[Squad Information & Announcement!]
As you've noticed, my lists are gone, but for events to come, I'm looking to see collaboration among my jounin, and their grabbing of students. We've come and gone, arcs having failed alone. Now, now we must stand together. Please, conduct your search, and get a list to me by Sunday. You'll get yourselves a mission upon a proper list of four. Jounin, chuunin, genin. Take your pick, just make it work, yeah? Remember! First come, first serve.

[ Yo-ko Announcement!]
Good Evening Kumogakure!
I apologize for posting in your announcement thread, but with starting of your arc i had a few things i would like to ask of you guys during this stage of fun-ness.
First request: If you would please quote me on every response you make, as this will alert me to the presence of your post. I will seek council amongst your vilalge mates to insure everyone has had a chance to post. If there is no reply in 5 days, they will be skipped.
Second request: if you guys would please post in the descriptions of the jutsu used, i would GREATLY appreciate that. As this gets deeper into your fun, i will have TOOOOOOO much stuff to have to keep track of, and this will greatly aid me to eliminate confusion, bitching, complaining, as well as all things that makes fun things not fun. Thank you for your cooperation. Please work with your village mates to help me out
Members! I know we're having a bit of a time with the posting order, but if I may make a suggestion. Worry a little less on whom you have to wait for, as that is the antagonist's issue. Your cues to post are when you see our captain and vice captains post in the forums of Kumogakure. For their convenience and our own, please post in the Kumogakure chat that you've posted. If we can work together, we can move this along more quickly. Thank you for your patience in this.

[Important Announcement!]
Good Evening Kumogakure! Today is a critical day for Kumogakure.
I'm trimming the rest of this in black. For simple observational purposes. In the Raikage's office, effective immediately, Lady Kinpaku is stepping down after three years of serving you all. Ups and downs, she'll still be about. In the mean time, Tao-benshin will be leading the forefront with a relative armada of advisers.
Hello, everyone! I have a few announcements to make.
1. It has come to my attention that AC has been awarded to people without properly reporting a mission. Advancement credit is give to a shinobi by the kage for actions performed. If you do not turn in a mission, there is no physical acknowledgment of a job well done, and therefore no acknowledgement of the advancement of a shinobi. When it comes time to rank up, if no evidence exists of a shinobi doing anything for a village, they will not receive the title of the next rank.
Also, there are no auto-ranks in this guild. You must meet with the kage in order to receive a rank.
I do not want to be harsh, but I must follow the rules for the equality of everyone. I will have an NPC in the office tower receive missions if my character is not physically there. Please remember to quote me in the office if you are turning in a mission and I am not there.
2. A new profile thread has been made. Please post your profiles in the new thread by January 17th. If you do not, you must speak to me before your character's existence is acknowledged. The guild requires that a profile be present in order to post in a village. You can find the thread here. Please follow the instructions.
If you intend not to return, please PM me.
3. I sent out a questionnaire about a week ago to everyone who has a profile in the village currently. Please respond to it so I can start setting up events for the village. I will incorporate all of your feedback to the best of my ability.
If you didn't receive one, let me know and I can send one.
4. If I have not already met your character, please meet with me at some point so I know that you exist in character. I will not assign squads until everyone has met with me.

This is just a reminder that you have until this Saturday, January 17th, to repost your profiles. Please do so, so that you can participate in upcoming events! If you do not post a profile by the deadline, and do not speak to me after to recover your status, you will not be included in the rewards for anything that might happen.
If you intend not to return, let me know.
Also, please answer the questionnaire I sent out, and answer to the best of your ability. I'm looking to make everyone feel a part of this village, but I cannot do anything if you will not give me anything to work with. You know your characters better than anyone, so if your interested in me doing anything personal for your character, you have to let me know, and I will try to work it into something.
Finally, if I have not met your character, please meet with me at some point. I will not assign anyone to anything if they have not met with me.
If you were not already aware, an arc is underway to aid Takumi. However, it is a timed arc, and we have until February 1 to get something done. I would appreciate if everyone moved quickly when they were called on, so that I have enough time before the end of the arc to send a second group. The second group will receive regardless of whether the first has returned on January 23, giving each 7 days to complete as many missions as they can. Also the second group will consist of most of you who have not already received a mission, meaning it will be larger. It is imperative that everyone move quickly for this.
I would hate to see the village get left undefended~

Group One may begin their missions upon arrival at the Storm Mountains. Scouting (E-rank - 4 posts) must be completed before mining can begin. No one purchased or asked about spelunking gear, so the D and A rank missions are off limits. Enjoy~
The deadline to repost profiles has passed! If you did not post an updated version in the new thread, you will be excluded from any upcoming arcs or events until you speak with me. In this guild, a profile is required in order to post.
For those of you who may be concerned, the old profiles have been moved to the recycle bin forum. I have not deleted anything.
Also, everyone, keep your eyes open for strange things happening around the village. There's no telling what might crop up~

There are eighteen shinobi in Kumogakure, but looking at it, you would not believe it. I cannot start an event if no one is going to post. If you are busy, I understand not posting. I understand perfectly; I'm a full time student and I have a job. But at the very least let me know, or post in the hiatus thread if you will be unable to post for more than a couple of days. By guild rules, after five days, people do not have to wait for you unless you ask them to.
Group two will be receiving missives tomorrow. If you are floating inactive between threads, you will not be receiving missions, and will be missing out on a good opportunity for AC. I am also waiting for people to post to start localized arcs. I want to see this village go somewhere, but I need the help of all of you to make it succeed.
The Takumi event ends February 1. Group one should finish up whatever mission they're on and report in. Group two has until the 1st to do as many missions related to mining as they can. I will award AC and Ryo on February 2. AC will not only be rewarded for complete missions but also for activity and roleplay. So get cracking, everyone!
Genin cannot mine, but there is plenty of ore that needs to be taken to Takumi. You can carry up to 50 lbs of ore. I will be keeping a total of the ore collected. Let me know what ore you're taking so that I can keep track of it. This counts as the C rank mining mission, and can be done once a day, with an overnight stay on site
If you did not receive a missive it was because you were inactive between threads or deemed otherwise inactive. If you would like to participate, let me know via PM.

[General Announcement!]
Takumi is officially restocked and back open! A big thank you for those of you who helped out. We managed to collect almost 900 lbs of ore for crafting at various shops in Takumi. The following people have received these miscellaneous rewards for all of their hard work. The rewards listed do not include mission rewards, but rewards for roleplay and activity.
From the center of the village, smoke has begun to rise, creating a great black cloud in an already dark and stormy sky. It seems to be rising from the Village Plaza. Where there is smoke there is usually fire, and a raging one at that! Should it not be stopped soon, the rest of the village might begin to go up in flames. Anyone capable of helping should report immediately!
The following missions apply to both evacuation and putting out the fire. Rank is based on the number of people working together (RPCs) and how many posts are completed. The more people that participate, the greater the reward. The flames will spread every three days until they have all been put out. Next spread will be on March 4.
