Character: Jack Harren Snipe Technique Name: The Departed's Retribution Rank: B Type: Genjutsu Element: None Description: In order to use this technique, Jack must have already summoned haze clones, as many as he can. However, instead of them being copies of himself the images take on the appearance of shadowy humanoids. Now, then, Jack can use this jutsu. By forming the handsigns Rat-Ox-Horse-Bird the faces and bodies of the Haze Clones are altered. They now appear as the most important people in the targets' lives who had died, whether the most loved or hated, and they speak of how horrible the target is, bringing up forgotten crimes and misdeeds, failed missions and such, in order to assault the psyche of the targets. After the faces have fully formed, the Haze clones vanish, leaving the idea that the shades from the Haze had been the souls and minds of those who were dead. Length: This particular Gejutsu lasts as long as Jack keeps the Bird handsign up.
Character: Jack Harren Snipe Technique Name: Scattering of the Ash Rank: Null Type: Ninjutsu Element: Maruton Description: This jutsu is extremely odd, for when others see it in action they immediately think it is a Genjutsu. By forming two handseals, the Rat and then the Tiger, at the user's discretion their body will scatter into flaming ash that will slowly burn away to nothing. Now, this is why others think it is a Genjutsu and a misdirection jutsu, though the truth is far different. It moves a person from one location to another. The location of arrival must be chosen before the jutsu is activated, and the user must have been to this location before. In that location ash will fall in a small cloud, which will then reform into the user. This jutsu cannot be used within combat, unless the opposing party has ceased hostility or is no longer able to act. The distance able to be traveled is set at a base of one thousand feet [1,000'], which increases by another five hundred feet [500'] per rank of chakra used in its casting.
Character: Jack Harren Snipe Technique Name: Complete Revalation Rank: A Type: Doujutsu Description: By looking into the eyes of an opponent, Jack is able to activate this jutsu without handseals. This technique activates a ninjutsu into the mind of the opponent that launches Jack into the memories of that individual. The two are locked, physically, in place during this procedure. Jack then walks through the memories of the user. There is danger, however. Should the victim be harmed during this process, Jack will receive half of the damage. Should the victim die, Jack will die (mentally). The duration is one memory per post, and each memory has to be done individually, and at the third the opponent may free themselves from the genjutsu, unless they are willing to remain. This "willingness" can be effected by other genjutsu, however.
Character: Jack Harren Snipe Technique Name: Illusionary Terrain Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Description: By activating this genjutsu, Jack is able to alter the terrain for up to a mile [1 Mile] in diamater. The change is completely illusory, but can be changed into almost anything. Those affected see the world entirely as real, but those unaffected see the illusion as translucent, and may walk through it harmlessly.
Character: Jack Harren Snipe Technique Name: [Chain] Contingency Rank: S (To Learn) // D (Cost to Use) Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique is truly only able to be used for modifying fuuinjutsu in specific ways.
Contingency What Contingency does is allow a user to create a fuin that has virtually any trigger desired, ranging from "Someone steps on this area" to "Anyone with thoughts of humping baby elephants atop the Hokage monument who enters here". If the trigger requirement is met, the Contingency immediately activates, setting off the jutsu that was set. In this case, any technique can be set to trigger, though the base cost of the technique must still be paid along with the cost of Contingency.
