot, some people just have there body break down food faster compared to other.

You're very pretty, and you don't look anorexic at all. You probably have a high metabolism, I know I do, and I've never gained over 100 pounds in my whole life. I'm probably as skinny, if not slightly bigger than, you. Some people would wish that they were as skinny as you, so you should be happy.
