Mare can seal and release dark aura from all around her body, but if she gets to keen in a fight, she can lose control.~ Past: ~Luca and Mare had different mothers but the same father. Mare was abandoned by her father and her mother died, so she stayed with Luca and her mother. Although their mother didn't care about them, only gave them a place to stay. They always got in trouble in school, and were teased because they weren't normal humans, which lead to fights with other kids. So they were kicked out of their old school. Their mother was tired of their chaos in school so shipped them both of here to White Wings High.~ Mare's personality: Shes mean and outgoing. She's a honest person when it comes to advice or something she doesn't like. Shes self centered, she loves music (has a mp3 player), and guys. She tries to avoid drama because of her sister, but if its coming she's not gonna turn it down. Personality: Easy going, smart when its needed, greedy at times, doesnt get angry easly and displays sarcasm every now and then.
Moto: Theres nothing i cant do. If i cant do it, then it doesnt exist. If it doesnt exist ill invent it!.
Powers: Blood control. He can control his own blood and mold it into many shapes for example arm blades (if he cuts his arms a bit the blood out of those injuries will become blades) he can use long range attacks such as blood shoot (shoots his own blood with the power of a bullet) also he can use defence abilities such as blood iron and blood iron body (for blood iron he only needs to draw blood from an injury in a certain part of his body to cover it after it the part covered will be as strong and sturdy as iron. Blood iron armor can only be used when hes actually in a very bad shape since he needs various invjures to draw the blood from and cover himself with it.) there are many uses for blood control for the creative user.
Danger point: Allows Rot to see where an attack will land on a bright yellow light enabling him the chance to predict the oponent move, still the reactions have to follow up wich is very hard.
Weakness: He can use blood control, still if he uses reckessly skills such as using blood shoot or blood heaven pierce(wich makes him shoot him his blood as strong as a bullet) his blood will eventually run out since hes using his own blood as weapon after all (this isnt aplied to malee attacks such as arm blades since the blood can get back in, therefor avoiding blood loss.)
Past: Pretty much unknown, it seems he led a normal life when he was a kid but something happened since hes currently rated an S class criminal nicknamed "the red terror" the people in the academy doesnt know who he is, wich relaxes him.
The bounty on his head its high enough to buy an small island, just what did he do? only god knows....
