This was the best place to learn her medical techniques and it was the only place where she could practice them. Roly Poly had played across her mind as she recalled working on him during their training session before heading out to take the exams. It had been fortunate for her to learn what she did but altogether useless. Walking into the hospital, she moved towards the counter where a few nurses sat checking paperwork and listings for what patients needed attending to and such undesirable busy work. Clearing her throat, the young woman got the attention of an elderly lead who was checking off the a couple of names. " Do you need any help?""Erm, not help really. I mean. I want to help here. "The nurse gave her an odd look, looking her up and down before trying to come to a conclusion. " I am not sure what you want to help in...?""I am a Chuunin training in my medical jutsu. If I can practice on patients who are not in dire conditions and give their consent that would be very helpful... "Mi was having a hard time asking for a favor from this lady and the nurse could sense that, smiling at the young woman awkwardly. "Alright. Let me ask a few patients, follow me." Mi nodded and followed the woman down the corridors and into a few rooms where patients were in recovery from minor to grave injuries. A woman who had broken her arm a day before was on the mend, and consented to Mi practicing on her. Mi bowed her head, not able to really smile in appreciation. The older nurse left to make rounds and gather a sheet for patients that didn't mind Mi attending to them. She was gone before the girl could really respond, leaving her with her training. "Will I need to do anything?" The woman asked Mi nervously, trying to sit up in her bed. Mi shook her head, gently pushing her chest down, the universal signal not to get up."You are fine. Just rest. "The woman nodded and laid back, closing her eyes and trying to block out Mi's presence. Removing her red cloak, Mi got to work. She was going to learn everything. Literally, everything.

Looking at her hands, Mi knew fool well that because of her earlier training session she was most likely a little dirtier than the hospital would allow any of the practicing nin to be. Focusing her chakra around her hands, she activated a basic Ninjutsu that all were required to know.
[2/2] The red chakra that engulfed her hands ate away any microscopic bacteria that clung to her hands and arms. At this level it would even be safe to breath on the patient without fear of her getting sick, due to her low immunity level.

Moving over the woman now, Mi felt confident in her Diagnosis abilities but knew better than to not practice her already learned Jutsu. Each level she was only going to get better and better at it if she trained for it. Running her hands over the woman she began to probe her gently.

The woman did not move, which was a relief to Mi. Even as she approached her mending arm, she did not feel the woman even tense. Flickering her gaze over the woman, she noticed she was already asleep. Smirking, Mi ran her hands carefully over the womans arm, concentrating. I was a clean breaking of the ulna. She must have fallen and reached out trying to protect herself when it happened. The break had not been compound which was a fortunate thing for her because infection was almost assured if the bone had gone through the skin.

Reaching behind her for her cloak, Mi moved onto the next patient. A clip board was hanging off of the stats board just outside the door. It seemed that the hospital was going to work her to the bone, which didn't really bother Mi. One of the rooms was not far from this one, Mi heading towards it, looking at the general basics for each one. Names were not so important, unless they were awake. Entering a room, Mi peeked her head in just past the curtain of bed two to see if the person was asleep. It was another woman, laying on her side sound asleep."Cleanse..."Mi mumbled softly, before running her hands over the patients arms, beck, pelvic bone, head, and legs. It seemed as if she had torn the muscle that ran in a triangular form down her back. That must have hurt The trapezius was an important muscle. Muscles down her arm seemed pulled as well. The only thing Mi could really do for her was massage the lesser muscles that were injured.

Moving her hands over the patients wounded area, she placed three fingers evenly spaced flat across the womans arm. With her pinky finger she placed it bellow her ring finger and the thumb bellow the middle one. Apply pressure she felt the woman flinch, the pain would only last a second, not even enough to disturb her slumber.
[2/2]Pressing down quickly, Mi added a short burst of chakra, her fingers laying foundation for guidance. Light red chakra settled around the area, Mi retracting her touch and watching with mild interest as the imprints began to dissolve.

Getting up, Mi moved on to the next patient, somewhere further into the hospital. This unit seemed a little more lively, flowers and stuffed animals on every small counter top available. Entering the assigned room, she tapped the wall to alert anyone who was awake. "Come in. It's just me in here." Mi entered. Staring at a teenage boy who was chalky and a sweating somewhat. "Teikouryoku". The woman said, immediately knowing that she was going to have to make sure she did not catch whatever it was that was making him look so. As it was, she had a low immune system.

This technique allowed for her immune system to be slightly reinforced around patients that had a disease or airborne poison. It was not assured that you would not fall ill but this was as good as any medical nin could allow for reassurance. "Just sit tight until I get a proper diagnosis.""But the doctor already told me what was wrong with me." Mi gave him a stern look, silencing the pre teen. He sunk into his pillows, nervous now as Mi ran her hands over him, probing him quickly and gently. He had food poisoning. Pulling back her hands she concentrated hard, this technique was a little more difficult than the rest of them.

Pulling a small basin of warm water beside her, she got started. Jokyo Dokubutsu Mi thought to herself, applying her chakra to the water. It was double easier to do this thanks to her Suiton control. Moving it over next to the boy stomach, she watched as she began to tense, unsure if he had made the right choice to let her practice on him. The doctors would still have to give him liquids and a mild solution in order to counteract the effect of the food poisoning but Mi would get rid of the damage.

As she focused the water over his belly, Mi closed her eyes and concentrated her chakra. It was important to do this in one go or she could accidentally move the poison to another part of the lads body. Small inklings of tar like color began to get sucked into the water. Mi continued, the light red color of her chakra illuminating her pale face. Once she was sure she had gotten it all, she slowly moved her hands over the basin and cut her chakra supply, the water and the contaminates dropping into the basin. Putting a top on it, she sealed it for someone to throw away. Getting up Mi reached out and felt the boys cheeks. His fever already fading. "T-Thanks." He said, smiling at her, Mi unable to smile back at him. "Drink what the doctors tell you to drink."She commanded, getting up and moving on.

Walking outside, the nurse that was in this ward took a look at Mi's pale face and ordered her to sit down for a second. Her grim expression matched Mi's repsonding scowl. Mi could not argue in an area where she had no say so. Sitting down, the girl impatiently waited until the nurse was called away. In the mean time, she pulled out her kunai, meaning to use herself as a practice dummy for the moment. Mi could not go and cut someone just to use this and waiting for someone to get hurt would take decades. Instead, the girl was forced to practice on herself. Dragging the Kunai's sharp edge across the pale flesh on her bare arm, she watched as the blood oozed out from the small cut. Any normal person would have been able to just apply pressure and stop the blood from coming out but Mi was not such a simple case. Slipping the Kunai back into it's holster she moved her free hand over the wound."Keksuki Gyouko..."

Apply her chakra, she focused her healing session over the cut. The fact of the matter was the she was a special case completley and this would probably take longer than a normal case. The wound continued to bleed, Mi positioning her wounded arm over her cloak so as not to bleed on the floor. She kept her chakra flowing over it, waiting. Finally, the blood began to coagulate, after five minuets. Ceasing this opportunity, Mi pulled out a bandage she kept on her and began to wrap her arm, applying enough pressure to make sure that she would not start bleeding again. Her arm throbbed but it was a worthy venture.
