Oh, he has those because he's a vampire and that's how they picked to do the vampire makeup.

Tru Blood? xP It's not an energy drink, but synthetic blood for the vampires so they don't have to feed off real humans.

Figured it was probably something like that just because I can't see them not covering it up for the show and photo shoot. (I keep typing shower instead of show. Does my subconscious want him in the shower?)

Ahhhh. I think I just saw an image of that with a tagline, so I kind of assumed it was merchandise.
Though, that's something that they should probably develop and sell. $$$$.