Chain Contingency A Chain Contingency occurs when a Contingency is set that activates more than one technique. Each one of the Chains may have different triggers, which can range from "anyone who scratches their buttocks while within the effects of the first Chain technique" to "Anyone who happens to swear loudly within the confines of the second, third, or fourth Chained techniques". While adding a Chain can be done at any time, whether at the time of the creation of the first Contingency or later, the costs are different, and listed below: Made at Time of First Contingency → Fifteen [15] CP per Chain, with an increase of ten [10] CP after the Third Chain, compounded. Additional Chain After Creation → Costs Double from Above
► Special Notes ◄ Some special notes on Contingencies. → If tattooed or etched onto a surface, the triggers are permanently placed. There is no upkeep cost, just as other Fuuin techniques, but chakra must be placed into the seals enough to pay for their original activations and upkeeps. In the case of it being a tattoo, unless another way is discovered to split the cost to someone else, the upkeep costs must come from the bearer of the tattoo. If it is on an item, a source of chakra must be found to sustain the effects after the original amount of chakra placed into it runs out. → Due to the nature of the Chained effects, there is no limit to the number of activations that occur at once. The restriction is that the requirements of the contingencies must always be met. → Contingencies can be altered after they have been set, but the cost for doing so is 1.5x the amount it took to set the contingency in the first place, including the cost of the new setting. → If viewer is a Sensor, the shinobi is able to see that there are triggers. However, two posts must be spent investigating them to learn the first trigger. For each additional Contingency in the Chain, another post must be spent in investigation. → When chained with other Fuuinjutsu, the size of the fuuin is changed to the size desired when placing the Contingency. All techniques chained together stack in the same Fuuin, hidden from view. This note is optional.

At the time of creation, or at the behest of the original creator, the user may tie the fuuin to specific individuals, or leave the key as "open" so anyone can use it.

Character: Kamiya the most epic awsome of all awsome puppet users. Link to profile: go find it yourself ^.^ love ya
Puppet Name: Tian Zi Puppet Appearance: the puppet looks similar to a brutish man wearing only a loin cloth. the head is angular while the arms and legs are much larger than puppets would normally have as it conceals the piston mechanisms within the arms that provide brutish strength. it has white paint all down it's front. the outer layer of the puppet is in fact a tough canvas designed to withstand the riggors of use on a puppet while concealing metal plates underneath that cover large sections of the entire puppet. the back of the puppet does not contain much plating leaving a gap going down where a human spine would normally be. underneath that is simple wood.
Puppet Description: the puppet origionated as a design from a self titled puppet master in the outlying regions of the desert. he'd modeled it after the strongest man in his village. once complete he presented it to the man who then attacked the puppet maker. the man saw puppets as a weak way to fight and were not worthy of use. the puppet maker having barely escaped with his life left the village and traveled to takumi where he met real puppet makers an learned of ways to make his puppet a veritable power house. the origional state of the puppet was simply containing the pistons and the titanium claws as the origional puppet maker after his defeat wanted to prove that puppets could match man with physical power. without the ability to actually control puppets the man sold off his puppet to a willing buyer from sunagakure. once in suna the buyer put up the puppet on display as a marvel in puppet physique. it was during this time that Kamiya began to tinker with it. unknown to the puppet seller Kamiya was improving upon the puppet piece by piece adding more and more mechanisms until he felt it was complete. at that point Kamiya approached the man asking if he could play with it. the man said no as Kamiya was simply a genin and the word of a genin is not that great. Kamiya was so infuriated by this that he built up a small fortune to pay for the puppet he'd put time into making. it's biggest weakness is along it's back as Kamiya could never figure out how to armor along the spine or heals where he'd put an explosive tag powered propulsion system to make the puppet dash forwards at rediculous speeds.
the piston mechanisms are designed in such a way as to be improved by the use of additional chakra outside of the 5 chakra for activating mechanisms. by pouring an ammount of chakra appropriate for Kamiya's rank or less the pistons will convey that level of power to the attack as if it was a taijutsu attack using that rank of stamina. genin=5 (E ranked technique level), chunin=10 (D ranked technique), jonin= 15 (C rank), konin=25 (B rank), sanin= 40 (A rank). titanium clawed fingers were put on to maximise the damage that the attacks could produce without requiring another mechanism.
due to the weight of the puppet it does not possess the ability to raise itself off the ground with certain exceptions. these include the dash thruster system which could launch it into the air or the leg pistons which can allow it to jump slightly. the leg pistons also allow for it to dodge attacks at a much higher speed than normal through side stepping. this will only allow short changes in it's positioning but can be enough to avoid destruction.
the chakra plating provides protection so that if Kamiya puts in a B-ranked amount of chakra, and blocks a C-ranked fireball. There is now only a C-ranked amount of chakra left in the defense. If another C-ranked fireball hits it, the defense cancels it, and there is now no chakra left to defend.
