i would say 5-6K, its pretty good ^^
the clothes are very imaginative and the bleeding eyes create a nice creepy effect. however, the picture itself looks kind of flat. i think you need to work on things such as shading and proportions as both of which will help add more depth into your picture.
don't ever be afraid to look up coloring tutorials or bases so that you can study proportions.