Mechanism Summary: 8 total mechanisms (base 4 +4 from class and personal attributes) • piston and shocks mechnaisms in arms [not twinlinked, both right and left arms] - can act to both improve offence but also can be used defencively to reduce physical damage taken. • leg pistons [twin linked, designed for quick manouvering.] • shotgun style ball bearing launcher in mouth. [contains the force of a simple explosive tag with a range of 5'. any further and the ball bearings lose their force and will only cause some bruising.] • 1 off explosive tag based dash thruster system. [allows for up to 20' dash at high speeds when starting on the ground and 30' when starting in the air, still allowing for sight of the puppet but reaching near shunshin speeds. this requires an extra 10 chakra due to the number of explosive tags plus an extra 5 to infuse the blasting areas with chakra to protect against damage.] • chakra infused metal plates. [Kamiya can pump an ammount of chakra into the plates and then when the plates are struck it will drain that much chakra from the ammount put in. and example is provided in the puppet description] • flash grenade in upper chest around the collar bone. [flash is directed forwards only. protected if behind puppet.] • twinlinked kunai launchers [one on each wrist, only if claws dont count as mechanism]

Masahiro Hatake
Character: Masahiro Hatake Technique Name: Seal of the Celestial Boddhi Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: Null Description: Masahiro took the design of this Fuuinjutsu from his father, based on his Souzou Saisei no Jutsu. The purpose of this Fuuinjutsu is to allow Masahiro to inscribe his body with the Seal of the Celestial Boddhi, opening a gate similar to the Godai Houin no Michi [ Element Sealing Method ] in which the shinobi seals Standard Chakra, up to 50% of his overall limit. The tradeoff for his method of holding the chakra behind the gate is that unlike other chakra sealing methods Masahiro can draw or store more chakra for a cost of 10 chakra per utilization, including during combat. Unlike other Chakra Seals Masahiro can only inscribe this Jutsu upon himself as the requisite Tattoo aligns to the Meridians and Tenketsu along his shoulders, through a carefully designed formula. Should the chakra sealed behind the gate be emptied the fuuinjutsu fades from surface upon which it is drawn until refilled.
Does not count towards the active chakra limit for Implants.
Cannot Be 'graced' to other Shinobi, but can be taught, as Formulas will vary by person.
If left uncovered the seal for this jutsu gives off a flame-like blue aura that burns brighter or more dim depending on the level of Chakra stored within. The more within the brighter, creating a 'hotspot' that any sensor can see if it is not covered in a dense enough material or fabric layer.
Character: Masahiro Hatake Technique Name: Hageshī Fuuinjutsu Rank: Trained as S Rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fuuinjutsu Description: Masahiro Hatake, through his intense personal study of Fuuinjutsu has discovered a systematic series of sub-seals that when bound on the body allow the user to apply an additional effect to a set fuuinjutsu at the cost of a Spiritual [ Chakra ] and Blood [ Stamina ] sacrifice. The user marks their body in a permanent fashion to complete the required seals and upon activation of a fuuinjutsu may choose to sacrifice a 'Reverse Complex' at which time their markings will glow red and blue with the sacrificed material before the effects take place. The effects of the sacrifice can either prolong the fuuinjutsu, empower the fuuinjutsu, or enlarge it to cover a broader area. *Each Effect Costs an A-Rank of Chakra and a B-Rank of Stamina to Activate. *Affects can be placed without an extra activation but only apply to Fuuinjutsu. *Only one Effect per Fuuinjutsu. Effects are: Empower: Cast Fuuin at X Rank, X must be a higher rank than the traditional Casting Rank of said Fuuinjutsu. Character: Okabe Jaeger Technique Name: Kyarijji bakuhatsu [ Exploding Carriage ] Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu & BL Element: Bakuton & Fuuton Description: After creating a clay model, Okabe will drop the model, and form the ox handsign, he must hold this handsign for the first post of the jutsu. A small gust of wind will pick up the model and carry it around Okabe in a orbit for [2] two posts, the model is moving at a quick pace and Okabe can position the orbit of the model while he is paying attention to fuuton chakra. Okabe can fire off the model with centripetal force, however it is not very accurate. Wit extra chakra added to the jutsu, the wind will pick up carrying the model almost at a speed to leave it in a blur for the naked eye, the accuracy of the jutsu also increases greatly.
Technique Name: Shī Sīs [ C6 ] Rank: B Type: Bloodline Element: Bakuton Description: C6 is unlike any other of the clays that the Bakuton produce. First thought of as a smaller version of C3, the clay was supposed to melded and portrayed to always be in the form of a ball that has a sense of inertia. C6 is stretchy and elastic, however it does not stick or is able to be ripped in half, it is no larger than a volleyball. What makes this clay so special is that, when it is ignited it is a very calm explosion and instead it explodes outwards, the stretchy material expanding at a fast rate. If coming into contact with something, or someone during the expansion process, the clay will form around the object and then harden to the strength of rock. The explosion radius of the ball is only 4 ft, and are mainly used to create defenses, cover, and capturing targets.
Character: Okabe Jaeger Technique Name: Kunai no Hensō o Bakuhatsu [ Exploding Kunai Disguise ] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu & BL Element: Bakuton & Maruton Description: Okabe will feed clay to one of his mouths and give the clay explosive chakra, he will then mold it into the shape of a kunai. After the clay is formed, he will form a handsign and the clay kunai will transform into an exact duplicate of any other of Okabe's kunai's. This clay kunai is considered to work like any other projectile and is treated as a kunai. Once thrown, Okabe can bring up his handsign and make the kunai explode at any point of it's travel, or after. Okabe takes [1] post to produce one kunai, he must know [ C1 ] and if the kunai comes into contact with fire or any Katon jutsu, it will immediately explode.

Character Name: Ibara Yamanaka Ikaku [ Intimidation ] Null-Rank : : Ninjutsu Description: Ibara summons his chakra in a visable manifestation which increases his physical weight causing the earth and surrounding structures to crack and heavy winds be felt as if they are coming straight from his body. This has no chakra cost and does not cause any physical damage to the opponent besides the fear they feel from his mere presence.
Character: Ibara Yamanaka Technique Name: Wrath of Hatred Rank: A Type: Bukijutsu :: Complex Element: -- Description: This technique releases the highly condensed chakra at the tip of the Uchiha's katana, magnifying the slash attack, which flies forward. This slash takes the form of a crescent moon or the shape of a wave. The WoH is a powerful technique with great force, capable of creating large-scale damage and destruction. The technique could be used in several different manners, such as striking the ground to create an omnidirectional blast to knock away incoming attacks or slashing at the ground to upturn it and crush everything in its path. When contact is made, it can cause an explosion equivalent to that of the Kaseiken. Even if used 'defensively', it will still be counted as an offensive activation. The technique starts out with a range of 10 meters, but increases by another 6 meters for every rank of speed added to it. This means that a Genin using this technique would only have a range of 10 meters, but that a Kage would be able to hit something 36 meters away. Half for Omni-directional variant.
Character: Ibara Yamanaka Technique Name: Dance of the Phantom Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Maruton Description: It allows for a movement at great speed, leaving an afterimage behind. The Uchiha's own little spin on a substitution mixed with his great speed. DOTP is just like Shunshin but is enhanced, thus leaving an afterimage because of the speed it renders. And since it was so fast, lets say for an example if you were in a bear hug and used it, the person holding you would still see you for a few moments and feel you in his grasp. This technique and it's variants can only be used a total of five times in battle. This technique must also be trained before it's variants can be learned. However, because of such versatility, this jutsu only works in the range of a half mile.
Character: Ibara Yamanaka Technique Name: Strike of the Phantom Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Maruton Description: A special DOTP technique where one moves to their opponent's back, directly attacking and cutting one's throat, and the spinal cord in half in two rapid strikes. This attack is one of the male's favorite to use. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what movements just occurred. This technique counts as 2 activations since the quantity of the attack.

Character: Chie Saegahara Technique Name: Incantation Circles Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: Non elemental Description: Allows Chie to materialize her chakra. The form taken are arcane, two dimensional disc with a five inch radius which appears anywhere around Chie, with a maximum range of three feet from her. From the incantation circles the user is able to mold chakra through the disc, as though the user is molding handseals, though the molding of chakra still takes the time required. The difference is that it allows the user to fire projectile techniques through the symbols, although if the technique requires physical exertion then the user has to put their correct limb through the circle. The manifestation of spell circles does not require an activation, and three circles can be made max in one post.
Character: Chie Saegahara Technique Name: Ninjutsu Alchemy Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Non elemental Description: Chie is able to shave off one activation when she uses Korabo with herself. This bonus only applies as long as two conditions are not broken. The first is that the user cannot fuse two of the same technique to make the Korabo in question. The second is that this passive does not apply when the user utilizes korabo through the use of clones. If either rule is broken then the korabo technique still requires the activation and supplementary actions of all techniques included. Last for four post after activation.
Character: Chie Saegahara Technique Name: Power of Teamwork Rank: X- Used as the same rank of user's current Korabo Type: Ninjutsu Element: Non elemental Description: Allows Chie through physical contact to make herself and the afflicted korabo compatible. This allows them to combine their techniques. This technique only last for four post.
Character: Chie Saegahara Technique Name: Floating Calvary (Augmentation of Sword of Kusanagi: Long Sword of Sky) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Non-Elemental Description: Allows Chie to control up to ten weapons at a time. She can use them with the percision of the Kusanagi- Floating Sword Technique. The power and speed of the weapons, however, are divided by the amount of weapons controlled. The technique last for eight post.
Character: Chie Saegahara Technique Name: Aquatic Armory (Augmentation of Water Sword) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: Allows Chie to make at most four weapons composed of water. These weapons cannot be long range unless they're something like javalins which can be thrown. These weapons have enhanced cutting, striking, and piercing potential up to the rank of the jutsu. Each weapon created divides the power and speed of the weapons (I.E one sword has A-ranked power, two weapons have B-ranked, and four have C-ranked). The technique last for eight post. While the technique is in place the user can fuse weapons into one or split into four at the user's discretion.
Character: Chie Saegahara Technique Name: Psychokinesis Rank: X (Trained at B) Type: Ninjutsu Element: Nonton Description: Allows the user to propel an object or objects to the opponent by lifting it with one's thoughts after the handseals have been used. Objects can be scaled in proportion to the rank used, (meaning that at S-ranked the user can throw a building, but does not require something of building size in order to use this technique at S-ranked). Objects attached, on, or actually the opponent cannot be thrown with this technique. Earth, water, and wind cannot be psychokinesis since that would basically allow the user to use any technique they wanted using only one custom. Objects upon being thrown through the use of this jutsu only have one trajectory.
Character: Chie Saegahara Technique Name: Psychokinesis Hijack Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Nonton training Description: Allows the user to use psychokinesis to redirect an opponent's projectile attack back at the opponent. When the user targets an opponent's technique with psychokinesis, they must match the rank of the technique being moved, (A B-ranked psychokinesis has to be used against a B-ranked attack). The user then pays an additional half of the user's cost in order to redirect it. The reason this works mechanically is because of the collision rule, where a technique of less chakra is absorbed by a technique of more chakra. In this case, however, the technique is then reflected upon the attacker.
